Your recent commercial is grammatically incorrect. As an educator for over 25 years, I cannot see how your advertising department developed this without following grammar rules. The rule is 'more' plus word or add 'er' to the word. Not both. Also, "perfect is an absolute like " unique". There is no "more perfect" or "most perfect". Neither is grammatically correct because "perfect" cannot be quantified. As a corporation, it is your responsibility to present information properly. Please find a way to make this right or put a disclaimer on your commercial. Thank you.
Milkshake strawberry
The last 4 years, even before corona, McDonalds at the Hermitage Mall in Suriname most of the times dont make Milkshake strawberry. They do have other milkshakes, but nog strawberry. How is it possible that a MacDonald dont have a Milkshake strawberry.
When we asked why they say the shipment has nog provided. But other branches of McDonalds in Suriname they do have the Milkshake strawberry.

I drove to store #22809 around 6:46 pm with 2 of my grandkids to buy a 4piece nuggets happy meal and redeem 2 Halloween coupons, one for apple slices and the other one for a kids hamburger. Once I got to window one I handed coupons with my credit card, guy attending window told me to hold for 1 minute and when he returned he said I only could redeem 1 coupon. I told him coupons in the back specify it could be used 1 coupon per person and my grandkids are 4 and 3. He told me his supervisor just told him 1 coupon only.
yeah that line is deceptive in its wording. "1 coupon per person" means the person who hands in the coupon. even if your the one buying for someone else its still counted [annoyingly] as you presenting the coupon. this is for any place not just McDonalds that i have seen this issue happen. you would have to do 2 separate trips to use both coupons.

I went thru the drive thru on Lancaster dr. Salem Oregon. I could not really hear the person on the speaker. I asked for a number 7 with decaf coffee and a sausage Mcmuffin meal with a large regular coffee. I got home and only had one sausage burrito instead of the 2 that come with the meal the decaf coffee was half full and so strong I could not drink it the sausage Mcmuffin was not a sausage Mcmuffin but a bacon and egg Micmuffin. The only thing they got right was the regular black coffee

Mobile app - order cancelled after paying (twice)
At aproximately 6:10pm (12 Dec 2021), I placed an order for HKD150.50 which I paid via WeChat, right after getting confirmation of payment, a message saying "Order Cancelled" popped up in my mobile screen.
At 6:15pm (12 Dec 2021), I placed the same order and paid via Apple Pay, same thing happened.
I called the hotline [protected]) to report the issue, all they said is that I should get my money back in 7-10 working days. In case the money is not credited, I have to call again (and they would send an email).

It is completely unacceptable that you charge me and I have to wait 7-10 working days to get my money back, especially when the issue is with your app, please return the money to me right away within a reasonable time frame, 7-10 working days is excessive.

I arrived at croydon Maccas at 8:25, ordered a large hamburger meal with a chocolate shake and a large chocolate sundae. I paid and proceeded to the window to collect my order. I was given the hamburger and fries(half empty) and was asked to wait in the waiting bay for the drink and dessert. I moved to the waiting bay. A young man bought out the sundae only and had to be told that I was still waiting on the drink he said he would return with this but didn't seem to understand. So the meal is now cold and the ice cream starting to melt. He returns with the drink and I say the meal is now cold and the cream melted. He simply says "oh well" then "have a nice night"
I returned home with a cold meal and a melted cream and the "thick" shake wasn't thick at all.
Number 6 Meal
I ordered a number 6 meal and mr fish sandwich was cold and hard. I then asked for a fresh sandwich and cashier in the drive thru caught an attitude and said it was because he's tired. I'm an hard worker also and I'm a manager at my job, still I've NEVER token my frustration or problems out on my customers. The manager on the shift at moment made nothing better. She tried to joke with me and try to explain that he's usually not like that but I DEFINITELY WAS NOT buying it. This location need to do better. I will never go back there.

