Morrisons review: 10% of pasta & rice coupon

On a visit to Morrisons last week, I received a 10% off pasta & rice coupon. I returned to the store to use the coupon today (coupon expiry date 12/6/23).

I purchased 3 items which according to the voucher would be covered. You will see from my attached bill the 10% did not get deducted. I was using a self check out and queried this with the member of staff working the area. She at this point had put the voucher into the box on the till and just smiled at me and walked away.

I believe I should have had about 40p off. I know this is a small amount but it’s the principle and again lack of explanation by the staff member. This store is a disgrace, please do something about it. Please see attached pictures of items purchased and my bill. Additionally I still have had no response to the complaint I made last week.
