I purchased mSpy on 2/11/2024 (6 days ago). I paid for a year subscription. The target phone found out about the app only after 4 days. The target phone owner removed the app and will not allow me access to the target phone. I followed all the steps to successfully add the app to the target phone, including "hiding" the app. Today (2/17/24) I tried to call customer service for the USA and there was a message that they cannot help me and was hung up on. I tried again and chose a different prompt from the menu (original was the billing) and again got same message. A third call with the same message came up (again, I tried a different prompt), but this time it confirmed my phone number and said I would receive a text. Guess what...no text. I sent an email to the customer service department explaining what happened and I no longer had access to target phone and asked for a refund as I was no longer able to use their app. I was told that THEY needed access to the target phone (apparently they do not read emails in full) and that I would freeze my account or use an app with less features. That is not what I paid for. I want a refund as I can no longer use the app...it is worthless to me.
