On Feb 18th around 12 pm we checked in to a motel 6 in Sheridan Wy 15 mins after I checked I ended up calling the ambulance to take my husband to the hospital . I came back to the motel after they got him stable and checked out . The room cost me 80 dollars for 15 minute stay. I cleaned the bathrooms and did not even set on the beds. I understand they had to go in and clean the bath tub and what ever else in the bath room. On top of that they charged me 15 dollars for a towel that should have been a rag. My husband watch, hat, Bluetooth earbuds and his sunglasses were gone. And the man was very rude.

Then she is allowed to put me on a no rent list for what so I will be contacting a lawyer because she has no customer service skills period and to call me out my name. Me and my wife and my daughter checked into Room 205 on March 3rd 2018 we have been here since. It is now March 6th 2018 and my wife has been complaining about bites and painful itching all over her body we looked around and took pictures of her body. We haven't been able to get any comfort or rest and I'm losing out on hours of work today because of the situation. I'm trying to get my refund from the front desk but Kevin a male employee there said I should call corporate because he has no information or no know how on the next steps or any way to go about this situation which I found very unprofessional considering he informed me that his manager might be fired soon because they lowered his hours. I checked in motel 6 in jackson ms for 7 days. I came in the air didn't blow cool and I had it on high. I was very hot. Then the sink was stopped up and I called front desk to send someone to check it out and someone came to look at it and said he was coming back and never did. I went to front desk and complained again and I was told they were gonna come back out. The maintenance man did but not to fix anything, he gonna ask if I didn't have anything to drink. (liquor). Yes! So i'm sitting in a uncleaned, unsanitary room cause housekeeper came in wiped out the sink from it being dirty cause of myself trying to fix it myself, she put towels over the tub with soap and shampoo and tub was dirty. Wow! The only reason why she made the bed was because I stripped it myself. She didn't sweep or mop. She took the trash out that I had already put together and tied up. Noise all night of people hanging out and arguing. Couldn't sleep as well. I recommend that no one stays at this motel. A major nightmare!

My name is Jesse Gonzalez, as of about 2 months ago I made a reservation to stay at the Motel 6 Bakersfield South. I made a reservation to stay here from December 28, 2017 to January 3, 2018 online. On December 28, 2017 I arrived at the motel 6 and asked in person to cancel my reservation. I never received an email to confirm that my reservation was cancel and I was still charged $303.36 when I never stayed at this Motel. I am completely unhappy of the service I've been provided with and I need a refund.

I was unable to receive my $50 deposit and am very unsatisfied and would never refer any friends or family stay there after my 3-day overnight stay.
As a recent customer of Motel 6, I have to say I am very unpleased with the management and employees of Motel 6 of Oak Creek Wisconsin. I recently had a three-night stay with two friends of mine. As part of checking in the motel, we all registered with identification which was not a problem I understand it is for our protection as customer. And did agree when checking out the three of us who all checked in together would also check out together. In which we did as agreed upon. During the three-day visit one of my friends did not have her ID when entering the premises and was asked to leave. I was very unhappy with that decision because of the fact that she was one of the guest checked in with me at the beginning of our 3-day stay. To my knowledge asking for identification when checking into the motel my guess would be having identification on file to those who checked in with me would not have a problem exiting and entering again upon staying at the motel during the three-day stay. If we were asked to show identification every time we exited and entered the building again I believe they should make you aware of that at the beginning when you check in. But they did not do that. Due to that situation upon checking out after the three days day me and my two friends all had identification and checked out together. Management agreed if we all showed identification upon checking out we would receive our $50 deposit. I'm now in question to why I did not receive my $50 deposit. I'm very unhappy and will never recommend anybody stay at the Motel 6 in Oak Creek Wisconsin due to my situation.
At times when services are not what I expected I truly do not feel the need to complain. In this situation I do feel the need to complain because I signed an agreement and I did what was expected of me and Motel 6 failed on their end to meet the agreement expectations and when promised something as a business I feel let down as a customer when they do not fulfill their end of the agreement.
Motel 6 nationwide has become problematic. I have really seen this chain go down the tubes over the last few years. I have had horrible experiences in New Mexico and Illinois. The beds are like sleeping on concrete they're so hard. The staff and their attitudes are horrible. It used to be a relatively decent hotel chain, but now I won't even give it the time of day after the last year of bad experiences. It's really hit rock bottom.

I rented a room for 2-26-18 through 2-27-18. On the morning of the 27th a friend of mine came over to help me carry my belongings downstairs. While we were packing I decided to stay another night. When I went down to pay for it he said I was unable to rent again when I asked him why he said it was because I had Allowed a guest in my room. I understand that it's posted no guests but at first I wasn't planning on staying so I needed help. He then said I could rent for the night but I get my AAA discount.

