I visited the Moes location in Midland, Ga at 6516 Kitten Lake Drive on 05/02/2019. All the employees were great except the manager on duty Brandon Hunt. He was very disrespectful to his employees. Yelling at them in front of customers. I was maybe the 3rd person in line at 8:11 pm. The people in front of me was waiting on queso and Brandon stated that it would 10 minutes before any would be ready. When I first walked in Brandon was sitting out in the lobby with a visitor while the line was backed up. He went behind the counter once he was told that they needed more queso. He fixed a customer a cup of sour cream and guacamole with no gloves on. He proceeded to slide my bowl to the end of the counter for me to pay but I stopped him when I noticed the employee that went to the back didn't finish my order. He then put on gloves. I asked for onions, pico, and chipotle ranch. Brandon put lettuce on top. If he wasn't working so fast with an attitude he would've been able to hear me try and stop him from putting it on there because I didn't ask for it. He looked at me while other customers were in line and asked "do you have a problem" I said "no you're the one with the problem" he said "no actually I'm great" He offered to remake my order. Which he did. He had his team walking around on egg shells and it was apparent. By time I made it to the register the same two people were still there and the system had crashed. The cashier( Anderson Hartley) told Brandon in a nice manner that the system had crashed. Brandon asked Anderson "well what do you want me to do about it tell whoever's in the back" Brandon then went in a rampage went through the doors of the kitchen so angry in front of the customers. The cashier called the GM in front of us asking for assistance. Customer Service was not on the top of Brandon's list and the customers in line felt it. I will say Anderson Hartley handled everything so well under pressure. He apologized numerous of times for everything and for the actions of his MOD. Anderson was still able to display world class customer service & because of Anderson I'm sure people will return to that location. I stayed in line until 8:43 pm. People in line did not have to pay for their food because of the register still not working by that time Brandon Hunt had done left his employees at the location with no queso and a disabled register. This is something I had to be let known. Brandon Hunt does not have the skill set to be nice to his employees or customers visiting and spending their money. Tonight showed his lack of communication and unwillingness to go the extra mile for the customers and other staff members working at this location. He left his employees to figure it all out. I don't have a receipt or anything to attach because the register was down and our food was free. My intentions are only to explain the horrible actions that Brandon Hunt displayed.

I went in to get a burrito got brown rice and it wasn't cooked, damn near broke my tooth. So out of courtesy I called to let the manager know. She was rude and disrespectful! Telling me I don't know what I'm talking about and she cooks the rice every morning and it was fine. Needs to be fired never been so disrespected for trying to be nice. She is located at the Breckinridge Plaza, in Louisville KY not trying to offend anyone but she was Mexican I did not get her name when I called.

missing paycheck
I worked for approximately a week at Moes in rocky point New York during the summer of 2018. I did not enjoy my time there due to the fact that my supervisor did not teach me anything, then lied to my manager saying that he did, which made me look like I wasn't picking things up quick enough. I quit a week in and repeatedly went in to ask for my paycheck during the few weeks after. I was then told that it was lost and that I'd have to contact the old manager to get it. Then I was told that I'd have to turn in my uniform to receive it. A few months later, my boyfriend at the time quit his job there and received his last paycheck with no problems and did not return his uniform. I still have not received the money I worked for and I am furious with the management at this location. I demand to speak to someone who can take care of this situation.

We came to Moes in Cameron Village Raleigh NC and we first were greeted by a very rude man who obviously did not want to be working at moes. As we made it through the line all of the ingredients were running out and the man behind the counter was not refilling them instead he was shorting everyone. Finally when we made it to the checkout we went to use a gift card and the cashier looked at us and said in a very annoyed tone of voice that the "gift cards aren't working right now" so we ended up paying $22 for a meal that should have been covered by a gift card. This location has been awful every time we have visited it. All of the staff is incredibly rude and act like they hate working and the drink machine is always out because no one wants to come fix it. Someone needs to reevaluate this location.

Went to Moes around 7:30pm and the guy doing my food and was rude and taking forever literally. Kept talking to the people in front of me while the line kept backing up and acted like he didn't care. They close at 9 and the worker had table chairs upside down on top of the table and only 4 booths open. Then they brought me my taco but I kept wondering where my wife's taco was. All she had was a cheese quesadilla and it was sitting on the counter. I walked up looking so I could say something and the guy at the register said o it's right here. This was by far the worst experience I have had from the Warner Robins, GA location and I will not be back.

I waited for the helper to serve socialize then help his family w food. The girl next to him got impatient and asked to help me. I ordered a rice bowl and the guacamole the girl was scraping the sides of an empty bowl I had to and her to get another full one I did not want the left over muck. Then after I spent $47 on my family I could NOT find a clean table. The waiting room had all tables and booths empty-except 4. The staff observed us looking for a clean table and ignored us. We had to join 2 clean tables to and as we eat the dining room has not been touched! Others are searching for clean tables too. This is sad! Latham N.Y. store

terrible customer service
Went to Moe's restaurant in Little Rock, on Chenal &Markham. They closed 5 minutes early actually locked the door when I was 5' away from the door. Tall slim white person locked door without hesitation and no acknowlegement that he knew it was early. I stood on other side of glass window and I looked at my watch to see the time 8:55pm.
Other employees in the store seemed confused that he did so. This seemed blatant.
given the wrong order
The moes near me is very disorganized. When purchasing my food tonight I was given someone else's order. Unfortunately I took my meal to go so I did not realize until I was 30 minutes away. The stack I was given I couldn't even eat because of an allergy to some of its contents. Very disappointed as stacks are one of my favorite things to get. This is not the first time this moes has messed up orders. I would really like a refund or a voucher for a new stack. My email is [protected]@gmail.com.
If you really could not eat the food you would have returned it. Since you did not you are not entitled to a refund. it is a shame that you have to lie just to get your food refunded. Instead of lying to get a free meal, visit a soup kitchen or something.

