McDonald's Disappointing Service at C.C. Yin's McDonald's Locations: Lack of Accommodation and Customer Care

C. C Yin is the owner of multiple McDonald's locations, but unfortunately, he doesn't seem to care about his customers. As someone who is hearing impaired, I have had a difficult time communicating with him through the drive thru speakers at his Vacaville and Vallejo locations. Despite my repeated attempts to get him to turn up the volume, he has not been accommodating. To make matters worse, I have received incorrect orders and cold food on multiple occasions.

I have attempted to speak with Mr. Yin directly, but he has refused to engage with me. When I reached out to McDonald's corporate office, they informed me that he is not obligated to speak with me if he doesn't want to. It's disappointing to see someone who has achieved so much success in this country not show any gratitude towards his customers.

Mr. Yin often boasts about his rags-to-riches story, claiming that he came to this country with nothing and now owns 14 McDonald's locations. However, his actions suggest that he is more concerned with making money and flaunting his fame than providing quality service to his customers. It's a shame that someone who has been given so much by this country is unwilling to give back to the community.

If you're looking to support a McDonald's franchise, I would recommend avoiding Mr. Yin's locations and instead choosing ones owned by someone who values their customers. It's important to support businesses that prioritize customer satisfaction and are willing to make accommodations for those with disabilities.

McDonald's Exceptional Service at McDonald's Glendora, CA: A Review of Moahmad's Hard Work and Dedication

I visited the McDonald's in Glendora, CA on November 17th, 2019 at 5:15 pm with my mom for her 80th birthday. We were greeted by a very polite young man named Moahmad. He was so nice to my mom and even showed her how to use the self-serve kiosk. Despite the dinner rush hour, Moahmad seemed to run the whole front end from the fry machine to delivering people's food to their tables. I think McDonald's needs to be aware of the kind of employee they have there. There are too many bad reviews out there, and the good ones should not go unnoticed. Moahmad is definitely management material.

I have never seen someone hustle and move so fast. It got me tired just watching him. Yet, he still remained very polite and thoughtful to all the customers. I believe that McDonald's should recognize Moahmad's hard work and dedication to his job. He is a valuable asset to the company.

Overall, I had a great experience at this McDonald's location. The food was delicious, and the service was exceptional. I highly recommend this location to anyone who is looking for a quick and tasty meal. Thank you, Moahmad, for making my mom's birthday a memorable one. We will definitely be back!

McDonald's Worst Customer Service Experience at McDonald's: Accused of Adding to Order, Threatened with Police

I just had the worst customer service experience ever at McDonald's. My wife and I were trying to place two separate orders, but I got cut off twice during my first order. When I started my second order, the person on the speaker told me that I couldn't use two coupon items on the same order. I tried to explain that I was starting a new order, but she didn't listen and accused me of adding to my first order. She even told me to leave the drive-thru!

I asked to speak to a manager, but the same woman on the speaker claimed to be the manager and threatened to call the cops on me. I was so frustrated that I called the store and asked for a manager, but the same woman answered and refused to give me her full name. She just said her name was Madison.

I have never been treated so poorly by any establishment in my entire life. My wife and I feel discriminated against and disrespected. It's a shame because we used to enjoy McDonald's, but after this experience, we won't be coming back.

McDonald's Disappointing Experience at McDonald's on Belleville Rd. - Prices Not Posted, Unreadable Receipts, and Poor Quality Food

I went to McDonald's on Belleville Rd. Off of 94 in Belleville, Mi 48111 and I was not impressed. The prices were going up but they had not gotten them posted and had a line up in the drive-thru. I thought it was supposed to be THE BOUNTY LAW that a company sells a price that is posted and not charge higher before charging a sign. It's not fair to cheat the customers like that.

To make matters worse, they have not had a readable receipt in that drive-thru for MONTHS. I had requested over and over to have one I could read for a game I like to play with receipts. This they said over and over would be correct that day but for months shows they are just out and out right liars and it has never been corrected. How can anyone even know what they were charged for an item if it cannot be read on the receipt?

The drinks I ordered had chocolate on the outside of the cup and were not all the way full. It's not a big deal, but it's still disappointing. I hope they can get their act together and do proper training. It's not fair to cheat the customers like that.

I remember when McDonald's was good. It's a shame that the food has gotten this bad. I sure wish we had the McDonald's that they had 50 years ago. Today it is not worth a crap. Our city deserves better places for us to spend our money.

Overall, I was not satisfied with my experience at McDonald's. They need to improve their service and quality of food.

