There were 3 $1.00 amounts taken out of my checking
account, the there were 2 $29.95 taken, all without my
permission
As best as i can remember this was a free way to check
your credit report. There was no mention of $29.95
not even once, much less twice.
I don't understand what this is all about, but I have already been to my bank and called the numbet to
cancel this whatever it is, but I want my money back,
I am on a fixed income.
This is a scam that I intend to refer to my attorney unless
my money is put back into my account immediately

Yoursavingsclub has put s $1 charge on my Visa charge .
I don't know who these people are and I certainly did not authorize any charge. Trying to reach them seems impossible
and I do not want any further charges from them.

I have called and tried to cancel my membership and the automated system gives me the run-around and wont let me cancel! I want to CANCEL! Can anyone help me?

I have had enough of your company drawing a dollar a month from my credit card...I do not know who you are or what you are about, I have never ordered anything from you, or joined your club. I have contacted my bank and closed my account just becase of your company. I have tried to call you to no avail. Your phone system is so impersonable it is rediculous. I would however like you to send me a check for the amount you have stolen off of my credit card, $1 a month for the last 7 months. My Name is Matthew Proctor III, my address is 413 W. To whom it may concern:

There has been a one dollar charge on my visa chek/debit card for a on going period of time. It may seem like just a dollar, but I never agreed to any charges to be auto drafted from my bank account on a monthly basis. Especially scince I am not even a member of the savings club. I have tried to cancell over the phone, but am never able to due to the fact that I don't know my member i.d. number or the tellephone number affiliated with this account. I would greatly appreiciate you removing all of my information from your records.Wow I have just seen my activity from my on line account it dates back to January of this year your company has ben taking out at the beging of every month for the past eleven months!Party it is my fualt for procrastinating this long to email this situaion to your attention wich I hope that you can resolve this and I will not be getting any further withdraws from this savingsclub at all. Please feel free to call me back or emailing me to let me know how long this should be taking to get this issue resolved.[protected].

These crooks finally canceled my membership but continue to post a $1.oo charge to my credit card.
I just got off the phone and contacted this web site that their automated message referred me to.

Looks like are real scam. How do I get them off my card.

I did not sign up for a membership with this company, but I have
been charged $1.00 to $2.00 a month by them since as early as
February of 2008. I have tried repeatedly to cancel over the phone with no results. This company needs to be stopped and it
needs to pay for it's damages. I want my money back and I don't
care how much it adds up to. It's mine ; they took it illegally and
I want it back.

I trier using my phone to cancle too also got the run around went to the web sites my account and cancled it from there today. I did the credit report last week and as of right now this "FREE" Credit Report cost me 62.90 and I am not even sure if they will stop taking money out of my account. I am going to my bank tomorrow and file a dispute aganst those charges it is a "SCAM" FREE REPORT my Butt. I am a single partent of 2 and have raised them without child support they are in collage and thanks to the economy I no longer qualify as a co-sign for my kids' education So I wanted to see if some one had got to my Identity to cause me to be turned down or if SALLIE MAE was being picky about who they make loans for now that only the rich can get a good education. I hope everything works out for you and I hope we do not fall for this kind of trickery ever again I also hope people read these comments before they "like us" assume that FREE means FREE.

I signed on in Sept to get a free credit report. I did not get the report. I call and canceled the next week. They are still taking out 1 dollar every month. I have called 3 times and still can not get it stopped

This is the biggest scam I have ever ran across. You have taken $1.00 then $29.95 out of my account after I cancelled. I still haven't been able to access my "free" credit report! I have cancelled this several times and yet you still take out "unauthorized" monies from my account. PUT IT BACK. You have caused me overdraft issues more than one, causing me finanical hardship. PUT MT MONEY BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT!

On 2/25/09 I cancelled the acct to the savings club. I didn't realize at the time I was going to be charged $29.95. My understanding was I would be charged $1.00 to get a free credit report, that it would be credited back to my Visa acct right away. I called to cancel and it said the acct was cancelled. But I still see the $1.00 charge on my acct. It needs to be credited andI hope there will be no other charge to my acct from you.
It is very misleading and deceptive how you get our number before anything is actually done with no way of cancelling the transaction at the time. Please take care of this matter at this time.

