I bought mSpy almost a week ago. When I logged into my account I realised that you cannot connect an iphone and an android phone. They didn't wrote anything about it, no warning. I requested a refund, the answer was that now I can write to some another person (that would cost money) now for free! Nice, but I just said that we can't solve the issue. The two phone isn't compatible. I wrote an email, described my problem in details. Asked for my money, answer: I can freeze my account till I can start to use it. I wrote another email, even longer, and I was really pushy and angry and told them that they should write this info (the iphone-android one) on their website, and that it's their mistake. Also, that I just want my money back, that's the only way to solve the problem. I won't buy an iphone just for this [censored]. I sent the email a few hours ago, as I read the other reviews I wouldn't be surprised if they wouldn't write anything back or just this [censored] account freezing or calling them. It was way too expensive for nothing, fhe customer service is [censored]. Moneygrab.

I bought mSpy, and when I logged in realised that I can't connect to the other device, because I have an android and the other phone is an iphone. They are not compatible, they didn't say it anywhere. I filed for refund, emailed them several times. Stupid answers everytime, like freeze my account and unfreeze it when I can use it. I obviously won't buy another phone for this. They wanted me to call them or text someone which as I saw it on their website also costs money. After I wrote another email in a more frustrated tone (because it costed a lot of money and they didn't help) they told me they sorry but in my case they can't refund. I looked at their refund policy, and I don't even know when do they give a refund, in that list there were only the situations when they don't give your money back. That list was long. My situation (android-iphone incompatibilty) is nowhere to be noted tho. I saw it somewhere that you can contact your bank in this case if a company lies to you etc. However probably I won't since I don't have a child and I wanted to use it on my boyfriend phone without his permission and that could get me in trouble.