McDonald's Ronald McDonald Houses: A Home Away from Home for Families in Need

I wanna talk about this cool thing that McDonald's does that not many people know about. They build these houses for guests near children's hospitals all over the USA. My family stayed in one when our daughter was born and had to be rushed to the intensive care unit. We wanted to be close to her and the hospital, but traveling back and forth from our home was not an option. So we found out about the Ronald McDonald's house that was walking distance from the hospital unit where our daughter was being treated.

The McDonald's company gives some money to start these houses, but most of the expenses are covered by donations from regular people like you and me. The cost to stay there was only like $40 or $50 per night, which is a great deal considering all the stuff you get. Our room had two big beds, a TV, a phone, and a full bathroom with towels and everything. They even gave us toys for our daughter to play with! Downstairs, there was a huge kitchen and dining area where we could cook our own food and store it in the guest shelves in the fridge. They had gas stoves and all the cooking utensils you could need. Plus, there was a pantry with free non-perishable food like cereal, canned fruit and veggies, and pasta. And get this - volunteers came in three or four times a week to cook dinner for all the families staying there!

But the best part was the indoor and outdoor playgrounds for the kids. Our daughter loved playing there and it helped take our minds off of the tough situation we were in.

I'll never forget our stay at the Ronald McDonald's house. It was such a relief to have a comfortable place to stay while our daughter was in the hospital. Thank you so much, Ronald McDonald!

McDonald's McDonald's Drive-Thru Review: Slow Service, Inaccurate Orders, and Confusing Layouts

When I'm in the mood for a quick bite, McDonald's is usually my go-to spot. I'm not alone in this, as every time I pull up to the drive-thru, there's always a long line of people with the same craving. However, I've noticed that the line doesn't seem to move very quickly, and I often find myself wondering what's causing the delay.

Sometimes, I wonder if someone is ordering the entire menu, or if the employee taking the orders is new to the job. Other times, I wonder if the restaurant is short-staffed, or if the person ordering is just indecisive. These thoughts run through my head as I sit and wait.

One time, I went to a McDonald's in my town around 5 pm, and there were around 10 to 13 cars in line. After 17 minutes of waiting, there was still no advancement to the ordering screen. I was about to leave when we finally moved forward. I placed my order for a large Diet Coke, a medium fry, and a McChicken. It was a simple order, and it showed up on the display as being rang correctly. However, the same slow progress to the cashier went on for almost 45 minutes. I paid for my food and waited 5 minutes at the pick-up window. When I finally got back home and took a sip of my Diet Coke, I realized it was regular Coke. I then reached in my bag for the fries and found a bag of apple slices. So, no fries. I went for my McChicken and took a bite, but there was no lettuce or mayo on the sandwich. They had completely screwed up my order.

I went back to the restaurant, but the line was still backed up. I went inside instead, and they were kind of quick to rectify the issue when they finally noticed there was a customer at the counter. However, I've tried reporting these experiences to McDonald's in the past, but the company seems to ignore customer complaints. It's sad that this business has come to this.

I've noticed that the menu items have increased in variety and complexity, which takes more time to prepare. Sometimes, the store doesn't have the meats on hand, and they need to drop more on the grill or fryer. Additionally, I never see any adults running the store. It's primarily a workforce of kids, and I'm not sure if it's due to bad training or not reading the order prompters hanging from the ceiling in the back.

The introduction of a two-lane ordering system outside certainly doesn't help either. People get confused about who ordered first and who gets to go first, which I've actually witnessed the cashier becoming confused over. It's just another factor that slows down the process.

In my opinion, the demand for a $15 an hour wage should be the last thing on anyone's mind. They need to fix their organization skills and accuracy of orders, because right now, I wish the building was employee-less and fully automated. This is just my personal experience and opinion, and your experiences may vary.

McDonald's McDonald's: More Interested in Eliminating Employees Than Serving Customers?

It's been a whole year since I last visited McDonald's, mostly because it seems like they're more interested in social issues than making burgers these days. But after working all night on a project, I was starving and remembered I had a coupon for a free Egg McMuffin. I was actually excited to go back and try it out.

I knew the dining room wouldn't open until 6 am, so I got there at 6:15, expecting a line at the counter. But to my surprise, the doors were barricaded shut like it was Black Friday. There was a kid mopping the dining room floor over and over again, and hardly any cars in the drive-thru. At 6:30, I banged on the door and the kid came over and asked me what I wanted. I told him I wanted to come in and have breakfast, but he said he didn't have permission to unlock the doors. Even though the hours were clearly posted on the door, he still wouldn't let me in.

