This morning 15/3/21 when at the self service checkout I tried to use my blue light card to receive my discount. Which I can still use till 31/3/21 but staff were unable to do this for me. The lady did try to scan a barcode but it never worked and said that she never had the one to scan for the 10% discount. I would be grateful if this could get resolved
Desired outcome: To receive for my 10% discount for my purchase today or a voucher to the equivalent
