I signed up with MoiMooi spa then cancelled the membership as per their policy which is 20 days. The cancellation was then never processed or as in Zahrah's words - I forgot to cancel it. I was then promised that the refund would be processed and I would receive it within 60-90 days which was requested on 3 August 2023. I followed up on 30 October 2023 and never got a response and then when I followed up today (6 November 2023) as no refund was received after 90 days, my email address was rejected and I later confirmed with an IT person that my email was blocked my MoiMooi hence the message of delivery failure. Such a disappointment that this Business stole money from me and think it is okay to get away with it.
I hope more people come to the fore and this Business loses it's clients. They should not get away with scamming people from their hard earned money.

Today I got threatened with Legal Action by DIann as I posted a Google Review and they were forced to interact with me because of it, Be cautious - they will worm their way out of paying what they owe you.