This isn't the first time this has happened to me at this McDonald's. I've been here before at night and the doors were locked then too. I even had to call the police and file a report. It seems like fast food chains are trying to eliminate as many employees as possible and go fully automated. I've seen this happen at Burger King too, especially on Sunday nights when they're short-staffed.

If you have a similar experience, I highly recommend filing a formal complaint with the local business license office. The hours posted on the door are legally binding, and it's important to hold these companies accountable.

Anyway, I waited around until the doors finally opened at 7 am. But there were no registers open and the dining room hours were different from the counter hours. I was urged to use the automated kiosk, but I had a coupon with no barcode or ID number, so I couldn't use it. I finally told them to serve me like a human being or I'd call the police again. They finally relented and served me.

The store was completely empty except for me and the employees' cars in the parking lot. It was like something out of George Orwell's 1984. But the sandwiches were good, at least.

Overall, I don't know what's happened to McDonald's. They seem more interested in eliminating employees than serving customers. And their food is becoming more and more lab-created. I don't know if I'll ever go back again.

McDonald's Review: McDonald's Free Wi-Fi - A Working-Class Alternative to Starbucks

McDonald's is an American icon that has been a part of many people's lives since childhood. It's a subject that has drawn intense arguments and fire from various interest groups, making it impossible to be objective. However, I will review the McDonald's website, which is a well-produced affair with a conservative design. It uses blank space extensively without trying to be minimalist for the sake of it. The site is designed to be functional and informative rather than flashy and superficial. It provides information about the history of the business, the product range, menus, and nutritional details.

Recently, I have been using McDonald's free Wi-Fi almost daily. Most McDonald's outlets now have free Wi-Fi, courtesy of AT&T, and on the whole, it's not bad when it works. However, the service does vary a lot, with some branches barely getting it to work at all, while others have impressive network speed. Most fall into a middle-of-the-road area that allows you to surf the web reasonably comfortably but has issues with streaming video. I wouldn't recommend going to McDonald's to watch a streaming movie, but then McDonald's probably wouldn't want you doing that either.

McDonald's is having to find an acceptable policy that acknowledges that for most people, free Wi-Fi means one cup of coffee and an 8-hour stay. They're used to offering just uncomfortable-enough seats and turning the A/C up to chill people out after a half hour or so, and several of their branches still have 'no loitering' signs in them. Things are changing, though.

Starbucks is offering free Wi-Fi with no time restrictions on their customers at all, the seats are comfy, and the power outlets are at ground level, which is more than you can say for half the McDonald's branches. These have the sockets in the ceilings, which means that laptop users have to climb on the tables and dangle their power adapters perilously over the heads of other customers. It's workable, for now, though some of the ceiling tiles are beginning to look the worse for wear, and the sockets themselves are starting to come loose.

All McDonald's branches here also have endless free refills of coffee and soft drinks, making them a very strong challenge to Starbucks as a venue for net-heads like myself. From what I've seen so far, there isn't much, if any, crossover between the two venues though. McDonald's remains solidly working class, English is not necessarily the first language of either the staff or the majority of the customers, and it exudes that bright, easily cleanable plastic-ness which jars with Starbucks' wood and woven interiors and soft, comfy chairs. There is no part of a McDonald's branch which cannot be sluiced down with a bucket of hot water.

The worst Wi-Fi service I've met at McDonald's was running at a miserable 300kbps download speed. Bearable, unless you're downloading or uploading files, but irritating if you are used to the sort of speed you can get at home by paying for it. The best has been something like four or five times that speed. If you're still struggling with dial-up, though, or sharing resources with multiple users in a public building, it's a more than acceptable alternative. And don't forget, it's free.

Accepting the connection requires you to accept some terms and conditions, of course, which relate to AT&T's general service rather than McD's in particular. No doubt you aren't supposed to download files, especially P2P ones, you sure aren't supposed to download or view porn, and you're supposed to read a very long list of conditions which frankly, I didn't read and can't imagine anyone else did, either. Obviously you aren't going to be sitting in the middle of McDonald's on a Saturday morning watching porn. Are you?

Starbucks, across the other side of the mall, has a faster network, comfier seats, and no doubt a bigger download limit. But if you have that distinct feeling that you're really more of a McDonald's person than a Starbucks one, now you have somewhere else to take your old laptop, and you can be fairly sure the other customers won't laugh at it. I'm sitting in McDonald's with my second free refill coffee right now, and nobody's laughing at me with my ancient IBM Thinkpad. I'd probably be embarrassed to take it into Starbucks, though, and there are no free refills there either.

