On the 26/9/2023 I went to Morrisons supermarket at 26 Victoria Parade, Northampton.
I purchased a bottle of Flash spray which was priced at £2:49p.
The Flash spray on my receipt showed I had been charged £3:50p so I went to the customers service desk to get a refund.
The lady on the desk said she would go and check the price on the shelf and came back 5 minutes later with a price tag of £3:50p and shouted at me "I have had to walk to the other side of the supermarket to get this and now I will have to walk back again to replace it, so don't come bothering me again" [I have left out the foul language used by this member of staff]
I then returned to the shelf where this Flash spray was and manged to get another member of staff to confirm this price of £2:49p and she accompanied me to the customers service desk to confirm the price was £2:49p.
I was given this £1:01p refund and told "You have got your refund, so now get out of the supermarket or I will get you removed".
All the above foul language was witnessed by 2 ladies who were sitting in the small café near the customers service desk.
I have also posted my complaint on a site called Nextdoor and I have received 78 messages of support, 5 of which have had this same foul language used to them by this same member of staff.
Desired outcome: I do not want an apology from this Northampton store
