I ordered 20 bags of Quorn mince (300 grams) and 20 bags of Quorn chicken pieces . There was a Morrisons "special offer" to order 4 for £5.
NOWHERE did it say that the offer was for a total of 20 items. And when I put 40 items in my trolley, there was no message to say that 20 items would be charged at the offer price and 20 at full price.
I asked Morrisons to charge the offer price for all 40 Quorn items because of their misleading wording. They brushed me off and couldn't be less interested.
I am shocked as I honestly thought they would have better customer service than this. But maybe I should not have brushed off the fact that I called, emailed and messaged them before placing the order to double check the price (the website was acting very glitchy and it worried me) and they didn't respond to any enquiry.
Beware placing an order with Morrisons. The special offer may look great but they may decide to not apply it to your trolley and ignore your polite email asking for resolution.
Desired outcome: I would like to be refunded the extra money I paid for the full price product. I would like your customer service agents to be taught how to be helpful, and resolve problems
