We went and traded a very good vehicle with no problems for one that does. We've been back twice and it still isn't fixed. We haven't had it for 30 days yet. The sales manager won't answer the phone or return calls. I'm returning the vehicle to them. I've been here several times before and never had a problem until now.

I bought a 2018 Infinity Q50 from the dealership. I traded in my 2011 5.0 Mustang for $8000 and paid $2000 in cash. Unfortunately, after just one week, I started experiencing problems with the Infinity. I returned it to Nissan, but then the Mustang broke down after only 4 days of driving it. I had to give the car back to the dealership, and they bought the Infinity back. However, within less than a month, the Infinity broke down again. The dealership's warranty does not cover repairs, and they refuse to respond to my concerns. Now, I have to pay for the repairs out of my own pocket.

I had to bring it back and ask them to top it off because the service was not done correctly. The second service was a sunroof flush, but they ended up drilling a hole in the floor of my vehicle that wasn't there before. They still charged me for the sunroof flush, but water still comes inside the vehicle.

Just imagine going 60 mph and the car overheats, and you're trying to navigate through traffic to pull over. I was so scared, and my son was scared too. They have no empathy or sympathy for a mother being stranded on the highway with an overheating engine. What if I couldn't reach anyone for help?

To cut a long story short, *** keeps calling me multiple times a day and sending me statements claiming that I still owe them money. (Now my car loan is with Wells Fargo.) I have talked to *** to explain that Reidsville Nissan now has both the car and the loan, but nothing has changed. I have also sought assistance from the State Attorney General's Office, but Reidsville Nissan never responded.

On August 5th, he said he found a car for me and brought it to my house in Lexington, NC. He didn't give me any details about the car until he got to my house. Turns out, the car was more than 10K and the payment was $500. I needed a car, so I went ahead with it. The next day, the engine light came on. I took the car back to Reidsville Nissan the next day (Friday). *** said they would use the warranty I paid for to fix the car and ordered the part. I talked to him at the dealership. The next day, I had a bunch of water coming into the car through the passenger windshield while I was driving. I sent pictures to *** but didn't get a response. I spent the next week trying to get in touch with ***, customer service, and management. Nobody called me back. The car problems kept happening - water coming in under the foot pedal, the inside trim falling down, the windows not working, and more water coming in through another window. I didn't talk to management until about 9 days later. *** called me on August 17th and said the car was sold as-is and that he hadn't seen *** either. He didn't have an explanation for why nobody called me back. I told him that nobody told me the car was sold as-is, and there wasn't a sticker on the car saying that when I bought it. I talked to *** again the next day, but in person. He said he could refinance the car later. Another employee told me the car loan could be reversed. The car loan company said the same thing, but it was up to the dealership. I didn't get my paperwork until August 21st. On August 5th, they gave me paperwork for someone who bought the same car a month before me. The salesperson was ***, the person who brought the car to my house.
