To whom it my concern in Mazda corporation
I bought two Mazda CX9 and Mazda 3. I was so impressed with the cars that I recommended them to my relatives, and now we have a total of seven Mazda's in the family. However, I encountered a problem with the agent in Bahrain. The service after the sale was very poor, and nobody seemed to care about customers' complaints. I even went to the manager's office to meet him personally, and they promised to arrange things. Unfortunately, despite sending them a reminder, I received no response at all, that is means no one take my issues seriously.
As you know, the customer's opinion is the first in the market, as others ask the experienced person about the product. I can write about my case on social media, which may affect the reputation of the company. This email is the last trial to solve my case, then I will do that.
My message in social media: (If you are considering buying a Mazda, take my advice and run away. The dealerships ignore you once they have your cash.)
