Metem Technology Airbike ali5 v2 (electric scooter)

The 5th of January 2017 my husband (Jon Uribarren) and I bought an Airbike Ali5 v2 for our son (order # ESABIKE-[protected]; price: 598, 00€) to Metem International, via their web page (https://www.airwheel.com/es/). As the Airbike was not working properly, after exchanging many mails with them we sent the Airbike via courier back to their Amsterdam depot the 5th of July to be repaired.

They received the scooter, confirmed it by mail, the 1st of August informed us that our Airbike was repaired and was going to be shipped back and would reach us in 10 days but it never arrived.

We exchanged a final mail with Mr Gokhan the 29th of December 2017 and, since then, we have not received neither our airbike nor news (we enclose the Airbike invoice and, in case you would need it, we could also send you copies of the mails exchanged with them and copy of the messenger company shipping the Airbike their Amsterdam depot).

We surprisingly see now that they may be operative again, so we would want to claim the amount that we payed for the scooter. This has clearly been a fraud and we really regret to have bought anything from this company.

Metem Technology heider agx ultra power

I just want to follow-up on my purchase of Heider AGX Ultra Power last February 15, 2019 withTransaction number: C 9F04 XX1285382916XX (PL). I purchased it through the http://www.heideragx.com/ website using mg mastercard. Please, I want to know the status of this purchase. I already email us@heideragx.com and tr@heideragx.com to track my purchase but til now I did not received any response. Please help me know the status of the delivery. This transaction is for our Office so the money used was not personally mine. I am already thinking that the website was not legitimate since I am not getting any response. This was already my second purchase of Heider. The first one was I think 3 years ago. Please help me on this.

I did an order in Feb 2017 and received several messages delaying the shipment:

Until there was no more answer...

Metem Technology heider pro zoom x1

Hi, I had placed an order for Heider PRO Zoom X1 Land Telescope and Heider TA01 Universal Metal Land Telescope Camera Adapter on 14th October 2017 invoice no.100005868 and Order no. ZOOMEN-000010456 but have still not received till date. In spite of several reminders and phone calls there is no answer. Posting facebook comments have been blocked for me by them. PLZ HELP.

Metem Technology heider walkie talkie sets

I ordered a pair of walkie talkie sets on their website costing $125, and now after atleast dozens of emails and repeated reminders and a lapse of 8 months, the product has yet not been delivered. The company has now stopped relying to emails also. Either give me a refund of my amount or ship the products. Failing so, criminal charges to be levelled against the company for embezzlement and theft.

I ordered 2 cfx750 one on September 5 2017 and a second one on September 11 2017. You guys took the payment out of my bank but I have yet to receive any product or update from you guys. I have since moved and have a new address.

Metem International BV è in bancarotta
Il negozio web olandese Metem International BV è in bancarotta . Questa azienda, oltre a Metem, ha utilizzato anche altri negozi online come Airbike, Landtelescope.eu e Superzaklamp. Recentemente la rete ECC ha ricevuto numerose denunce da parte delle vittime. Hanno effettuato un acquisto in uno di questi negozi web, ma non hanno mai ricevuto il loro ordine.

In data 17/08/17 ho acquistato il telescopio heider x 5 con supporto per smartphone, a oggi non ho ricevuto niente e nonostante le mie ripetute email inviate non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta, ma 491, 00€ gli hanno presi, non so più come fare per avere info. Ho provato a chiamare al numero ma continua a cadere la linea,
ho chiesto anche il rimborso del pagamento ma niente aiuto!.

Metem Technology my product not being repaired and sent back to it's owner

I, curtis mclardie sent my air bike Ali5 after having it for 3 months.
I Sent it back To: metem international, Amsterdam, Netherlands consignment number CP448655374ES on 2/07/2017 and I have never received a response or my product back. I would like the repaired product back or be fully refunded.

According to our conversation and the e-mail correspondence that we found, the product that you received, an airwheel X3 with order number #[protected] became defect after a short period of time.
We understand that the shipping costs are an extra disappointing factor in your experience with our company. We have the following suggestion to make;
 
According to our terms and conditions, the shipping costs for such cases are covered by the customer. This policy if unfortunately non- flexible.
"Regarding the return of a product within the warranty period the customer may return the item for technical service.
Products under warranty cannot be refunded, they can only be repaired or replaced with a new item. The shipment costs for the returned product will belong to the customer and the shipment costs for the repaired/replaced item will belong to Metem."
 
