As per their quote, I paid Rs.19000/- as guided me by Mr. Avinash into three parts Rs.5000/-, Rs.4000/- and Rs.10000/- respectively. But at the end moment they cancelled the Trip they were about to provide, which occurs a loss for me Rs.8000/- for the round trip of Flights. Now they delaying to refund me, not even confirming me that when they are going to refund. Now I'm having doubts on their activities, Pls suggest if any solution with you, or help to get the refund. They are not refunding, just postponding the time of my refund.
Its a total fraud company, I'll sue this company to court, putting a FIR/legal complaint against MyHubTravel.
What is use of this complain if our complains doesnot resolve...andbthe frauds are enjoying our money...I'll not wait anymore, going launch a police case on this a cyber crime case.

It's been 4 months that I have paid Rs. 28000 for booking to Goa.
They follow this technique of giving "final dates" to refund the money just to delay. This happened 8 times in the past 3 months after I received a confirmation email that the refund is processed.
They have also threatened me that if I do not write a resolution statement, they are not going to process my refund. I clearly denied the same and told them that the only resolution is to refund the money.
I have all the emails and call recordings of the conversation which is a clear evidence that they are running a fraud company and con people to get money.
I have also filed a complaint with http://consumerhelpline.gov.in - Government of India.

We booked our Himachal tour from My Hub Travel, for 13night andw14days which will start from 5th of April. My family consist of 7adults Andrew 2 kids. They offeus an amount of 1, 15, 000/-for total package of 9heads..we already paid Rs 95000/- though paytm.. Now they are asking for 1lakh more money. When we refused and launched a complain mail regarding the issue. They are threatening me to take out all the complains otherwise they will not refund us the money. Please need help.

My hub travel is totally fake.
I booked my tour for Udaipur and paid 20, 500/- in two parts but they did not send me any booking and food vouchers. so after many fall ups i cancelled my booking before one month of my travelling and demand for refund.
I cancelled my bookings on 10th January, 2018. now its more than 2 months but still my refund is pending.
They just did fake promises that we will proceed for your payment refund but actually they did not refunding any amount.
its very much common that now a days payment transfer is to easy and fast through Net Banking / NEFT. Than why they took long time in processing? Hence, they did not provide any services still why they want such a long time?
i want my refund on priority bases as its more than 2 months but there is no any updates from their side.

This company people don't have any value of their commitment, after changing 3 dates of refund they have send me scan copy of cheque where in numbers it is 19000/- and in letters it is Ninety thousand. I'm now completely fade up with these people and planning to launch a proper legal complaint against them.

Myhub Travel Mr Arun is very cheat person.He just pick a package online and give a third class services to their customers.I was recently taken a package from them and they promised me a lot but nothing booked on even a single place.

travel package - refund not processed/unethical behaviour
This is to bring to you notice that a refund of Rs. 28000 has not been credited to my account even after 88 days (close to 3 months) after I have made the payment on 01-12-2017. The My Hub Travel team has sent me a confirmation email on 04-01-2018 stating the refund is processed and will be credited to my bank account in 7-10 business days! As per the refund policy, mentioned on their website, the refund must have been done within 21 business days.
After waiting for the prescribed time period, when I started following up on the same over the phone:
1. The employees answering the call started to give excuses for not able to credit the amount due to "financial issues" the company is facing and they were also not able to pay the salaries as well to their employees and their bank accounts were frozen due to some issue. I have transferred the amount to their Indus Bank account.
2. They assure you that the money is "safe & secure" with them and will give it for sure and it's their personal guarantee
3. Mr. Ankit Agarwal went one step ahead and assured me that 'he will personally transfer the amount. Don't worry!' and 'he made false promises that the money will be credited any time now'.
4. The recent conversation that I had on Friday [protected]), I spoke to 6 people, each acting as a supervisor of one another and when I started asking questions, they got in to the attack mode speaking in Hindi language "kya baat kar raha hain? Samajh mein nahi aata kya! tujhe wait karna padega aur koyi solution nahi hain. Aur batao …". (What are you talking? Can't you understand? You have no other option but to wait! What else?). They denied to even give their employee IDs. I tried to tell them very politely stating that the issue is on going for a long time and I am in need of the money to meet my commitments.
5. They seem not to care and denied to resolve the issue. On 26-02-2018, I was able to get in touch with Mr. Ankit Agarwal one more time. When I asked him about the office address, he denied to give it and told me that "client visits are not allowed to the office". He further claims that "he is working from home" and "office address is available on Google". I have found 2 address of the My Hub Travels when I did a Google search!
I have 35 trail emails and call recordings of the conversations that happened during the last few days. The way this is going on is very frustrating and makes me feel cheated by a fraudulent company. I want this issue resolved. I cannot afford to wait any longer and be fooled over and over again!
The reason I have received a call today is because I have updated the comments in this board and apparently it is my mistake to do that ... And yes, every time I update the complaint with a comment, only then they think to resolve my issue and call me. Mr. Rakesh (+91 - [protected]) this time called me.
And the resolution according to them is taking more time to process the refund giving excuses instead of actually giving my money back. I have the same story 8 times till now.

