I was really excited to check out Sevenly.org because I heard they had some cool SGN merch and that they also support charity. However, my experience with them was a total letdown. I mean, in this day and age, you expect your orders to arrive in a timely manner, right? Well, my order took almost three weeks before it even shipped! That's just ridiculous.
And to make matters worse, when my order finally did arrive, it was broken. I had sent it as a gift, so you can imagine how disappointed I was. It really looked like it had been damaged before it even left the warehouse. I mean, come on, Sevenly, you can do better than this!
Honestly, I wouldn't recommend using this site. There are plenty of other ways to raise awareness and support causes that don't involve dealing with such poor customer service. So save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.

On June 7th, 2020, a USPS shipping label was created for my second item, but I still haven't received it. When I contacted Sevenly about this issue, they told me to contact USPS. However, when I checked with USPS, they said they have not received the item to ship. It's like trying to get a child to do something. Sevenly is just inept and should not be donating money to charities before they fill orders.
I strongly advise you not to give them your money, even if you think John Krasinski has something to do with them. If he does, shame on him. My next step is to dispute the charge on my credit card. Sevenly is not smart enough to be ashamed of their incompetence.
In conclusion, I am very disappointed with Sevenly's service. They seem to be more focused on donating money to charities than fulfilling orders. I hope they can improve their service in the future, but until then, I will not be ordering from them again.

I done bought a bunch of stuff from Sevenly, but this here review is just 'bout the latest thing I got. I'm real passionate 'bout animal welfare, so when I seen they had a tank top for rescue dogs, I jumped on it. Took 'bout a week to get to me, but that's what I was expectin'. The design on the shirt is real nice - Sevenly always got some good designs - but the material is real light and kinda flimsy. I was scared to wash it in the machine, but it come out alright.
I mostly keep up with Sevenly on Facebook, 'cause that's where they post all their new stuff. They also send me emails, but they send me too many. Thinkin' 'bout unsubscribin'.

It's been a while, and I still haven't received anything.
I've tried to get in touch with Sevenly several times, but I haven't had much luck. I've created 7 inquiry tickets, and I've received 5 generic responses. I've also live chatted with them 3 times, and they promised to ship my order in 10 days. I've even left several voice messages, but I haven't received any responses. It's frustrating to say the least.
Yesterday, I decided to write a negative review of Sevenly with the BBB. I was so disappointed with their lack of customer service. However, I did receive an email from Sevenly yesterday morning, stating that PART of my $234 order had been shipped. I was relieved to hear that, but when I tried to track my package using the UPS tracking number provided in Sevenly's email, it said that the tracking number was "not available at this time." I'm not sure what's going on, but I hope that my order arrives soon.

I ordered presents for Christmas on December 3rd. It is December 19th and they're still not here. We are leaving Dec 21st and not only won't have these to take with me as gifts but now I'm going to have to trust they're not stolen off my porch. I've contacted customer service several times. I will attach the response below. I was extremely frustrated because I had a time sensitive gift and Ella Mae over nighted me a replacement (not what i ordered mind you), then said it cost her $40+. When the envelope says $17.75. This is after I said I would pay for overnighting. She brought up twice how much she paid to over night this to me. Again here it is Dec 19th and no presents to take with me out of town. I was super excited this year that gifts I was giving were going to a good cause. Next year I will find a better organization.

Sevenly may have a great idea, but no one will care until they learn to keep their words.
I was promised to get my order by the beginning of October. But it never arrived. It's the 9th of October today and there's no sign of anything: the company, the order, the delivery service. The only person who's worried is me. No wonder why. I spent money and I want to get something instead.

Sometimes you have to wait for a month and it's ok, it's a normal practice. But this website is beyond all of the expectations. To receive my order I had to wait for 3 months. I called and emailed them numerous times, they were slow like turtles and sometimes it took them up to 2 weeks to answer me. They gave me a runaround and couldn't explain what happened to my order.
They are unprofessional and not worth your money. Stay away and shop elsewhere.

I never received my order. Countless emails and phone calls go unanswered. Now I receive promotional campaigns, but I keep writing to them to no avail. Their support email system just confirms they "received" my email and will get back with me "shortly". It never happened. This is a january, 2016 order.

I have placed a big order with Sevenly and later they contacted me and said that most of the items were not available and that they were not sure when will I get my stuff. I asked them to cancel my order but they said that it was not possible. They said that they can send things which were in stock and the remaining part will be delivered later. I agreed but received nothing! They gave me a tracking number but it was invalid and I was not able to track my order! Customer service was terrible and every time I contacted them I heard nothing but lies!
