I bought a car from Midstate Mitsubishi on April 29th and I gave them the money to handle registering the car. It's been twelve days now and they still haven't sent the registration. They can't even tell me when they will do it. I told them I would register it myself, but they say I can't do that. I can't drive the car because it's not registered and doesn't have a sticker. They're not being very helpful in resolving this issue.

I keep getting letters from Midstate Auto Group in the mail. I told them many times to stop sending me stuff, but they keep sending it anyway. Today (01/27/2022), I called them and asked to talk to someone about getting off their mailing list. They put me on hold without saying anything, and I waited for more than 15 minutes before I gave up because they weren't helping me.

I bought a 2019 Nissan Rogue from Midstate Mitsubishi in Aug 2020 and got an extended warranty. In Sept 2020, I asked them in writing and in person to cancel the contract. I also contacted the warranty company, who told me that the dealership hadn't processed the extended warranty yet, so it couldn't be canceled at that time. Can you believe it? A whole month later! I gave Portfolio warranty company a copy of the canceled request that I personally handed to the dealership, so they both have it on record. But now it's November, and I still haven't received a refund for my extended warranty! It's been almost 3 months since I bought my Rogue. This is just ridiculous!

I bought a car from Midstate Mitsubishi on 04/09/2022. I paid $14,350. The service contract warranty cost me $1950. I didn't drive the car off the lot until April 20. The inspection didn't pass the first time. They told me to schedule another inspection for the following week. I went back, but the car failed inspection again. It failed three times in less than 30 days. I went for inspection three times, and then my transmission had a problem. I asked the dealership for a refund under the lemon law because of the three failed inspections. They refused to give me a refund. They made me use my warranty but wouldn't give me the warranty company's phone number. They threatened to call the police if we didn't leave the dealership. I don't understand why they're giving me a hard time. I bought a used Dodge Ram 1500 from Midstate Mitsubishi on April 16th, 2022. I put down a $10,000 cash deposit when I made the purchase. After having the vehicle for 3 weeks, the check engine light came on and it was running very rough at idle on May 6th. I reached out to the dealership and brought it to them on May 9th for them to take a look. Since then, they have informed me about 3-5 issues they found, including problems with the ignition coil, fuel injectors, and now a faulty camshaft.
I called them this morning and they said they are still waiting for an engine specialist to come in and check the amount of metal in the engine by dropping the oil pan. They mentioned that they might have an answer for me by the end of business tomorrow. However, it's been 11 days since they've had the vehicle, and it seems like they haven't made any progress in solving the problem. I've told them multiple times that I would prefer a refund of my deposit so I can find another vehicle elsewhere. I'm worried that the engine might be beyond repair, and I don't want to be responsible for 60 months of payments if the engine is irreparable.
Unfortunately, all my requests have been met with resistance, and the dealership owner hasn't even answered my calls. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter.

I been with Mistate Auto Mitsubishi for over 6 years now, and this my third car from them. My current ride is a 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander that I got on October 30th, 2022. Had a little trouble with it though. A few months back, on February 3, 2022, at 8:46 in the morning, the darn thing wouldn't start. Tried jumpin' it, but nothin' happened. Ended up gettin' it towed to Midstate Mitsubishi, and wouldn't ya know it, they just charged it up and it worked fine. Then, about a month and a half later, on April 12, same thing happened again. Car wouldn't start, tried jumpin' it again, nothin'. So, back to Midstate Mitsubishi it went. They charged it up on their fancy machine and said there's somethin' in the car that's drainin' the battery, but they didn't know what. Sent me home with it again. Fast forward to May 23rd, I come back from a family vacation for my birthday, ready to head to work, and guess what? Car won't start again. Jumped it, but the engine light stayed on. Had to get it towed to Midstate Mitsubishi for the third time. Now they're tellin' me they still don't know what's causin' the battery drain. They said they gotta wait for it to happen again to diagnose it. Sent me home with the car again and said they gotta contact a Mitsubishi specialist and the manufacturer. Nobody knows what's wrong, and they keep makin' me wait longer and longer. I've missed a bunch of work 'cause of this, and they ain't gettin' back to me. I've been reachin' out to 'em through emails and messages, but no response. I've been a loyal customer for 6 years and recommended 'em to others, but all I want now is a fair trade or my money back so I can get a reliable car.
