This company is a joke. Such a big company without customer service.
It's been a month since I have not gotten a response to my matter, C1752990.
The legal advisor left the company, and now my claim has been handed to a new legal advisor.
It's 6 November, and I still have not gotten my car fixed. We are heading into the festive season, and all workshops are closing, but they don't care.
I had a phone call from the new legal advisor, and her attitude stinks. She tells me over a call that my claim was handed to her this morning because the other lady left, and now I must wait for feedback until Friday and I must call in to follow up. How is this my problem that people leave the company and there is no control over third-party claims? I won't stop posting bad reviews until I can get proper feedback. Why must I call in and ask for feedback? My car was hit by a MiWay client; why is this my problem now? My time is wasted just to get told there's no feedback. The person that hit my car, his car was fixed within a week, but it was his fault my car looks like this. I want feedback!