Last night my brother booked and paid for my room at motel 6 off federal blvd in Denver colorado. When I tried to check in the front desk atrendents were extremely rude and loudly claimedembt was declined. I spoke with my brother who assured me the payment had been made. When returning to the front desk another extremely rude woman said it was declined. My brother called the front desk and finally they realized the payment was made. The woman then, without making contact, that my friend had not been paid for and was to leave the property immediately. She also stated if he was seen on property that I would be evicted from my room. She said this infront of other guests waiting to check in. After my friend and I walked outside another guest who just checked in told uo the woman called security on us and was told to watch us. I was embarrassed infront of other guests but the worst was when my mother tried calling they told her I wasn't there and hung uo on her twice. When she tried calling back they refused to answer the phone. This went on for an hour before they finally put my mother through to my room.

She is very verbally abusive at work. She is only nice to the employees that only speak Spanish because she only speaks Spanish. She gives the non Spanish people the bad rooms and the Spanish people the good rooms. She always makes up things about the room to get that particular housekeeper fired. The upper management has been made aware of this and continue to do nothing. Guests are always complaining about her. She is seen by guests yelling at the employees and belittling them in front of customers. I feel like I have no say so in the matter because I go tell the office, but they do not do anything because half of the staff is Spanish and they tend to stick together when asked about things they always take the side of the head housekeeper not even acknowledging the opinions of the employees. Many people have quit recently because of this and I am on the verge of quitting myself if this continues. Please look into this matter. If so, I can have more people come forward to acknowledge as well. Please don't sweep this matter under the rug like the last ones! Motel6 #1304 is the location. Thanks for your time in this matter. downtown palm springs motel room 217 - bed bugs
I recently had to book a room for a 2 night stay at your Motel 6 located in downtown Palm Springs (Feb 16th - 18th) due to no other availability in the area for my 2 night stay.
I called to let them know I was going to be checking in late as I was going straight to my son's baseball game and would not be there until sometime past 10p.
We checked in and were given room #217.
As soon as we brought all our belongings into the room, my son went to use the bathroom. At this time he noticed 2 bugs on the shower curtain.
My husband took a look to try to determine what kind of bugs these were. He killed them and flushed them. We did not know what kind of bugs there were.
When we were getting into the beds I removed all the blankets from the beds to shake them out. We then saw another of the same kind of bug.
I immediately took a picture of it and then called down to the front desk. At this time it is about 12midnight. I spoke with Chris and informed him of the bugs.
I asked if he knew of a bug problem and what kind of bugs they were. He did not and advised me to speak to the manager in the morning since he had no other room to give me.
I was traveling with 2 children and it was past midnight and after checking all websites, I could not find another hotel.
I could not sleep at all not knowing what kind of bed it was. I removed all the blankets and my children slept with only the bottom sheet.
In the early morning after I took a shower, I came out and found another bug on 1 of my personal pillows. I again took a video and picture of the bug.
I had 1 of my son's look up ticks and bed bugs so that I could compare the pictures. Sure enough the bugs were Bed Bugs.
I immediately packed all our belongings and went to the front desk. I asked for the manager and the front desk clerk Jamie said he wasn't not in yet.
As I explained to her that I could no longer stay in that room and wanted a refund the manager Mr. Clinton F. walked in.
I asked if he was the manager and proceeded to tell him of my horrible experience. I asked for a refund as I was no longer going to be staying there.
He refused and I would have to take it up with the company only after Terminix came out and confirmed that they were bed bugs.
I showed him the pictures and videos and told him that I needed a refund. I can report this and if it's determined to be a problem they can shut your establishment down for health violations.
That is when Mr Clinton F, decided to give me a refund for my Saturday night stay but refused to give me my Friday night stay.
I asked for his name at which time he said Clinton and walked away. I asked for his last name as I was going to write in a complaint and he refused staying "you can use F" as he was walking away.
He left the clerk Jamie to deal with my family and me. I am so disgusted at having been put in that situation of being in a room with bed bugs, of having my children sleeping in these beds and of the indifference and rude customer service from the so called General Manager.
I sat in the parking lot for an hour looking for another hotel and I could not find one... everything was sold out for Saturday night in Palm Springs and the surrounding areas.
After hearing and seeing that this Motel 6 was sold out, all of a sudden they have a room to sell. Obviously they were selling the same room I had just checked out of due to bed bugs.
That is completely unacceptable. I can not get over the fact that they just didn't care that they are putting people in danger of having bed bugs biting them and the possibility of taking home these bugs/eggs and contaminating their own homes.
I ended up having to drive 2 hours back to home. I had to look up how to kill bed bugs and their eggs (20mins of 122 degree heat). Which meant I had to wash my belonging in hot water and dry 4x at the hottest level.
I have posted my complaint and pictures on the booking.com website as this is completely unacceptable. Worse is the way your General Manager acted at my dismay. He was the worse experience of customer service. I am still upset and distraught about this.
I am asking that my Feb 16th stay be refunded to me. Please have a representative contact me as soon as possible.

