Moore Water & Air start by saying that our experience with Moore Water & Air has been quite disappointing

start by saying that our experience with Moore Water & Air has been quite disappointing. We initially decided to purchase a water system from eco water in order to improve the quality of our drinking water. However, the salesman we dealt with was extremely pushy and dishonest about the system we were getting. Instead of just getting the drinking water system we wanted, we ended up with a water softener and an air purifier as well.

To make matters worse, when we signed the contract, we were promised that our payments would be automatically debited from our bank account on the 16th of every month. However, the first payment was late because they failed to set up the automatic payments. Additionally, the due date for the payments was set for the first of the month, which was not what we had agreed upon. Furthermore, the promised deferred interest for 90 days never actually happened.

Since then, we have encountered multiple issues with our system and have tried reaching out to Moore Water & Air for assistance. We scheduled an appointment, but to our surprise, they showed up a whopping 4 hours early at 12:00 instead of the agreed-upon time of 4:30. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, including leaving messages for a person named Matt *** who reached out to us in response to a review I posted, we have yet to receive a call back.

At this point, we are extremely frustrated and disappointed with the lack of customer service and follow-through from Moore Water & Air. We simply want our issues resolved and some form of communication from the company. It's truly disheartening to see such a lack of professionalism and accountability.

We had a salesperson come to our house after entering a drawing at the fair. They gave us a convincing sales pitch, and under pressure, we signed up for a whole house water system that night. A few weeks later, they arrived to install the system. They made several holes in my ceiling, tapped a line, and installed the unit. After they left, I looked up the unit online and found out that I could have gotten it for a much lower price. I realized that I had been deceived, but I guess it's my fault. They were supposed to come back and fix the holes on their third visit, but each time they came, I had to take time off work to let them in. On the third visit, a new guy came, but he couldn't fix the holes either. However, he asked about the system's performance. I told him that I couldn't notice any difference. He tested the water and found out that it was still hard. He checked the system and discovered that it was hooked up incorrectly. He said they would come back the following week to fix it. They have been back four times so far, but they were supposed to come seven times. Unfortunately, they had three instances where they didn't call or show up, and I had to take time off work for those as well. It's been six months since I bought the system, and it's still not properly installed. I've been making payments, paying interest, and missing work this whole time. I want them to remove the system and give me a full refund, including the interest. This whole situation is ridiculous, and it's the worst customer experience I've ever had.

Moore Water & Air On August 18, we met with a salesman from Echo Water Systems

On August 18, we met with a salesman from Echo Water Systems. During our conversation, we had concerns about purchasing their system because we live in ***, which is 2 hours away. We brought up this concern regarding timely service in *** when needed. We were led to believe that they would send someone out within a couple of days, but that hasn't happened yet. It has taken them 10 days to 2 weeks to come out here. For example, today I called because I feel we are not getting much soft water (4/22/2022), and they said they cannot come until May 19th. Last September, I called because we were using a lot of salt. According to the salesperson, we were only supposed to use 3 bags. The salesperson recommended that we have our outside faucets hooked to soft water, so we did. However, when I watered my yard, I was using soft water and lots of salt. So, I called and complained. After several phone calls and a service tech coming out, he said he could only bypass one outlet. Then, at the end of September, I made a phone call and asked them to come get their system because I wasn't happy. They said that couldn't happen because the 30-day period had expired. On a side note, we signed papers on 8/18, and they had techs out here in *** the very next day to install the system. But now, once they roped us in, their service is horrible. I feel like we have been scammed, and I would appreciate your help in getting them to come get their machine and wash our hands of this company. Thank you, Terry ***.

I axed a lot of questions bout everythin involvin the price n financin n was never told once that the interest would be ***%. We got our ecowater system installed end of sept after havin someone come out to the house. The salesman was very knowledgeable but I work in finance n needed to know the numbers. My partner n I axed many questions involvin pricin n financin n was never told once that it would be an interest rate of more than ***%. We both have good credit n thats honestly highway robbery. We were completely misled. I was called by financin a few days after install n they advised me of the rate. I said what? They never mentioned that n that was not apart of the agreement. I told her that I was not interested in payin anythin of the sort n that they needed to come n take the system out or give a drastically different rate. She advised she would be lettin the company know. I was never called to change the problem n I submitted the survey also statin my concerns. Today the salesman came by my house when I was not available n told my partner that we needed to sign the documentation monday or needed to go talk to another bank to finance. The whole thing was very misleadin n deceptive. Not to mention when signin the revolving credit paperwork there were no interest rates, penalties etc attached made to believe it was just an installment plan not to mention there were no page numbers to indicate other pages were intended to be included in what you were signin off on. Plus, there were some finance questions axed n he said "oh, dont worry bout it finance will call you n go over all of that with you" I definitely felt betrayed n I figured this company since it has been goin for so long was based on bein honest n bein upfront not shady sales practices. This is *** wrong. Then you have a tech come out n have you sign off on installation but isnt part of sales or finance n have you say its just for install n everythin you already went over with the salesman. How can that be right? How can that be honest?
