I had paid Rs 8000/- for my package tour but neither did they reply or provide the package details.
This is a fraud company and they only take money and do respond for calls.
Please file this as a complaint and help me get the money back.
This will be great If I can get my money back as I have not travelled with their travel plan.

You guys have avoided a refund of rs. 28000 using all and every means possible. This transaction was done in december 2017 and after repeated phone call and emails; sending letters to your mentioned office addresses; posting several complaints here in complaints board; sending legal notices; you left me no choice but to escalate the issue.
I will pursue all means possible to resolve this issue and ensure that this deed of yours of cheating people does not go unpunished. I also hear that you are operating under a new company name which is snow travel club or a similar name! This is to inform my hub travel and/or snow travel club or with any other name they are operating, there is a pending consumer court case filed at hyderabad district consumer forum iii and the legal proceedings are underway.
The purpose of this communication is to inform all the parties involved that under order v rule 20 r/w 151 cpc, a paper publication is done on 20-sep-19 in navbharat times (times interact section) in the region of delhi/ncr which covers the vicinity of delhi, noida, faridabad, gurgaon and ghaziabad. This was done as an alternate to serve the legal notices, as their mentioned address of business do not exist.
To all other complainants, who need justice and their money back, I believe there is a provision that allows anyone to file a petition adding to the mentioned cc number. You may please check with the national consumer helpline and if you wish to proceed with the same, we can go ahead and do that as well.
Just fyi, I have already submitted all the details to the concerned law enforcement and legal teams for swift action.

didn’t get my refund
I booked a trip from this company in Jan, 2018 and paid 10, 800 Rupees.
But After 2 days of booking the company started asking some more money for the same trip and I refused them that I'm not gonna pay any rxtra penny. So they asked me to cancelled the booking and promised me that the whole 100% amount will be refunded to me in 7-14 days..
Bt its been around 1.3 years but I didn't get my refund till now.

23000 rs paid for package no booking id and no refund till now
1. I had discussion with Varun Aggarwal for the booking. And when i discussed with him he said I can pay 5000 rs as an advance so that he can confirm about the booking rest he told me to pay 4500 which will complete 50% of the booking after getting the booking ID and he said i can pay rest during trip. I didn't receive any booking ID. I paid 5000 rs.
2. Then I had discussion with Rahul Saxena he said if i pay another 10000rs then i will get the booking ID in 1 hour rest i can pay later during the trip. I still didn't receive any booking ID. I paid overall as 15000rs.
3. Later yesterday I had discussion with Rajiv Mehta he said untill and unless i pay rest of the amount he will not give booking ID. He said on the call that booking is confirmed but he will share booking ID within half an hour only if i pay rest of the amount. But i was not told about GST. Now they told i need to pay GST as well. Why this is not mentioned in my trip cost details at the start? Now i paid complete amount that is 23000rs that includes GST but where is my booking ID?
I mean whats going on guys. Are you really serious about making customers happy? If you are customer centric then where is the booking ID? Either share the booking ID or refund my money.
I got only refund of 10000 still they need to refund Rs 13000. Its already been more than a year but i didnt get the refund of rest of amount

After several complaints in this board, this is my last attempt here to get a refund from My Hub Travel.
I have raised multiple complaints and even filed a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline with no response from My Hub Travel. The payment of Rs. 28000 was made on 01-Dec-17 for services which were never provided by My Hub Travel and I have been still waiting for the refund.
I would really appreciate if any member or the compliant board itself can suggest me a way forward to get my money back. Thank you.

my tour at bagdogra (darjeeling) was cancelled yet not received my refund of rs.52,200.
First I talk your travel advisor Mr. Rakesh
He gave me info. About Darjeeling tour he says that travel company giving offer on my package which was about to. 200000.company giving me at rs. 52000 and 200 his travel advisor commission. I wait for 30 days for my tickets. On 28th day your company's booking team called me and say plz forward to 200000 more for booking of flight. Then after some another advisor called me on same no.which was Rakesh's no. Then after no contact of any advisor after my cancellation request after 3 months somebody call me and say after 6 months you get refund.I waited for 6 months but yet not received my money plz help...