This is a scam. I want the 1.00 amounts that you have taken from my master charge. I did not authorize such deductions and I also did not even receive my FREE credit report. It is impossible to stop these charges over the phone. I called once and you are still billing me. Stop now and credit my master card for at least 7 months of charges. This is robbery.

I want your company to REFUND every dollar and cent back to my checking account PLEASE. I will file a claim against your company if not REFUNDED.Yoursavingsclub has put s $1 charge on my Visa charge . I don't know who these people are and I certainly did not authorize any charge. For those having problems with "your savings club" I called [protected]. They asked for a membership ID # which is on your bank statement which I retrieved online.. She canceled my supposed account and refunded my money. Her name was Christina and her ID # is 17334.

THANKS TO THE COMPLAINTS POSTED ON THIS PAGE, I ALMOST GOT CAUGHT IN IT TOO.I JUST FILLED OUT THE WALMART 50.00 GIFT CARD INDEX CARD THEN I GOT ONLINE TO CHECK THIS BROCHEURE.
AFTER I READ ALL OF THEM THANK YOU VERY VERY MUCH FOR SAVING MY BUTT.I MYSELF AM DISABLED, LIVE ON A FIXED INCOME, WIDWOER, (58)YRS.OLD.I ALSO HAVE A ALOT OF OTHER HEALTH COMPLICATIONS.

I really DISPISE internet usage for membership because of this type of FRAUD. Dilberately taking money that is now rightfully yours and even more DESERVE. You are stealing and you CANNOT BE REACHED. What does this tell everyone who has tried to contact your business to cancel...that YOU ARE HIDING because your business is FRAUDALENT. Your site and your business will be reported to the CRIME BUREAU. I want my account withdrawal stopped today.
I called the # on my automatic withdrawal and it referred me to your website. Your website is not clear to which button to push to cancel. Instead you have to file a legal form? It is not clear, but cancellation is my demand. My account # is [protected]; Marlene Woo. Today!

You do not earn one dollar from my account month after month and cannot be reach conveniently like an upstanding ethical business. You are a FRAUD, can show your face and STEALING from people. i called YourClubSavings #[protected]...it asks for your membership number, telephone number or card number which billed your account. I entered my membe number and then the prompt #1 is for cancellation, enter your zip code and it will take that your membership is cancelled...I will check if in fact it is cancelled!

This MVQ Clubsave is definately some kind of a scam. Like the many other complaints you have received about this I too have had an unauthorized withdrawal from my checking acount in the amount of $1.00. I did not sign up for anything with these scam artist and I want the withdrawals stopped immediately! Like most of your other complaintants, I have tried unsucessfully to contact these crooks by phone but have been unable to do so. Before I contact the BBB and file a lawsuit, I will appreciate your prompt response to my request to dicontinue withdrawals from my checking account and to refund the $1.00 already withdrawn. I just got my bank statement and found a $24.95 charge from you on it. As I remember I never activated this account and also tried to cancel it as many others have. I would appreciate it if you would credit my account and no longer take money out. I did cancel the Shoppers part about two weeks ago and was told I was ALL SET SO PLEASE THIS TIME CANCEL EVERYTHING.

I went to my on line to view my banking acconts. After reviewing my account there was an offer for a free credit report for $1.00. I proceeded to get my report. After a few days my daughter encouraged me to cancel because she felt that there was going to be more to it. I cancelled the services. And received a confirmation number. To find out that my card was still charged $29.95! After speakin with my banker I was told to shut my card down! To my suprise. There were 2 different companies charging me. Privacy ...atters and Your Savings Club. I have never AUTHORIZED these people to charge anything on my card! My account was overdrawn and everything! These people need to be STOPPED! This illegal you can't even get a live person to speak with! VERY UPSET!

What is the deal with this so called club? I have found them to be taking $1.00 out of my account. I have finally figured out how to get the account to say it was cancelled. But in reading the other comments on here, this cancelling process is not working. Why can this not be stopped. I have never authorized these people to do this. This infuriates me! If anyone has had any success at getting this to stop, please share that with the rest of us. Thanks for letting me vent.