McDonald's Doesn’t Process Orders

This app is so horrible that I can’t even complete an order because it takes over 15 minutes to process an order, that never happens. I was standing in the middle of the restaurant, the app said I wasn’t even close
to the restaurant. It’s one of the worst apps out there.

The rate your order pop up is really annoying. Please add a no thanks button. I’m not interested in rating my experience every single time. It should be voluntary, but when I close the notification it keeps popping up. Until you fix this I would be rating it one star every time.

McDonald's I don’t see my cart

Been using the app for a while and love it!lots of points to build so easily, great deals, etc. but for the last few weeks I can’t seem to see the things I add to my cart. McDonald's bad security, not worth it

i used this app and loved it. then someone somehow started ordering meals in florida from my account. support didn’t want to help me or refund me, they wanted me to contact my bank even though the hacker had my mcdonald’s account, not my info. needs two-factor authentication, until then i’ll never trust mcdonald’s with my information.

McDonald's App Failure

After I earned almost 6000 points the App just died on me! Can't log in to my App anymore no matter how hard I have tried.
I have to create a new account and start from the beginning. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
The App did saved me money though and that is the awesome part. Guess they can take away your hard working awards anytime they wants to.

McDonald's No McDelivery in Manizales, Colombia?

I have been using McDelivery via Rappi for almost 3 weeks now on a regular basis during the quarantine in Manizales, Colombia. About a week ago all i get from the McDonalds app is “store temporarily unavailable” now! I cant use Uber Eats, Domicilio.com, nor iFood. What happened to your app, or do you no longer deliver in Manizales, Colombia?

McDonald's Can’t use points after app stopped working!

I earned several points that were about to expire, so opened the app to use them and it wont let me log in no matter what I do. It sends me a link to my email, then that link sends me back to the reset password page, which sends me the link to my email again. It’s stuck in a constant loop. Lost a lot of points over this. This needs to be resolved!

McDonald's Refund Warning

Refunds are not processed through McDonalds support or the app. If you don’t get your item ordered through the app, support will tell you it is out of their hands and up to the franchise. The franchise will tell you to contact support and your money will never be refunded. Occurred to me once, won’t occur to me again.

If you want to order, order in person not the app.

McDonald's apple's fault for 1 star

so i downloaded this "for iphone only" app on my Mac silicon thiniing Rosetta2 would kick in and i would be able to enjoy ordering food on my Mac. So I was able to download but for some reason the app only is for latin american countries the USA is not an option. I truly regret being an early adopter of Apple Silicon - nothing and I mean NOTHING seems to work as advertised.

La app no cuenta con un sistema de reclamos o quejas ante un envío extraviado o que llegó en mal estado. Tienes que contactarte con la franquicia via email y el proceso es muy lento y a veces hasta sin solución. Yo llevo 3 semanas esperando que me efectúen un reembolso por un pedido que hice y llegó con la bebida derramada en la bolsa arruinando el resto de la comida que quedó empapada e incomible.

McDonald's Works 25% of the time

As a college student I take pride in my late night McDonalds. Nothing is more disappointing then a night out with the boys and the McD app won’t work. Hate it. Ruins my night. Don’t even want to chase female tail anymore more. I need my McD. Please fix.

Also what’s up with these horrible deals. Why can’t I stack point rewards also. Please rework this system. (as if you’re actually going to see this review)

McDonald's Racist manager and refund money needed

Mcdonalds at 11230 old st. Augustine rd. In jjacksonville, florida. The manager/cashier was horribly rude I handed him the cash then I put 2 coins on the counter because he wasnt ready to be handed the coins and he screamed at me “ oh u couldn’t walit until I was done and hand them to me”. He treated me like he thought I was a white man oppressing a black man to pick up 2 coins.. I honestly meant no disrespect at all and was shocked by his rude attitude. He refused to pick the coins up and was so rude to me and wouldnt complete my order. I asked for my money back he refused to give it back. I asked for mgr. He said he was it. I left without my kids food because I did mot want to deal with him it was so toxic. I am owed $16.30 for my order and I want that money back. It was a terrible experience. Ill mever take my kids there ever again. I want a call [protected] marcos

I went to the McDonalds at Orange Beach, AL on 2/5/24 at 11:28am. I waited for 7 min. and no one took my order, so I placed it on the kiosk. Sat Jan 17th when trying to use the kiosk there was smeared snot all over it. My spouse said it had been there several days. Everyone had something nasty on it. We asked one of the girls to clean it. which she did but just that one. when asked how often she cleaned them she said never. Shouldn't they be just as important if not more than the tables? More people touch them than the tables.