That I decided to travel Kerala during the winter of 2017-18. I filled my bio-data and Hellow travel responded and they forwarded me addresses of four travel agencies. These were: My hub travels, Gov Tours, Awesome Voyagers and Oravel Stays Private Ltd. My Hub travel was the first agency to contact me on telephone. On 19.01.2018, I was informed that you have to contact Mr. Anil Kumar Sagar Ph. No. [protected] City Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Before any contact from my side one of its agent other than Anil Kumar, Mr. Amit (Contact No.[protected], [protected]) contacted me for the first time in the month of January. Thereafter, he almost contacted me on an alternate day and I was persuaded by him and asked the package as well as the itinerary. Initially we were two couple (4 adults) and the package was intimated by him of Rs. 36400/- only (excluding air fare). After few days one of the members refused to accompany due to certain engagements and I asked Mr. Amit to revise my package accordingly. Thereafter on 03.02.2018 Mr. Gagan (Contact No. [protected], [protected], [protected]) Travel Consultant forwarded me the package details for the tour and this package was of Rs. 28499/- for three adults, but in this package only one standard room was mentioned whereas my requirement was of two standard rooms. Then again I forwarded my requirement of two standard rooms to them.
2. That on 05.02.2018, a revised package was sent by the company and it amounted to Rs. 35499/- with a rebate of Rs. 2000/- allowed by the company as conveyed on telephone. I agreed to the proposal and the agent also offered to arrange air tickets to avoid any inconvenience. I finally agreed and an amount of Rs. 35000/- extra was asked towards air tickets and accordingly I transferred Rs. 71000/- (35000/- towards Air Tickets and Rs. 36000/- towards package including GST as informed by him.) Funds were transferred to account No. [protected] of Indusind Bank Noida (Rs. 51000/-on 05.02.2018 and 20000/- on 06.02.2018
3. Thereafter I was eagerly waiting for my tickets as well as Hotel and Vehicle Vouchers. But to my surprise I got a call and the company asked Rs. 25000/- more amount i.e 10000/- towards ticket expenses and 15000/- towards tour package on telephone. Then it was obvious that doubts were created in my mind and discussed the matter with the agent. The company showed their reluctance to conduct the tour with the amount already agreed to. I believe that the air tickets depend on day to day basis. I immediately contacted an agent here in Shimla to intimate me Airfare of the same date and on same plane. It was around 35000/- on that day too. Thereafter, I immediately requested that the amount of Rs. 35000/-(Air Fare) may please be refunded immediately as I will manage tickets at my own level. The company was reluctant to refund the amount. I was informed that you will have to lose 10% amount due to refund. Even after reduction of 10% it was cheaper for me as the company was asking Rs. 10000/- towards air tickets. Then again one more condition that the amount will be refunded within 7-21 days which was not accepted by me at that time as the money was needed immediately to get the air tickets. I finally informed the agent to refund my whole amount of Rs. 71000/- if you are unable to conduct my tour package with this amount as agreed earlier by you. I was informed that 15% amount will be deducted and then due to these developments I told the agent to have my talks with some senior person in the company. He managed my talk with Mr. Ankit Aggarwal (Phone No. [protected]) and I explained him the whole story. He agreed to refund my whole amount without any deduction within a period of 7-21 days as per the company rules and also accepted that the package was wrongly intimated to you. Then I remained in continuous touch with him via e-mails and on phone. He also intimated that Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner cannot be provided in any package as also is not feasible. I initially made the query about it but the agent replied that we will manage everything. Now the things were almost settled and I was told to wait for 7-21 days and the amount of refund shall reflect thereafter in my account.
4. For refund I continuously contacted on mail and telephonically to the team MY HUB TRAVEL on 28.02.2018, 06.03.2018, 13.03.2018, 19.03.2018, 26.03.2018, 30.03.18, 02.04.2018 and 05.04.2018, 01.06.2018, 11.06.2018, 15.06.2018 and 26.06.2018 and thus on several times. On 30.03.2018, I had been told that the refund shall reflect in your account by 31.03.2018, but on 30.03.2018 again the promise was broken and I have been told the amount will reflect in your account after 02.04.2018. On 02.04.2018 Rs. 5000/- instead of Rs. 71000/- was transferred to my account which was not understood.
5 That I remained in continuous contact with the company and they refunded an additional amount of Rs. 5000/- on 16.04.2018, Rs. 10, 000/- on 01.05.2018, Rs. 5000/- on 07.05.2018 and lastly Rs. 5000/- on 22.05.2018. I was also assured that the remaining amount shall be refunded by 01.06.2018. I contacted the company on 01.06.2018 but they showed their inability to refund any amount due to certain losses in the company and again assured me to refund the remaining amount by 10.06.2018. Being Sunday on 10.06.2018 I tried to contact them from the date 11.06.2018 but the company is not responding and all the contacts have been switched off.
6. That it is a clear case of cheating and breach of trust and I have been deceived by this company. The company has returned only Rs 30000/- instead of Rs. 71000/-and the amount for refund remains Rs. 41, 000/-. The responsible are Amit, Gagan, Ankit Aggarwal etc.

