customer service at your mt. laurel location
Good Afternoon, today i placed an order on line for lunch. I placed my order & when i went to pick it up i was missing two items, queso (Side) and guacamoli side- when i called your East Gate NJ location, the employee who answer the phone stated he was sorry but we would need to come back that was the best he can do or come in saturday and pick up the missing food. I said i am on lunch and i dont work saturday's he went to say that the best i can not . I asked for refund and he stated he could not due to i order on line. fine i get that. but when my co worker went to pick up the missing food they were rude and stated that would not companstate us for the error and we are getting what we paid for and take it. 1st there were customer in the store and they were rude and the employee raised his voice and said take it or leave it. well is this how you run your franchise if so i will be happy to stop ordering from this site, which i order for meetings least four times a year. I am very disappointed in this store employee's comments and then they messed up our tacos & my coworker stated something about that & your employee stated how do i know that your not lying, come on we order from there at least once a week, I am sorry to say not anymore, if you can hire employees that are rude and talk to your customers in such unprofessional way then shame on Moe's . they mess up the food. Again, Sorry for the negativity in my complaint but when i am spoken in such a way on the phone and in person is uncalled for. My Co Worker was upset that your team member spoke to her the way he did in front of customers & she did raise her voice back . again very unhappy with the experinance with this site and employees. I feel your coporation should have customer service training regardless of their ages.

We went to your facility around noon 7/28/19 when the first of 3 guys assembling the food (heavy set with beard, white) wet coughed into his left hand the index and thumb of his hand and continued preparing the food of the girl in front of me dragging the tortilla across the part of his glove hand he just coughed into. I asked him to change gloves and explained to him what I witnessed. He lied and said he coughed into the bend of his arm. I told him I work in health care and was sure of what I saw and he reluctantly changed gloves. We had two tacos and a chicken rice bowel which was horrible. It tasted like it was packaged and warmed food, not fresh tasting at all. The chips were stale and cold. Looking behind the counter it looked dirty. I'm a usual to Moes. Just recently relocated to Statesboro. I ordered a bowl online, didn't see until I got home that the restaurant had put guacamole that I *did not ask for* on the bowl AND charged me for it. Just today, I ordered a chicken burrito online... Got home to see there was NO chicken in the entire burrito. Double checked receipt both times to ensure it was no error of my own.

I put in order [protected] online at 7:50PM and it stated the food would be ready at 8:10Pm. We arrived to the store at 8:08PM and were told the order was not ready.
While we waited, we watched multiple customers walk in, get in line, get their food, pay and leave. Finally at 8:28 we were given our order..almost 40 minutes after it was placed and nearly 20 minutes after we were told it would be ready.
At this time, we asked for a refund from the manager due to the long wait and inconvenience (also how rude it was to see people walk in and get their food before us. At the very least we could have been put in line upon arrival). The manager just stared back blankly and after a long pause said he can't because we received our food and they are busy.
I have to believe this is not the customer service or customer experience that made your company successful. I also have to believe it is not the way you want your company represented. I would appreciate a call to [protected] to explain how this can be reconciled. At the very least I would appreciate a refund of the order.

Visited this past Sunday. Unbelievably bad experience! I have dined at other Moe's, and while they were okay, I always compared them to the Angola, Indiana restaurant. It was always friendly, accommodating, great service, fresh, available food. Not even close this visit! Crew standing around, seemingly uninterested in taking care of us. No ground beef available. Only 2 kinds of salsa available, and that was sparse and the area a mess. Chips were stale. Ice bin was empty. And complaints were met with a dismissive attitude. There were 8 in our party, and we were completely disappointed.

I don't think I have ever written a formal complaint but I am extremely frustrated with the Moe's I'm Windsor, CT. They close at 8pm. Tonight I went in at 8:20 and was told they were out of rice, out of beans, out of tofu, and out of sautéed vegetables. This is not the first time this has happened. I understand needing to prep to close but being out of half of the items on the menu 40 min before closing seems a bit ridiculous. I have experienced this at least 3-4 other times and the last time it happened another couple was angry and walked out in frustration. I have always just worked with what was there and modified my order but there wasn't much to work with tonight so I came home hungry and very disappointed. If they are going to start closing so early maybe they should just modify their closing time to 8pm. Just wanted you to be aware because I don't think this particular establishment reflects well on the Moe's brand.

Well, the quality has been downhill for the past few visits. Not sure if it's the management or what but all I know is this is not at all properly made steak. It looks off and I'm not sure how it was passed by those who made the close talker I ordered. They really need to be managing* the quality of the food. That's all. This was this week at the one in Opelika, Alabama by the way.

