Had my Car Washed approximately 5pm Tuesday 26th September.
My Shopping was Bagged and in a Trolley. I left it by my car and went to pay and collect car key.
I paid by card and was overcharged by £7:00. Last time I had the car cleaned it was £28. This time they charged me £35.
They look up the model and it wasn’t showing so the charged me for the Skoda Kodiak (7 seater) .
Mine is the Karooq ( 5 seater)
The staff unfortunately didn’t speak clear English. They were quite annoyed that I paid by card. They wanted cash. So I left it and told them I would be reporting this incident. I was not happy, do I got into the car and drove off.
Unfortunately my shopping was on the passenger side of the car which I totally forgot about, and left it in the trolley.
I got home to realise I left the shopping by the car. I live 35 minutes away from the store. I went back and the car wash was closed. I went j to the main store to customer support and no one had handed any shopping bag.
I am extremely frustrated and annoyed with your company.