My husband and I are RV transporters. We eat at McDonalds all the time. Never have we had an experience like we had at your 30894 Marion IN. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and my husband ordered the deluxe crispy chicken sandwich. You could tell the chicken had been reheated in grease because it was very greasy and soggy. Not McDonalds standard. My husband took his sandwich back to the cashier. The cashier was at the register so my husband put it on the counter and explained to him it was not good. The young man was very disrespectful. If you have video in that store I wish you would look at it. I was sitting in the dinning area while this was happening. Another customer came over and told Randy he should tell the manager. Randy went up and asked for the manager and she was very rude to him. She told him the young man said Randy had thrown the sandwich at him and she could charge him with assault. My husband is a retired 30 year police officer. He did get upset but he told her he had laid the sandwich on the counter and the young man was over at the register. I was at the counter now and could not believe how they were acting. Never had we been treated with such disrespect. I took my husband arm and told him we needed to go because these kids were trying to get him mad. Over a chicken sandwich. So sad. He was not out of the way to them at all. If you would check the film you will see. I know help is hard to find but it's sad that these kids don't understand the customer is who pays their bills. We will still eat at McDonalds just not this one. You do need to check on this before something does happen. Your standards are much higher than the way these kids treating your business. On December 7 2021 approximately 3 o'clock pm I entered into 4526 Erdman Ave. McDonald's., To pick up a door dash order that was not ready or in the system when I arrived at the store. The supervisor that was on shift at the time was very rude and Loud asking to hold my phone to see the order which I held the phone up for her to see what the order as I do at other McDonald's, she insisted on holding my cell phone and I replied no because of Covid she then immediately got an attitude and walked away and said that she was not helping me with the door Dash order that I was assigned to pick up from the store and she also told a cashier not to wait on me so that means that the customer that I was therefore was unable to receive their order which they had paid for in advance.I thought that was very unprofessional I will not be spending my money at that location ever. As a customer I should have not have been treated that way and it is unacceptable.

Dr. Pepper tasted like dishwashing soap
I purchased a Dr. pepper at about 2:30pm at the mcdonalds at 46219 near shortridge and East Washington. It tasted exactly like dish soap. I hope nobody gets poisoned or something. I had to throw it down my drain it tasted nasty, didn't even taste like dr. pepper at all. I was very disappointed because I rarely eat out because I can't afford it and now my one drink a week tastes like dish soap. I will definitely not get sodas there again. WTF is this some sort of sick way of disinfecting your cups so I don't catch something?! did I swallow Dawn detergent or what?

I went to the McDonald's on North Street in Calais, Maine. I know it is a busy new store but what happened is not right. My order was as follows:

The manager was called over and he told me that I had to drive back around to the back and wait in line again to correct their mistake. He said I could also come in side and get the correct order. It was raining in a down pour outside. I said I would be happy to pay the diffenrence but he didn't want to hear it. He was very rude to me and my wife. The lady waiting on me was very nice and acted very professionaly. I am expecting nothing out of this but I feel you should know how they treat their customers. This was the second time in 2 trips to the same Mc Donads that they got the order wrong.

Fast food
I went to store #20893 and ordered 10 nuggets and fries combo. The cashier charged me extra for extra sauce I did not ask for. Then re -rang meal as a large when I asked for a medium. When I got my food the fries were cold. They then took back the cold fries and quickly gave me some hot, oily, and not full cooked fries. Nuggets were old and cold as well I tried to call number on receipt but it didn't work.
Desired outcome: Full refund and address the issue.
Not Honouring an Advertised Promotional Offer
1st December 2021 on the McDonalds app I received my daily notification for Rock the Christmas Sock, one big Mac for only €2.
I drove from Ghadira, Mellieha to the McDonalds, Bugibba Square, Bugibba to accept this offer, arriving in the branch at about 11:43. On my arrival I went to the sales counter where I was told by a member of staff that I could not have the valid offer for today as they were having an IT issue.
I explained that this was completely unacceptable and wanted the offer I have been presented with. She then went away and got another member of staff after I asked to speak to the Manager for the branch. A gentleman by the name of Lazlo then came and told me that there was an IT issue and I could not have the offer. I explained again, this was not my issue, McDonalds had sent me an offer that I had now driven 9.3km to accept the promotional offer, and that I was very unhappy with the service. The customer should not be inconvenienced because McDonalds has an IT issue! He then said let me get the manager! I already asked the first member of staff to speak to the manager!
After 3 minutes a female approached me and advised she was the manager, and that I could not have the offer but I could have the normal big mac and she would discount the price, it would not be down to the promotional offer price I was sent. Again I explained that this is not acceptable. I explained I work as a Manager for one of the largest companies on the island and we would never tell a customer they could not have a promotional offer we had advertised because there was an issue within the organisation. As part of the management team I would have ensured no customer was treated like this and cause bad feelings to a customer refusing to honour a promotion they were sent!
