I ordered 4 personalized canvas beach totes on May 3rd and have not gotten them OR an order status. These were to be my daughter's bridesmaids gifts for her wedding in 4 days, I guess we aren't getting them in time. What a scam! Now I have to look for someone else to personal these gifts. I should have known the price was too good to be true.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! And shame on Groupon for promoting them.

I pulled up and put in redemption on both vouchers and applied to redeem and would not let me go any further, because it wanted a credit card number in which I felt I would be double charged when I have already purchase through groupon. Please make sure I get this order as soon asap. These are gifts with a deadline on your end as well to expire.

My name is Rikeya Crossley order number #993142 my necklace was allegedly mailed out april 6th i have still not had any tracking information on it. I looked it up several times. I have left phone messages and emails and no one has contacted me back. Its been nearly two months since i even put my order in. I an not happy with the customer service and will never buy from you guys again.
The same thing happened to me. I ordered back in February and have yet to receive anything. I am unable to get in touch with them by phone this is the worst customer service ever!

I went on your website to order the necklace with the names on them I want mine and my boyfriend name on them but when I went to put my credit card on file it charge me twice for the necklace I don't want the necklace and i didn't even finish the order. I tried to redeem this item with redemption code gpspaclbjgnrph3 from Groupon. As per the instructions there was no "promotions & gift certificate" field.
2nd problem. I tried to redeem 5577BN5C5 & in the S/H field it was more than the 8.99 listed when I purchased the voucher. Also It required that I use a credit card to pay for the s/h. I do not us credit cards online. Your site says it uses PayPal & that is how I want to pay the postage.

So many reviews are written, so many lifehacks for businesses, but no, they constantly make the same mistake.
I bought several items from them. I overpaid for the shipping, even though their website says it's free. But oh well, I really wanted what I ordered and decided to pay. I ordered 60 days ago. No order, no notification about it. No money, of course.
It is a new website. They are probably a scam, so please be careful.
