As a disabled oap, I have been saving my More Card points for my 'big' Christmas shop, In September I was ordering my usual weekly shop, when I noticed 35000 points ( worth £35 ) had disappeared on the 21st Sept,, I emailed Morrisons straight away to say I had not converted them to £££s. Took a week for them to send me an acknowledgement, but no explanation, after emails going back and forth and Morrisons saying I had had them or disclosed my account details to a 3rd party,, I contacted RESOLVE, who eventually managed to restore my points total on the 4th October, but with no explanation or re-assurance of my details being safe. Clicked on to do my shop this week and find that my restored points had disappeared again on the 9th October. AND I HAVE NOT COVERTED THEM OR USED THEM as my points history will show. What can I do? How safe are my account details with Morrisons?
And how many other people is this affecting,, surely I cannot be the only one.
Once could be accidental,, but TWICE IN 3 WEEKS! Really.
What can I do/ Where do I go from here?