However, since you are interested in replacing your Airwheel X3 with our new product Ali 5 v2, we can adjust its initial price and send you our product without any additional cost. According to our database, you were charged the amount of €459, 00. The price for the Ali5 is currently €579, 00 so the difference would be €120, 00. Our suggestion is that you send your parcel with your airwheel X3 back to us and you cover the shipping cost as our policy implies. After we receive your parcel, we can send you the airbike Ali5 v2 without charging you the difference, provided that the shipping costs will indeed exceed or be equal to it. However please keep in mind that our company carries no responsibility for duty fees or other charges that are not related to our products. 
 
If you agree so, here are some instructions for the next steps;
• You can send your parcel back to our office in Amsterdam or in Istanbul. We advise you to check first the shipping costs for each country and then inform us about where you intend to send it.
• Please send us a proof of payment of the shipping costs. It can be a simple picture. 
• Your guarantee covers you for problems related to the construction of the item and not for damages due to misusage. 
• We would like to kindly as you to return the product in its original package if possible. Please do not forget to include a short description of the problem.

I ordered the Heider agx ultra power on November 15, 2017 and I still have not received my order. I have e-mailed the company in the US and in the Netherlands several times with no response. I would like for someone to respond to my e-miles. I have ordered two other items before from this company and received my orders in a timely manner. Please send me my order.

Failing which I will have no choice but to believe that I have been cheated by your company and I shall be forced to lodge a legal complaint about this Economic Offences Wing in India and with copies marked to the High Commission of the US in India.

Metem Technology ordine inevaso da mesi dopo l'incasso del prezzo - mancata risposta a reclami via e-mail

L'ordine #MTMEUEN-[protected] del 21/09/2017 relativo alla merce in oggetto é stato regolarmente recepito e fatturato con [protected] contestualmente all'incasso del controvalore di € 325, 60.
La spedizione doveva avvenire entro tre giorni dall'ordine.
Ad un primo sollecito (merce necessaria per escursioni in Giappone e Sud Corea al 04/11/2017) Metem si é scusata rinviando la spedizione al 15 e 25/10/2017 e promettendo pure un piccolo omaggio.
La spedizione non é mai avvenuta nonostante i due solleciti successivi inviati via e-mail sia alla sede USA che a quella europea. La posta inviata non é più stata aperta.
Ho sollecitato la spedizione entro il 15/12/2017 oppure l'accredito del versamento effettuato indicando le coordinate bancarie del mio conto.
Nel caso in cui non ci sia risposta come mi devo comportare ?

Claim money from where the payment was made (credit card, transfer, etc.) and report to the police ... alleged fraudsters.

Metem Technology online sale of gadgets and equipments - airbike mx5 and other stuff

I have placed an order for an airbike mx5 since september 16 2017.
Delivery which was supposed to be within 15 days, but it has been postponed eversince, and all replies keep on repeating apologies and saying that shipment will be done soon.
I tried to cancel the order and claimed for refund, but again, the reponse came that my request has been put in the system, and I will get more info as soon as finalised... still nothing.
Always same person in the name of durdane ahmet answering my calls and telling me to call again or send a email.
Emails addressed to [protected]@airbike.com are being answered by a so called gulsah goker, and always repeating same message apologizing for the delay and confirming that delivery have started.

2 months have passed since my purchase, and still nothing. they even disconnect my phonecall immediately after answering.

This is obviously a fake company performing fraud and they should be stopped by anyone

Emails the have are like:
'metem international' ; '[protected]@metemteknoloji.com'; '[protected]@meteminternational.com'; '[protected]@metem. eu'; '[protected]@airbike.com'; '[protected]@airbike.com'; '[protected]@airbike.com'; 'airbike' ; '[protected]@metemteknoloji.com'; '[protected]@metemteknoloji.com'; 'dürdane ahmet' ; '[protected]@metemteknoloji.com'
But all are attended by one person only apparently

anyone please sugest what should be made against this fraud business!

After contacting the responsibles in this company, they explained to me that what happened was beyond their controls, and they approved to give me refund of the amount paid.

I successfully got the refunded amount and I hereby submit my apologies to this company and to their respectable staffs who handled my problem in an extremely professional way.

Special thanks to Mrs Gulsah Goker who followed up my problem and who was very courteous in dealing with me.

After contacting the responsible persons in METEM TEKNOLOJI and METEM International, they explained to me that what happened was out of their control, and they agreed to give me full refund for the amount paid, which I received instantly within next 48 hours. My problem was favorably resolved thanks to the good intervention and follow up of Ms. Gulsah Goker, to whom I deeply apologize for any inconvenicences caused, and I also submit my apologies to the company and to all respectable staffs in METEM TEKNOLOJI who proved to be highly professional and dedicated to provide adequate customer service.
