Omg I had a steak salad and it was absolutely disgusting it had no taste didn't look done but I didn't want to say anything and cause a scene . I have eaten plenty of times and for me to $9 total $11 for what I had was a rip off and my stomach has been turning ever since I left. It was so gross ! They were not vet friendly either tonight I told them $10.98 for a salad was insane but they didn't seem to want to do anything barely any steak lettuce I couldn't eat . Very disappointed . That's just a picture of what the steak looked like no flavor nothing

My daughter and I entered the facility at 8:54 p.m. A customer was still being served and staff refused to take my order. I asked what the closing time was and was told 9. One staff member motioned towards the door and the others said nothing. We went next door to Tropical Smoothie and was served. We have two days of recital with 900 performers. We are boycotting this location.

normally, the roadies at our local moe's are extremely friendly, helpful, attentive, and enthusiastic. from shift managers lexi and ray to line people like rickie and admira, they know us and warmly us when we come in. on our last visit, thursday, june 8, we were surprised by how unfriendly and borderline rude our cashier was. she seems to be new. i believe she was named sierra but am not sure. anyway, it just stood out because the restaurant is usually so well run and friendly. i don't really expect a 'resolution' . hopefully, the other employees will explain to her that her attitude is not helpful. i don;t need a refund but maybe a coupon for a discount or something on my next visit? thank you

This is unacceptable I asked the employee to fill the cup and she said it's a 6oz Laddle and a 6oz cup which I replied the cup should be full then and she refused to fill the cup and agrued that's all they will give and walked away from me. I pay the same price for Moe's as a sit down restaurant and I expect not to be jipt . Moe's has lost a customer over refusing to simply filling a cup.

We have been going to Moe's for the past 4 years now at the Centereach and rocky point locations in NY and over the past year the queso has not been getting filled properly. The bowls are only 2/3 full if that and when we complain we get attitude from the employees. We spend over $50 per visit and don't feel we are getting the value for our money, if it's not the queso, it's the amount of toppings they put on the food, it is disgraceful

I went to moes at 2:50 to grab lunch. They were not busy yet they still rushed through my order as well as made my food in a floppy way. The portions I was given was laughable as well. I usually enjoy moes but today it didn't feel like moes. I also never even got my receipt either. They didn't give me my receipt and my burrito tasted like only beans the rice was not very proportional neither was the chicken. They were also stingy about the chipotle ranch sauce

I ordered two toppings on my quesadilla. Which i didn't think to be too complicated. They forgot one item and added and additional item (tomatoes) onto the quesadilla, and my partner has a severe allergy to tomato. This is not the first time my order has been wrong at this location, but it will be the last time. Because i will no longer be eating from moes. I demand compensation for my incorrect meal. Today was my first time using online ordering and I am very disappointed with the service. I didn't have a lot of time so I figured ordering online would be extremely helpful. My order was ready on time so it was off to a great start. There was no hassle getting it either and the staff was very friendly. I walked away and realized that my order was missing a drink. So I went back and was given a cup without a problem. I then left the store got into the car and realized that the chips and queso were missing. I went back in this time had to show my receipt and was then given the missing items. While this was frustrating I do understand that things happen. However I am now not saving anytime and it would have been faster if I had just ordered there. When I get home we only have 8 minutes to eat before we have to leave the house. I sit down to eat my salad and didn't see any chicken. I was assuming that it was under everything else so I started eating and still no chicken. Now I'm looking through everything and there is absolutely no chicken in my salad. I think 3 things wrong with my online order is very irritating so I call the branch. I chose option 2 like the recording stated. I called 5 times in 10 minutes. Only on the 5th phone call did someone actually answer. I asked to speak to the manager and was told it was really busy and I had to call back in about 5 or 10 minutes . I said I didn't want to call back to speak to the manager and I would like to speak to the manager now. I was then told that the manager wasn't there and to call back in 10 minutes. My girlfriend and I came in to this store 45 minutes before closing and they said they only had pork and beef left. I asked if they had anymore chicken and was told no. I asked if they had any in the back and they said yes but it would take 15 minutes to cook and they had already cleaned the grill and they wouldn't cook more chicken. Horrible service. I have been to other locations with the same terrible service. Love moes food but the lack of quality service has turned me away for good.

IDo they bother to read the orders when people order from places like doordash. 2 times I have ordered and both times the order was wrong. I even called the Boynton Beach FL ocation after my second order to be sure they got my order right and it was still wrong.

Went to Moes Liverpool NY as I have done several times. Went on 5/10/19. The service was horrible. Nobody knew what they were doing. Wait in line with 10 people ahead was 30 minutes. Food was cold and chicken burnt. Cashier rang out our order wrong twice. Food tasted horrible and my family could not even finish our meal. Don't know what was happening. Restaurant was filthy with trash overflowing. Horrible!

Dirty! Nothing re stocked on salsa bar including cups and tops . No lines . One empty salsa . Behind counter filthy. Rude guys. Upon entering we were not greeted with the traditional "welcome to moes ‘. Looked on wall menu for the quinoa bowl price, there was none, only a picture at the order counter. I asked the server what was the price, he said he wasn't sure, maybe around $10...never verified. Placed our standard burrito bowl order. Got to the salsa bar...it was soooo messy. ‘Went to the restroom and was disgusted, two pieces of TP left, no back up roll...no paper towels...soap dispenser broken will hanging on wall. How could the staff clean their own hands when there was no supplies for the customers...gross. Managed to get one pic

being double charged on debit & having a hard time getting in touch
Dear Moe's, I had a very good meal on April 26 at Love Field, but later found out that my debit card had been charged twice. My credit union statement only listed the name and address of Moe's. I found the Moe's general website and submitted the problem, but was never responded today (more than a week ago). Today I found this complaint board and called and spoke to Camille, who was VERY HELPFUL. She put me in touch with the restaurant and I had another conversion with someone who was also VERY HELPFUL. I'm waiting now for the manager to call or text me back.
I would suggest that you list the local Moe's phone number rather than the full address when people charge items. This would make problems easier to resolve for customers. My problem won't be resolved until I get a credit or check for $11.23, but Moe's could make this process easier. Thanks!

The moes locations in the raleigh locations are supposed to be selling $2 tacos no limit per order after a carolina hurricanes playoff win. i went in to get six $2 tacos and a cup of queso and it came out to be $23.78. Six $2 tacos should cost $12 plus the few dollars for the cup of queso. we did not order any drinks so the total should have been around $15-17 max depending on how much the cup of queso cost. we were charged $23.78 and were refunded $4.33 which is not enough. please refund us the right amount of money or compensate in some other fashion.