The company named My Hub Travel is totally a fraud company. They are to return my Rs. 41000/- and now more than a year has elapsed. I have already lodged a complaint with the complaint board but nothing has been done. These people are not now responding on phones. Today I made a call on Telephone No. [protected] which pertain to My Hub Travel (Mr. Ankit Aggarwal) .Some lady picked up the phone and said this is a wrong number. I tried to tell her that I have made a call on this number [protected] but she again said wrong number. The company has cheated me and nothing is being done by the complaint board.

Various complaints has been logged from differnt cities but no use. Also realised that delhi police also help them in these activities as they also get share in this.
Shame on the inability of our police and the law and order system in our country.

My Hub Travel is a very big fraud company..please be aware from this company.. all company staff are fraud.. i sue a case on them very soon.. i booked my package from them for 8th of march 2018 in February month they asked me for advance which i deposit in their bank account of 10000/- rs(i have a recipient also) than they said will send you all vouchers soon but after some days they called me and asking me 7000 more il deposit it but they didn't sent me any voucher after it i called them they didn't answer me than il check online about MY HUB TRAVEL so i found this is fraud company.. so i cancel my booking from them and asking for my refund.. i have all the conversation with them in my mail id.. still i didn't recive my refund... but this time they don't know whom they talking they will be in very big trouble soon... i have all there staff numbers and everything... still waiting for my refund... and if they refund my amount so its better for them...

I made booking for Udaipur from your agency and my Transaction ID is " MH0009975.
My Travelling dates will be 15th February, 2018 to 18th February, 2018.
But I am not satisfied with your Service.
Initially your Sales Person lie to me that I have to make Part Payment in advance and I made 10000/- and very next day another person from booking department called me and ask for remaining payment.
My question is that only if its required to pay full amount than why your executive / sales person lie me? (You can check your recordings if you wish).
After many Arguments I also made full payment and your booking department informed me that they will send me Booking Vouchers and all details.
Its more than 7 days but no one sending me anything.
Moreover I tried to called Concern person Mr. Rahul Saxena but he is not attainding me.