Service is beyond horrible! Workers talk about customers as they were shuffling creations, that don't remember what they had ordered for themselves. I live near by the restaurant,if you can call it that. It rarely can produce the majority of what's listed on their menu. I suspect due to broken machinery from a lazy work crew and their lack of cleanline...

McDonald's Slow service and restaurant was very untidy

Called to Northwood santry with my niece and nephew used kiosk for ordering tables were full of empty food and tray had to clean our table and dispose of food also found a cloth and washed down table we had number 404 for our food no receipt in kiosk service was maybe 15 mins for food. In that time no one cleaned tables plenty of orderly’s had to be asked for again in my opinion it was not that busy but the staff could move a little better

McDonald's Mcdonald’s breakfast

I order mac Donald’s this morning for me and my daughter at exactly 8:23 and it Took more then a [censored]ing hour to come it arrived at 9:31 , and it Was STONE COLD when it arrived I am absolutely appalled by this , the food wasn’t even edible I nearly threw up! I will NEVER order mac Donald’s again from just eat and i DEMAND to be compensated for this!

McDonald's Breakfast meal

Hi I recently visited McDonald’s on the strand road in Derry/ Londonderry.. I ordered a mighty McMuffin meal with a large cappuccino to which I paid over 6 pound for … to begin, I revived a muffin with one egg in it; no meat, clearly not a McMuffin and my coffee was the most disappointing thing of all.. I felt it was a bit light so I opened it and it was less than half full; the foam did not look right so I closed the lid and lightly swayed it in circles to mix it a tad, when I opened it it was pure white, as though there was no coffee in it to begin with! Very very disappointed, for these rising prices, the quality would either need to improve or stay the same, waste of money, I feel I’ll never return, I have photo evidence of the coffee and I’ll be sharing this info with my peers!

McDonald's My food and customer service

Hi I’m hoping I’ve come to the right place for help I spent over £33 on food via the app and had it delivered to my home address it arrived cold I phoned the restaurant who gave me a number for Uber I then phoned Uber and they said they could help me in getting a refund as their driver delivered on time so the passed the blame back to McDonald’s so I phoned McDonald’s ( Hucknall) back who then said if I go on the app I’d be able to request a refund as the only option they can offer is my my hole order to be re done but I’d have to find transport to collect from hucknall McDonald’s I’m unable to do this as I have 4 young Children and don’t drive so I phoned again for a contact number and they just gave me the same one is already spoken to this is very upsetting my food wasn’t edible it was that cold even my hot drink was cold and McDonald’s have offered me no support in this matter I have could you please help me kind regards miss k bramley

McDonald's Sweet chilli wrap

Today at approximately 1330 I ordered a Crispy Sweet Chilli Wrap from MCDONALDS MIDDLEBROOK RETAIL PARK. I then drove to my desired destination to eat the wrap only for it to be Grilled. Disgusting. I was unable to eat it.

I would have gone back to the restaurant had I not had an appointment and am sure they would have sorted but not possible today and now I’m out of pocket.

Claimed loss: £1.99

Desired outcome: I would appreciate a free meal to compensate as I do use McDonald’s alot

I passed through the drive thru at 11:01pm for a doble cheese and the girl at the window send me to park and 15 minutes past and I decided to go again thru the drive thru at 11:16pm and they gave me the hamburger all cold and in the receive it said that it was ready by 11:02pm. McDonald's Employee attitudes

I visited Mc Donald’s for lunch on 12/19/23. I was waiting on takeout when my number (218) was called as I approached the counter another customer stepped up and asked the girl a question and she walked off with my order her and another employee came back to counter and the the young girl told the older employee (female) about people not picking up their order the older employee told her to serve cold food. I told them I was here waiting and the older employee slammed by food and drink on the counter. I will not patronize that establishment again.

McDonald's Supposed to give refund but charge you for the refund

Went to mc Donald at 31707 Hwy 16 in Denham Springs I had ordered a Frozen Coke And Diet Coke and when got my Receipt it said a medium frozen coke and a medium fries and I had ordered a medium diet coke so they said they would give me a refund for my diet coke but instead charged me for the whole order and never took off the fries I am furious and will never go back to that McDonalds ever again Thank you the Rachel and Tracey Swan
