My name is Jude, i once lived at 415-205 Morningside ave, but i moved out August 1st 2023, before moving out, i called to closed my account. The person i spoke with told me the account was closed as of that day. Before the end of august i received email saying that i own a bill balance of $32 and some cents, so i called to complain and the person i spoke with said they were going to close the account finally. September again i received another bill of $115 + so i called to complain about the bill again, i was told same and this time the lady assured me that it will not happen again and also she was going to inform supervisor about it and i ask if this will not happen again, she said it will not. Some days ago i received another email bill and this time it for $218.72, how are mine suppose to get this amount, when i am the only one working for now and moreover i have called many time for the account to be closed. How are mine suppose to get this amount from, also all this amount for what i did not use, please i need a solution and please my account should be closed.
