No he podido usarla
Al principio de bajarla, siempre me salia el numero 1 como si tuviera algo pendiente. Entraba a todas las areas y se quedaba el numero 1 en el icono. Apague las notificaciones del app y se fue. Ahora hoy fui a usarla para ordenar y simplemente se quedaba en blanco la pantalla. Le di a un cupon de oferta de nuggets para ver si desde el cupon podia poner la orden y el app me dio un mensaje de error de que la oferta no estaba disponible en ese restaurant. Termine usando el servi-carro. ♂️
Desilusión total
Recibí una oferta de cupón de un McFlurry de Twix gratis con la compra de un McCombo, primero busco el McDonalds mas cercano en la aplicación, llego después de 25minutos de viaje, me dicen que no trabajan las ofertas de la aplicación y mucho menos los cupones, que no son corporativos. Mirren los anuncios de los cupones, ni la oferta del McCombo tenían un asterisco, ósea que no hay ninguna clausura sobre quien participa o no, me hicieron perder mi tiempo y por ende mi emoción de visitar y comprar a mi franquicia de comida favorita.
Cant Order Breakfast
So this morning i started an order from the app , asked each one of my family members what they wanted and placed an order. I left the house 5 mins later (already paid and the app was trying to give directions). As soon as i am about to turn into the restaurant, the app tells me my order was cancelled. Ive never had this happen to me. I know they have time to start the order what happened to the food ? The manager of the store had to be the one to do this. Never going to this location again, Thanks for nothing. (Still waiting for refund)

E o Mac do uber eats sempre tem promoção e sempre tá bugada, não deixa escolher os acompanhamentos, então não deixa completar o pedido por que não pode escolher mais de uma vez o mesmo item (no caso, batatas.)

en el Mc Donald de la 51B de Barranquilla a las 4:51 pm por el automac a solicitar mi orden de dos conos de vainilla que no hay servicio de heladería y nos ofrecen el combo del día el que aceptamos pero pedimos información sobre otra hamburguesa y ya nos piden q avanzara porque se acabo el tiempo de la orden y dirigirme a la ventanilla a cancelar no permitiendo elegir la otra hamburguesa y en caja nuevamente nos dan in trato muy descortés cuando se pide explicación sobre la hamburguesa. How can a corporation this big have the worst app on the internet? If it’s not telling me I can’t order something at 4:30 pm because it’s breakfast it’s telling me I can’t order at all because it’s not open as people pick up their orders at the drive-thru.
NOW I GET A MESSAGE SAYING MY POINTS (a lot of points) ARE ABOUT TI EXPIRE and when I stop the next day, NOTHING. Can’t order, can’t check my points can’t even log in again, NOTHING! It’s like the app doesn’t even know who I am?

My family and I went into this restaurant and it was disgusting, the food was terrible the service was horrible and the place its self was dirty and gross. The soda machine was dirty the floor was dirty. I get it is being and places are under staffed but this was the worst experience I have ever had. I am not sure how this place was not closed by the board of health. The bathroom was dirty as well.

Arrived at team valley McDonald’s and placed order at 7.13pm. 13 just eat delivery drivers waiting for orders and around 20 normal customers. Also a queue of about 20 cars in drive thru. Plenty of customer complaining about long waiting times, eventually got my order at 7.50 pm. Fast food I think not. Got into car. Looked at order to see it was incorrect. Went back in to see if it could be rectified. Waited another 10 mins to get correct orders. Got fed up and left with incorrect order to the disappointment of kids.
Looking at the young staff they looked absolutely overwhelmed by it all. I felt for the young lady on the desk as she was bombarded with complaint after complaint. No sign of a manager .
In my opinion I think you have ruined the experience of going to McDonald in store as it’s just carnage with just eat drivers. The store was totally overwhelmed. A good manager would have closed the doors until the back log had been caught up.

Maybe one out of ten times my order is correct. I specifically ask for no onions due to the fact that I am allergic to them. My order today was for the 2 cheeseburger combo large sized, NO ONIONS, with a sweet tea, and a mcdouble, NO ONIONS. When I got home, my food in the bag consisted of cold fries, 2 cheeseburgers both WITH onions and a mcchicken. Whoever is bagging orders needs to pay more attention. It'll be awhile before I try them again. I don't blame the drivethru order taker/money collector or the employee giving out the food that is bagged and handed to them. Most of them are very friendly.

The last 3 Big Macs I have had had so much special sauce it ruined the sandwich. All you can taste is the sauce. It oozed out and was a total mess. I’ve been eating big Mac’s for 40 years.
