I first noticed Mikey's Tree Service guys working on another job site
I first noticed Mikey's Tree Service guys working on another job site. After watching them work a bit I chose to contact them for an estimate. Mike arrived on time for our estimate appt. and was both personable and professional. He walked the 1 acre yard with me and advised what trees were priority in our goal of preparing our yard for the upcoming hurricane season. Several trees required pruning as well as tree limbs that were very close to our power lines from the road to our home. We received a reasonable quote, he explained there would be at least a 10 day wait and were notified the day ahead of our appt. The crew worked like a well oiled machine for several hours in the heat and humidity without so much as a complaint. I was informed of what they were going to do to each tree prior to trimming to make sure it met my satisfaction. They were very polite and VERY hard workers. The yard was cleaned of all limbs leaves and looks great. Today (almost two weeks after the service date) one of the trees that was trimmed cracked and fell over our fence line during a heavy rain storm and strong winds. This was no fault of Mikey's Tree Service. I contacted Mike and in less than 2 hrs a crew not only cut the tree down but cleared everything up from this tree falling from both my and our neighbor's yard. What great customer service and skilled workers. I high recommend and trust Mike's Tree Service and will call on them again when needed.

Work never done, want $800 back for work not done
Work never done, want $800 back for work not done. Mikey's Tree Service was hired to take out a live oak and put in a French Drain on my land in spring 2019. Tree removal was done good and quick and was told they'd come back for the French Drain. They never came back and after a bunch of months I finally asked for my money back for the work they didn't finish. I paid the whole $2,800 and even after asking a bunch of times, I still haven't got the $800 they owe me for the work they didn't do. I don't want any more work, just want my money back for the work they were supposed to do but didn't.