On February 19, 2018, I made a reservation with a credit card at motel 6 in Lakewood, CO for my boyfriend who is in town for job interviews. Upon arrival, he was denied access to the room at check in. The reasoning was because "his ID was expired." I believe he was racially profiled by the front desk clerk, Veronica. She said to him (and I'm paraphrasing) I thought you were a white guy based on the name on your ID. She also proceeded to tell him that there are a lot of drug dealers who come to the hotel. Finally, she said to him (paraphrasing again), if the police finds you in someone else's room and they take you away, you are not getting your money back.
This is the most disgusting behavior I have ever experienced from a company; overt discrimination and to turn away a paying customer during a snow storm. I cancelled my reservation immediately and was still charged a cancellation fee. I would like a follow up on how this company is rememdying the way they treat their potential guests.

So the staff jayon is very rude when I came to him about how the bed possibly had bed bugs and they checked and said no even though I was bit and felt like little thigs were crawling on me and I had to sleep on top of the covers. They looked pissed and did not want to help me. They laughed in my face when I said I was going to my friend who writes for the newspaper and he said sure go ahead we dont mind being in the paper. This young man obviously thinks hes god and can treat his customers like [censor] when the room is a mess and stuffs broken and the floors made my bare feet black as you can see in the photos and I literally got out of the shower 30 minutes ago and walked bare foot in this disgusting place. This is disgusting and I am very disturbed by your peoples actions at this motel 6. I will be filing a complaint with the city if this doesnt get resolved. We paid over $300 for three nights and jayon is telling me its $170 to stay one more night. After all that and you think im gonna pay full price?. How dare you treat people like this.
So this is an update to a conplaint I made about the bed bugs and room that was dirty and gross so they moved me but this one there is hair in the sink and Im seriously gonna throw up. On Feb 17 2018 my husband my self and our son were evicted from Motel 6 in Winter Park Florida all because my husband asked the lady Dolores Princeton for some towels. Any time housekeeping comes by they never bring you back anything you ask for and you're left either with nothing or having to go to the front office to get what housekeeping was suppose to bring to you. She accused my husband of being rude to her every time he went to the office which is a line of crap. She ca! led the Sheriffs to have us removed and we were trespassed. Mind you were have been at motel 6 for almost 5 months now due to losing our home during Hurricane Irma and never had any problem until this lady decided she didn't want to do her job. Also she would always get rude and disrespectful my husband because he would ask her to rinse off the glass dish that was inside the microwave saying it's not their job to do dishes for the customers and that it would c! og their sink. Also she would never get up from her chair and address any patron that walked in unless absolutely 100% a necessity. Rude as all hell. She tried to say that we had problems with everyone at that motel, which is a flat out lie. We've never had a problem with anyone but her. She even went as far as to say to another girl named Ivory that works with her that "she can freaking stand him" as my husband walked out of the office after yet again housekeeping forgot to bring us our things. The microwave that they have in the laundry room for the guests to use is never c! eaned by housekeeping nor do they have any rags a sink or anything there to use to clean the microwave and she's the only one that says the microwave is a courtesy and they don't have to clean it when corporate says it's motel 6 property and yes they do have to clean it. So now she tells corporate what to do I guess. She told my husband that if he doesn't like what she has to say to go knock on her managers door and then when he does she comes out of the back door screaming "I know you're not knocking on my managers door" he said "yes I am you told me to" and she said no she didnt. The manager that lives on site is a freaking joke and while I am standing in the office trying to get my 6 day refund calls the front desk and says that he is still knocking on her door when I'm looking at my room on the surveillance camera where the one female cop is standing as my husband is emptying our room I pointed it out to her she looks at it and says nothing. I know for a fact that she's not happy with my husband because he saw her taking a bribe from a pimp that was trying to rent a room there for his [censor] and didn't want to show any form of id. He hands her money and she smiles and gives him a room key. They knew our circumstance of being homeless until March 1, 2018 they still just threw us out onto the street because my husband asked for towels. Thank you also to the Orlando Sheriffs office for allowing such a blatant act to happen and he! ping it to happen. Because of Dorothy Princeton having no freaking clue to what customer service is the poor housekeeping at this motel and the very poor excuse for a manager that didn't even come out of her room to address the problem the correct way my husband a disabled Iraq war veteran injured in the line of duty i. e broken back plus severe ptsd myself a survivor of 2 heart attacks the last one happening March 3 2017 plus battling many other serious medical issues and a minor son we have been sleeping in our car in the parking lot of Wal-Mart for the past 2 night no place to shower or heat up food and no money to buy any food.
The only shining star at the Motel 6 is the on! y housekeeper that knows about customer service and does her job better than all the other housekeepers combined is a beautiful woman named F! ora. I will tell everyone I know family and friends about the treatment we received especially having spent approximately 8 to 10 thousand dollars at these Motel 6 establishments. What a disgrace for a motel to treat a veteran and his family this way.

