I ordered 30 + items to be delivered on 11/20/2020 at 12:30pm, with my order suppose to be delivered between 2-3 pm. It's now 7:00pm and I haven't heard from anyone, with even a courtesy call to advise when my order will be delivered or the problem holding it up.
I really cannot believe they are so busy that they couldn't extend a call and let us know when or what time our order is going to be delivered.

I don't understand why you're not allowed to use re-usable bags (per their COVID-19 rules supposedly) and place them on the self-scanner like you're supposed to, but the store is allowing people to come in without masks on or with not correctly worn masks. If they want to enforce people wearing masks, they should have people placed at ALL entrances to enforce mask wearing.

I shop every 2-3 weeks for my needs, I was in today and in the check out by the west door. While I was checking out a older lady stationed by the west door behind the check out came up to me within 1 foot of me, violating my social distance, this happened about 7:50am today. I had 2 packs of toilet paper and food in my cart I took from a pallet display in the main west isle. The display was not marked with an limit and I explained that, she acknowledged that also and proceeded to get within 1 foot of me, reached into my cart and removed 1 pack of TP. I explained to her again there was no limit on the display and this will last me weeks avoiding another trip to the store. She stated I don't care rudely and left my space and walked away. A younger blonde lady (worker in the same area) after witnessing this apologized and said it not your fault, I just shook my head in disgust. I have shopped at Meijer's for 55 years and never have someone violate my space considering its posted all over the store and rudely grab an item out of my cart. I normally would never consider complaining about this, nor I am a hoarder with 2 6packs of TP but with Covid and the rude lady I will now make an issue out of this up the chain as far as I need to go to get some resolution to this. Sunday 03/29/20 Meijer's fyer advertised specific meats als BOGO free. I sent my husband, age 69, to pürchase chicken, bacon, & turkey breast. I could not go due to underlying health issues. When he returned home I noticed we only received one of chickens free (cheaper of the meats). I called Meijers and was told they signs posted over tue store when I questioned why the limit wasn't stated in the sale flyer. My husband told me the only signs he saw was "Limit two". As I stated he's 69 and it would've been very mich appreciated even if the cashier had checke to make sure he knew the limits in meats. We are seniors in a fixed income and every dollar counts.

I was parked in the lot next to a shopping cart corral. When I opened the driver door, it hit the metal stanchion with enough force to cause a small ding near the edge of the outer sheet metal. This is a 2019 Chevy Colorado that up to this incident had no exterior damage. The stands perhaps should have plastic sleeve guards that may prevent vehicle damage.

I have been shopping at Meijer in Highland and Sherrillville, Indiana for over 20 years and the delis are STILL the same! The employees in both delis clearly do not want to be there nor do they want to wait on any of the 15 customers in line. There is only 1 worker there at a time, if there are 2, one is always avoiding eye contact with the customers and finding something else to do, like hide in the cooler or stand by the rotissaire chicken on her phone. They get angry if another customer dare stand in line! I can not believe that the manager does not do anything to step up the customer service! They are all rude to customers and disrespectful. Just send someone in at any time to check this out for themselves. I was harrassed by a deli worker for not pronouncing KRAKUS correctly! She acted like I was speaking a foreign language and should just step away from the deli counter so she could go back to standing around and checking her phone! I will NEVER waste my time or money on any Meijer deli product again! I will gladly go to Jewel or Rob's Deli where EVERYONE is greeted with a pleasant smile and they are willing to work and their deli areas are so clean! I think you may be losing more money in your stores by having the deli section than you even know.
Clean it up and hire deli workers that want to work and have customer service as number one and you a my find your deli sales increase! Just saying!
Local deli closes at 9:00 p.m. , arrived at 7:45 and was informed that the slicer was down. At that very moment another attendant walked up and laid a fresh cut stack of ham in the showcase turned around and then added a stack of fresh cut cheese. The Richmond store generally has a top notch well ran very disciplined team, except when it comes to the deli. The people are rude lazy and it is more than obvious liars. I have shopped at this store since the day it opened its doors here, unfortunately due to the lack of care and attention to the deli staff I will be finding another place that actually cares. Oh and before someone tries to lie and say I am a disgruntled ex employee or work for a competitor, I have never worked there (or anywhere in that field) but what I do for a living is mystery shop businesses just like this one. Some day their name will cross my phone and I will with with this experience fresh in my mind be heading for, you guessed it , straight for the deli.