Went to Moes tonight before closing. I got my usual bowl with chips and a drink and of course a large queso. I got home and to my surprise for the first time ever, the chips were stale. Very bad and I was quite upset. Called the store and no answer and no voicemail. I am not happy. The store is on Roosevelt Blvd and US19 in Clearwater Florida. This needs to be addressed.

I ordered my usual Homewrecker burrito with chicken. I don't know what they gave me, it was not chicken. It tasted like barbecue pork and was terrible in a burrito. Also the Homewrecker is supposed to have sour cream and guacamole in it. It had no sour cream and maybe a teaspoon of guacamole. If I didn't want those I would have ordered a different burrito at a lower price that does not include them. I have eaten at Moe's many many times and this was very disappointing. Also, what is this website? You don't have a customer service department?

My girlfriend and I went to moes the other day. We go there 1 -2 times per week. I always order the wrong Doug no matter what and always get chicken for the past 5 years. So this past week we go there, the guy working his name was Myke, doesn't put the normal amount of chicken on my stack so I ask him to put a little a bit more on it and he proceeds to do so. Then Myke grabbed the sticker to mark it as extra meat and I told him that wasn't extra meat that that was the normal amount I always get and I didn't want to pay extra for extra meat. When I said that he told me if I didn't want to pay extra that I should should just go to Taco Bell. I run a restaurant and I know how to deal with customers and customer complaints. I was not treated well and I fell disrespected and I and my restaurant order for Moe's all the time. The young lady that was working the line knows mine and my girlfriends face and she didn't end of charging us for extra meat but I will not spend my time or money at moes if I get treated like this again. This kid should not have a job if he is going to be talking to customers like that. If he was my employee he would of been fired right on the spot. It is not exceptable in any work place. I was in your Moe's restaurant yesterday (Monday) Approx:4:15pm I ordered a steak burrito. The girl who took my order/made my order put on 3 little pieces of steak, (I kid you not) I asked her if she could put on a few more pieces of meat, they have never only put on 3 pieces? She became very angry & yelled "It will cost you more if you want more meat" I said, they have never only put on 3 small pieces. We then went on to the other beef burrito I was also having made. Again, not even a quarter row of beef, again, I said " Why are you not adding meat today, I have never had this problem before? She then said, If you don't like it, go to another Moe's or somewhere else! I come here all the time & I don't feel some young ignorant girl should be talking to me that way. She then gave me a problem with the Queso dip & chips, ect. Then 3 different drinks were out, I asked for my money back for the drinks & she yelled backed to this young heavier set girl, get out here & fill the drink machine! Under her breath her said, "Ya Fat Lazy [censored]. I myself am heavy, I felt like reaching over the counter & slapping the crap out of her!
Then came in two older people, treated them just like crap also, the man dropped there cups which they went under the table so the woman went & took 2 new ones. The girl screamed, "What are you doing? Those are counted for, you don't just come up here & take them! The older woman was practically in tears & said I'm sorry, my husband dropped them & they rolled under the table. She said, Then get them & use them! The woman said, " We are not using dirty cups from the floor"
I really think you should think about having this Moe's on Undercover Boss show, you would be shocked by this girl. I almost think she may have been a manager or wanted to be.
turned away because I had no "app"
I love Moe's. Have eaten there in many states. I especially like Moe's Monday deal for lunch. I have never had this problem at any other location except the one stated above, which happened today.
I walked in and asked for the Moe's Monday special. It was quoted at $7.99. I was then told that I needed a special "app" on my Smartphone in order to get the deal. I have never had to had this app before to get the deal. I asked if I could get the deal anyway, and was told there was "no way" I could. Seems discriminatory to only give a deal to someone who has a Smartphone, plus has the app loaded. So I expressed my shock that they were turning away business because I didn't have this app. I walked out.
I will not eat at Moe's any longer. Seems like a bad business decision to turn away a paying customer.

Last week I stopped at moes just to grab a side of queso and chips, I waited in line for that for 20 minutes. This week my daughter wanted to go for kids eat free. So my husband, daughter and I plus are friend and her son went. We waited in line for 25 minutes from walking in the door till getting our food and there was only 1 person before us. The meal came and it was cold, all 5 of us ended up with diahrrea afterwards. The customer service is non existent, the staff is miserable, they mumble and they are slow. The food in thr trays looked awful. They hadnt been stirred around, one kind of meat looked like it was dog food from a can and when my child asked what it was thats what i told her and the staff laughed. Some how with kids eat free we still paid $30 for 2 meals and drinks, thats outrageous. The soda machine has been out of most stuff for two weeks. Last week rhe pineapple salsa was great and sweet. This week is was so hot I couldn't swallow it and it was full of cilantro stems. We went because our daughter wantrd to but it was the worst experience ever we would of been safer having frozen meat from the dollar tree. We are very disappointed in this select store and even more that we all got sick.
