Im really really disappointed this time as I recharge rs.600 on 8th april
After deduction of loan around 400 something come in my account, I apply for monthly watsapp package but my all the credit got [censored]ing lost!
Why I mean? When I call customer service they said u use internet on 9 may, so why they charge me for that if I already apply watsapp monthly packkage on 8th of april! Again today I apply for loan & got the loan of rs.30 but sudden after 1rs call to jazz callcentre all 30rs lost? I mean what the [censored] is this? Its my right to talk like that, I was in real emergency nd im a jazz customer from so long! Now I really dnt have [censored]ing more money to waste on you guys by calling your detailed call centre! Kindly help if jazz has balls please please, [protected] this is my number, do check records & call me on the same number please!