The wait here was ridiculous. We ordered online because it was supposed to be a shorter time. The people in line behind us originally, ended up getting their food WAY before ours was even made.
The girl working the cash register had an extremely rude demeanor about everything. There were no lids that fit our drinks so I asked for some to fit and she was clearly irritated about having to find some from the cupboard to fit.
And on top if it all there was tea and soda spilled all over the counter top, which got all over my shoes and ruined my shorts because its dripping all ove the floor and no one was cleaning it. The girl who got the tops to our drinks saw it and just walked away...
I got an unsweet tea and my fiance got a sweet tea, we get in the car down the road already and realized they're both unsweet... meaning the sweet tea on the drink counter is unsweetened and mislabeled...

I showed up to one of your restaurants at 7:24p Est only to be told the store is closed. I don't understand why because the hours on the door say you are open until 9pm. Plus, nothing on the door said anything about closing early. Please explain to me why I was told this by your employee. Ive had ubereats before and it always comes cold so decided to come to the restaurant. Huge disappointment!

I have loved Moe's in the past so I was delighted to see one when I moved to the suburbs of Baltimore. I've been there twice and will not go back. Both times the guacamole was brown and stringy. When I asked if there was any fresh, the server looked at me as if I'd lost my mind and said he guessed he could get some in the back. In addition, the lettuce was slimy and the meat was cold. My husband couldn't even finish the burrito and he will pretty much eat anything. VERY disappointed ☹️

Hello, I am unsure of your serving portions at Moe's but I ordered a club quesadilla at the local Moe's and there is barely any food on it. He sprinkled the chicken on the tortilla and spread it out so it looked like it covered it. He then sprinkled lettuce on it with tomatoes and barely any bacon as they ran out and rather than getting more he just left it with it being the flattest quesadilla I have ever received. I'm not thrilled with the price with the small portion sizes as seen below. I decided to check the reviews for this local Moe's and the reviews are high but quite a few individuals have complained about the small portion sizes for the price. I'd like someone to get in contact with them as I am not thrilled with the cost and would like some reimbursement in some way as this is ridiculous and I get better service and portion size at chipotle. I'd also like to add that the person in front of me was served by someone else and ordered the same thing with it piled on the way I have always received with the price being paid. I went the Moe's Southwest Grill in Norwich, Ct today. I go there often and my son Maeve is employed there as well.
I had placed my Ofer on the app, requesting a side of Guacamole with my stack.
When I arrived I asked the manager Sharisse Clarke if Marcel was hiding in the back. She said "no she's not here today" my son is transgender and identifies as a male. Everyone that works there calls him Marcel, all the customers know him as Marcel. I said "you mean he is not in today?" And she said "no she is not here". I gave her the chance to correct herself and she did not. The ignorance is unbelievable to me.
This is not the first time she had been disrespectful, she has called my son while he was there working a "he/she" & "girl/boy" these remarks are derogatory and totally unacceptable.
As Sharisse Was getting my bag packed I said I ordered a side of guacamole as well. She slammed the top down on my container and said "once you get that guac your good and shoved my bag across the table at me. She was obviously not concerned with customer service. I find her rude and disrespectful.
She is creating a toxic environment with her ignorance regarding transgender and gay individuals. I cringe to think what she says about customers coming into this store
lack of flavor for vegetarian burrito
First, staff was fine, friendly and prompt with order. I had Homewrecker with guaco. Included tofu, brown rice, pico de gallo, cheese, sour cream, peppers and onions. Also had guacamole on the side. Guacamole was the only item that had any true flavor. Despite the pico de gallo, cheese and sour cream, the flavor was very bland. I had it as a take out and brought it home. Only when I added Green Mountain Salsa (mild), did it have any true southwestern flavor. I have been to other Moe's, but it has been a few years. I remember liking what I ordered then. I most likely will not buy from Moe's again and instead go to a family owned restaurant for similar menu. Kris Benson

6pm on a Tuesday night, took 7-8 minutes for the kid to come out from the back. Tells me they are "out" of queso. Drove here specifically for QUESO AND THEY ARE OUT? I've never heard of a Mexican restaurant running out of chips and queso. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. SHOULDVE TAKEN MY BUSINESS TO CHIPTOLE. Kid behind the counter clearly doesn't care about his job and chuckled when he saw me clearly irritated. Wonderful job they are doing at this location.

The employees at Moe's on Poplar Ave in Memphis, TN could have cared less that I had placed an online order at 6:33pm and the online message said pick up order in 15 minutes. When I got to the store about 15 minutes later the order wasn't ready. The cashier said they were getting it ready. Another 5 minutes pass, and I make eye contact with another employee and they said sorry for the delay, we are getting started on the order. Another 10 minutes go by and they tell me my food is ready. I checked the bags and they had omitted the cup of queso. They got me the cup. I get the food home and the order was incorrect. In previous visits to the same location, the manager has offered a drink or a side to apologize for their delay. These employees seemed oblivious to the fact that I stood near the counter quietly and respectfully for 15 minutes while they attended to other customers who came in and ordered long after I had. I told my son (who I was picking food up for), that it will be a long time before I return to Moe's. I may not. We've been customers for at least 10 years and I usually recognize at least one staff member (and I did today too). The restaurant wasn't even crowded the whole time I was there. Poor customer service.
