Dear Team,
Since the time i am using jazz network i have converted to whole my family members on jazz network due to good coverage, packages etc, Couple of month before i was continuously subscribe monthly packages every month which was based on *7000# code and i was spending 600 to 800 Rs for it but till the time i am not selected being a gold costumer .
It is requested that please select my number for gold costumer as i am regular costumer of jazz network.

Respected concern, It is submitted with very sorrow that yesterday on dated: 17-7-2019 a call has been received with number 03026204876 at 11:49 PM with the plea that Ap ka Jazz Cash Account 5 Saal k liye Block ho jae ga, agar aap ne abhee uss ko renew nahee karwaya tua. Abhee batain aur foran batain k aap uss ko renew karwana chahte ho k nahee. I have denied him that if you are an employee of company than call me from company No., after that he made a miss call from 0092300. He call me again from the above said No. Than I considered him company employee. so i give him required information and then a huge amount has been deducted from my account to No. [protected] for Rs. 998.00 and No. [protected] for Rs. 100.00, Total amount Rs. 1098 has been deducted from my account with showing messages through 5858
So now tell me how we trust on Jazz services and employees of your company, I request you to take early action for further misappropriation.

undefined charges
i am using jazz no [protected] i am not using internet and i am charged more then 100 rupees. almost upto 20 rupees detect from my account and when i check on ecare that amount is charged as data then i change my cell phone buy simple phone without GPRS function now i am again charged approx 40 rupees.
kindly give me solution i have complaint to jazz many time but now there attitude is very rude.

complaint regarding misappropriation of money
It is submitted with grief that a call has been received with number 0309-5743750 at 10:06 PM, 10:15 PM, 10:17 PM, 10:27 PM with the plea that Ap ki hifazazt k liey ap ko jazz cash account MPIN tabdeel Kerna ho gi .
Then he required some information and I denied with the plea that I shall contact with help line. Meanwhile showing himself from jazz office he called with help line number 004444 at 10:14 PM I considered the jazz help line and gives him required information and then my amount has been deducted as per following detail
NO; 0309-5743750 Rs; 30 at 10: 48 PM
No [protected] Rs: 2000
No: 0309-5743750 Rs 200
In this way total Rs 2230 have been deducted from my account with showing the call from 004444 and sending messaged through 5858
I am so worried that I may not trust on Jazz service as I am the old customer and using the jazz service more than 12 years.

I am complaining about weak network of jazz in our area
I have registered my complaint at jazz help line through costumer care operator about weak network. In our area when the light goes off (i.e. load shedding hours), jazz network also becomes weak. I think that the jazz tower staff does not run generator. Although the company is providing oil for that purpose. They are stealing oil rather to use it. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Dear concern,
It is to inform you that I am a warid user and I have activated my weekly sms package on regular basis. Before 3 days sms charges deducted continuesly till today. I have called 4 times help line but your representative confirmed that my sms is activated. And they refused that not charges have been deducted on sms, I share all facts and figures about the deduction. But they did not response positively with me and argued that i am making wrong complain.
After that I have captured screenshot of all deducted and I offered them to share it with them, than they shared a cusmer care email to me. I shared all screenshot with your customer care email. But just received a acknowledgement email, but not any positive response still.
Totally disappointed with this avoidance and non professional behavior of jazz.

call drop and signals problem
I am resident of Abdullah shah ghazi goth scheme 33 gulzar e hijri Karachi.
Here jazz network is not working properly. We residents of this area face problems of call drop and no network coverage.
I had made several complains from my number [protected], but no betterment is done on the part of company to facilitate customers. Many times technical team of the jazz contacted me and replied that they were working on it, but issue is still not resolved.

Respected concers, On Monday 20 may I just recharged 650rs for monthly pkge *430# pkge money was deducted at once dat is 390 but after dat mbs n sms were posted immediately but d minutes were not posted I called d help line n talked to customer care member he assured fat within 2 hours minutes gonna posted but nothing happened in d afternoon I tried again to complain on call but all in vain d very next day I called again dis time they fwded complain n on dat day minutes were posted at night. Wednesday, Thursday n Friday I regularly received minute but since yesterday I m facing again d same problem. Plz resolve my issue

Today on 4/30/2019, I purchased load for 4g wifi device of 36gb package which cost rs 1500 but extra 462 rs are charged. Sir I was using data as I still have 3MBs left in my account but company has deducted nearly Rs150 extra without informing me. I need the reason for the deduction. theft and cheating
Sir, I subscribed for a weekly internet bundle on mobile number [protected] which ought to end on 12-04-2019. At about 11am on 12-04-2019 I checked the status of my weekly package by dialing *117*47*2# which only told that my weekly package will end on 12-04-2019 and it didnt mention the time and it wasted about rs 405 for using internet without bundle in-spite of the fact that more than 1000 mbs were still remaining at that time.
That the company also did not send me any notification that I am using the mobile internet without package and when I called at about 5pm to the representative he told me that my bundle time expired at about 2:30pm due to which I was being charged directly.
That I have called twice to register my complaint to the call representative officer but they did not forwarded my complaint.
Now the company should return my money which they deducted from my account and cheated me.
In future they should also mention the time of expiry of any bundle along with date.
They should also send notification if someone is using services without any bundle/package.
The company must not cheat people.
The call center representatives must forward complaints in someone is asking for.

unethical calls from 0306-4058720
This is to inform that yesterday someone has been calling on my jazz number 0306-4540903, repeatedly after 2:30pm. you can see you call log report to verify.
Further, he continued calling after 9:30pm on my number.
Its a great nuisance to disturb others, i would want the complaint cell to send him an sms saying that due to compliant lodged against the number, the number has been blocked for 07 days, and if the caller continues then an FIR will be lodged against him and his number will be blocked permanently.

Dear Sir, there is a problem with roaming Mobilink/jazz sim at Kuwait. Please try to resolve this problem as we can not do our online banking from Kuwait as bank is sending verification on SMS on our sim which are not working here at Kuwait. Other service providers are working at Kuwait.
