Mr. Appliance review: Mr Appliance Blackfoot Idaho, Idaho Falls, Idaho and owner Refrigerator Kitchenaid KRMF706EBS 01 serial # K73413018 2017

Please HELP..Does MR Appliance not have guarantee satisfaction? They will NOT COME EVEN TRY TO FIX MY FRIDGE AFTER 7 MONTHS OF not having a functioning fridge. YET after working on it telling me it can be fixed for 6 +months having 4 tecs..(the owner of MR Appliance has same fridge in his home, he told me himself when here working on mine) So Mr Appliance secretary, office calls 'We can not fix your fridge BUT we can come get it, dispose of it for you free of charge. Hmm me: Why would you do that if fridge is NO GOOD? Because Lonny W, owner of MR A 'wants your fridge' ...really...She called me more than once about me giving them my fridge! I told her NO. She even ask where I was going to purchase a new fridge? (none of your business) this was 5 +-months ago..I still don't have a functioning fridge! I want it fixed! IT never worked a minute after they installed the NEw ? controlboard? But worked perfect with old control board after defrosting the freezer coils! I think control board is faulty..IT is NOT Kitchenaid factory control board ' Relays on bottom right are black not ORange like all the Kitchenaid Factory parts! Fridge does not control temps and get cold enough.

Initial call: Called factory as warranty 10 years on major components: the recommended MR Appliance, Kitchenaid Warranty tech company. Evaporator fan was ticking..MR Appliance came out, defrosted ice for 1.5 hours with HOT steamer. I DID NOT have any issues with cooling in my refigerator/freezer! Tech Camron said I need a new mother board he called it (main board) he ordered it and left. AFTER the defrost the fridge and Ice maker worked perfect