Maine is company se 27th April 2018 package liya manali ke liye, total cost 27500/- rs from my hub travel, hamara pickup point Agar tha by Car(please find attached pics for package given mailed by My hub travel).
1st shock- Agra pahuchne par my hub travel kahta sir hum Agra se nahi pickup Kar sakte(ab bataiye koi parivar Agra pahuch Chuka Hai aur aise me koi aapse aisa kahe to aap ky karenge).
2nd Shock - Then my hub travel kahta hai aap Delhi aa jaye hum waha se aapko pickup karte Hai by travels, humne kaha Bhai humne package me to car bola jo aapne package mail me bhi Diya Hai.
3rd Shock- Usi samay My hub travel kahta Hai sir hum Agra se pickup nahi de payenge aur to aur aapko alag 10000dene padega for car(ab ye bataiye 1000km by train aane ke baad aapke sath koi aisa kare to aap Kar bhi Kya Kar sakte Hai)
Baat family ki thi to maine paise de diye aur own travelling karke hum Delhi pahuche. Waha se hum log by car Manali pahuche.
4th Shock - Plan me dinner add tha same Maine my hub travel se kaha then unka replay aata hai, aap Bahar kha lijiye aur bill refund ke liye submit Kar dijiyega(ye log tour plan de rahe Hai ya customer ko bevkhup bana rahe). Maine kaha Bhai tum rahne do Lage to aur Paisa transfer Kar deta fraud kahike, Maine kaha mai apna dinner khud Kar lunga family ke sath bahar hotel me aur tum log mere khane ke paise se Khana khalo.
5th shock- I am in hotel and My hub travel person called me and saying to me
..sir please pay hotel bill hamare pass se transaction nahi ho pa Raha, hum aapko refund Kar denge. Maine kaha fraud kahike tere upar kaun bharosa karenga. Company ki itni bhi power nahi ki wo customer ko bharosa de.
Then finally humara tour khatam hua. Ye tour Tha ya?
Aur bahot kuch shocked points the jo Mai share nahi Kar sakta but recorded Hai, kyunki Mai jab bhi kabhi Bahar jata Hu to live location and call recording hamesha on rakhta hu.

Firstly they said to submit some token money which was 5000 then they said you have to submit 25% in advance to get booking voucher then I submitted 8000 after some time they said 50% is the minimum amount to get booking voucher that time I paid 13000 to those people's and after some time they started asking for the total amount to be paid in advance in this way these people make fool of every person who contact them for some package or stuff like that in my opinion don't even think of traveling with these kinds of Fraudulent people's woh always think of cheating with everyone

I had made a complaint regarding non-refund of advance paid to My Hub Travels. I am giving below the complain matter which was also acknowledged by Complaintsboards as well as My Hub Travels. The company had requested for time. It is almost 2 months since I have complained, but I am yet to receive the Advance amount of Rs.14000.00
As I can see from the ocean of complaints against MY HUB TRAVELS, I understand that this company is only cheating people all the time. It is time someone takes up this and bar the company from dealing in this manner.
Could you please be kind enough to let me know what is to be done now? Do I need to proceed legally through the consumer court or through normal legal procedure from the designated court? Kindly let me have a line in reply to enable me to proceed further in the matter.

Have filed a complaint against the company, but at present, the company is not available, they have removed their website from the network, they have switched their contacts off, moved their office from the address, hence complaint could not be processed ahead.

I was in touch with Mr.Amit of My Hub Travel and have transferred Rs 8000/- for a trip to Ooty in January 2018 But the booking did not happen and was informed that the money will be refunded after 30 days . Its June 2018 now and still I have not received my money. I am planning to file a case against My hub travel. This is the final mail I will be sending as per my lawyer suggestions.

Im susmita mondal.. I have booked a trip to puri through them in april 5th through bank deposit.. After that they told me to pay 5000 amount extra then I cancelled the plan.. They mail me that.. And 4000 will be the refund amount.. Till date I didn't get that.. I mailed them and called them several times.. After writing a review they called me and abused me and told me to delete that review else they will not refund the money.. I have recorded that convo through phone.. But still they didn't give me a single penny.. It's a fraud agency.. Kindly don't take their service.

They refunded only rs 10000 in January but rest amount rs 12000 is pending.