While visiting sylmar california my dog was stolen. The motel staff were involved. They refused to let us view survellience tapes to possibly find our dog. They laughed in our face. They told us to get an attorney or the police to get a subpeona to see what happend to our dog. My life was forever changed. My dog was my child. I tried to call corporate and the lady named shar told me I was a liar, told me that it was a civil matter and to get an attorney. After 7 months the motel supposedly investigated. Not once in their investigation did they contact me. The investigation said they weren't at fault of course. Then next thing I know they are calling me asking me what they can do. They offered me $1000 to "buy a new dog"

no security, domestic violence next door, front desk doesn't care.
We have been kept awake for 3 nights because of the domestic violence next door. We've called the office several times and have even gone up there but nothing is being done. I go to work at 3am and cannot get any sleep because of this. I feel like management doesn't care about it's guests or would even try to compensate us for having to put up with this. Thanks motel 6 for being so hospitable. Any other motel would have fixed the problem and comped us to ensure we were happy.

my name is Nicole Lewis I have been here staying at the motel 6 since Tuesday. The first night was an ok experience for me. The following day I decided to stay an extra night. I notified the front desk about wanting to switch my room for I was having my boyfriend stay with me on this second day. So they moved me from room 133 to room 111. Which was better for we had 2 beds which is what we needed. Boy was that a mistake. What a nightmare. During the day it was bad; but it's in the day... What I am referring to is the room right above us there was a person walking very hard back and forth.. very disturbing. The worst part is when it came to the night time it just got worst. The person above us seemed like the wanted to come through the ceiling the way they were walking so hard. It literally kept us up. We could not sleep a wink due to this "heavy marching back and forth". I could not take it anymore and finally after 4am had to call front desk and let them know what we were experiencing. I am not a person to ever complain but enough was enough. It was not fair for us to lay awake while the person upstairs continued to walk so heavily above us.
Front desk said they would check it out. This seemed to work for a total of 15 minutes. Then the stomping continued its like I felt that the person was now doing it on purpose. I let front desk know of this once again in the morning after pretty much getting only maybe 2 hours of sleep. I am a paying customer just like everyone else who pays to stay here. I have never been so upset about this. Worst experience. I feel like as a paying customer our needs were not met. I would really appreciate it if someone from head office can contact me as soon as possible so I can have this matter sorted out. Whether it be by refunding me the money back I spent for the room or giving us a complimentary stay due to the inconvenience we experienced.

We had stayed here for almost two weeks, waiting on our house to be finished so we could move in. (Markle, Indiana) The last night we stayed, the fire alarms started going off at 11:20 PM, I walked out into the hallway afraid of a fire. My three kids were crying! I smelled what seemed to be burning food or something and when I asked Nate, the night manager, he told me to not worry about it, that they were conducting a routine fire alarm check at that time. I know that is a lie, and we lost a lot of sleep that night due to my kids being tired. He also told me the first week that there was no weekly rate, and when we found out there was going to be another week of work to our new house, we asked the evening clerk and she said there was a weekly rate and we were out of quite a bit of money because Nate did not want to do his job. The room was decent, the evening person was great. But Nate doesn't care. There was no coffee in the morning, and he was nowhere to be found.

The security guard at the motel 6 on Federal in Denver is harrassing people out of their rooms! I bought a room, had a guest but that guest wasnt staying with me (we were just getting ready for a party). We ran to the store real quick and when we came back and got into the room, the guard was trying to open the door to my room! I was changing at the time so this was a pretty big deal. I confronted him and he said that he "gave me 2 mins to get my guest out and I didnt" so he locked the door on me with all of my belongings still in the room! That security guard has a power issue and needs to let people know about his 2 minute rule before locking them out! What a waste of 70 bucks! I will never be returning as management took his side before even hearing what I had to say about the situation.