Got in touch with office after several days. The phone numbers were switched off. Now a guy named Rohit says that I have to wait at least 12 more days to get the refund and he gave me the mobile number of Rakesh. I have no clue as to what is going on!
The phone numbers mentioned are switched off giving me an idea if it's a shut shop! The last conversation I had with them, they assured me that the refund will be done on 05th Mar 2018 and I don't have to call.

I had booked Nainital tour for 6D/5N on 6th Jan 2018. Due to some personal reason I have cancelled bookings on 8th Feb 2018. At the time of booking Mr. Rahul Saxena said me there will not be any cancellation charges if I cancelled bookings before 15 days of trip. But when I have cancelled my bookings their cancellation team said that 15% cancellation charges and 5% GST will get deducted. But after convincing Mr. Rahul he agreed to refund complete amount within 21 to 50 working days.
After continuous follow up with Mr. Ankit Agrawal finally he informed that he will refund me before 28th Feb. But after 28th Feb no one is receiveing ourcalles. Now Mr. Mayank is receiving Mr. Agrawals phone number and he is saying that company is closed from 28th Feb till date.
I think this company won, t refuind me my amount. And this is fraud Company.

As per My hub travel a terms and conditions that if a package cancelled by My hub money will be credited in 50 working days but in my case there are 5 months left but I didn't receivd full amount.

If you need to cancel a booking package due to any reason, Please do so in writing (best by e-mail). If we receive your cancellation before the starting date of the trip, The Amount will be refunded to depositor with 15% deduction of the full amount of tour price as well as 5% GST deduction of the amount of tour price.
If hotel and flight have been booked by My Hub Travel then refund and cancellation policy will be applied according to the hotel and airlines policy.
The tour price is quoted as a package. The refund will be credited to the depositor by cheque or NEFT within 21 to 50 working days.
Note 1) The days Saturday and Sunday will not be counted in working days.

I need to tell you that I have selected one package in this company and also deposited 10500 on the same day but they and not cable to give me the full details of my trip instead of my continue follow up so I cancelled my trip due that negligence.
I have asked for refund so they told me to wait for 21 days ...till now approximately 40 days and more have been gone but I didn't not receive my money which is 10500 every time I call to them the person Ankit and Varun told me always we are processing but they are not doing ...so overall this is fraud company be aware of that one. I had booked a honeymoon package for Goa through your travel agency (26 Jan to 29 Jan).
I paid 50% amount of total package cost & also assurance given by your team member that after 50% payment you will get booking confirmation within 24 hours but not get any confirmation but demand for remaining amount for booking confirmation.After remaining 50% payment, I did not received any confirmation. I paid total 14300.
After 100% payment again demand for 8000 more amount for booking confirmation & after negotiation I paid total 20000 but still I didn't get service as per package.
I didn't get 3 star hotel as per package & also hotel not provided as per package.I didn't get welcome drink, candle light dinner, honeymoon bed decoration with sweets, car service not get for 4 days.Also sightseen not covered as per package.
I got feedback after my follow up from your side & also didn't get any response to my message & phone calls from your side.This is very bad customer service.
Overall this was very worst experience of tour through my hub travel.
My Hub Travel only speak humbly & give big promises to customers before booking & after payment they cheat with customers.

I have booked my 3days 2nights Goa tour packages (hotel and sightseeing) with my hub travel on 13 th December 2017 The package was finalised at 12000 rs with Rahul
On the same day I transferred the advance payment of 5000 through paytm
Next day on 14th dec he called me again and demanded remaining amount that is 7000
I listened to him and paid it
Afterwards I keep on calling him for hotel booking details and cab details he kept on saying that your booking is in process
I was worried as my trip was about to start on 18th dec
Then on 15 th Dec call was transferred to ankit aggarwal he said u will not get the hotel which were committed either due to booking full or budget issue
He said ur budget will get increased otherwise
I told him to cancel my package and refund my money
He agreed to refund to full amount that is 12000 within 7-21 days as per their so called company policy
The above refund comitmment was done on 16 Dec 2017
I patiently waited for one month
On 15 Jan I called him again for refund
Being 21 days were over excluding sat sun
He said 3-7 more days will require for processing still I calmly waited again for seven days
After that continuously three days I was calling he used to say aaj milega kal milega sham ko milega 7 baje ke bad milega

He don't even feel sorry for delay and instead of that shouting on me then I come to know there's no point in talking with them

I have taken a booking from them for Shimla for 35k including tax. Initially, they agreed I have to pay 10k and they will give me booking.rest amount will be paid after I get tickets.
After paying 10k, they didn't confirm tickets, rather started demanding rest amounts else cancel your trip which will be subject to 20% deduction, will be returned after 210 days. then I paid the rest of the amount they started demanding extra 7K In name of GST.

This is a fraud company who doesn't have ethics and who dont stand by words.We booked MyTravels for Shimla tours. We paid 9000 and They told we can pay remaining amount after confirmation. Suddenly Next day they are calling and threanting to pay full amount .
They were very rude and for cancellation they are asking 15% .

I got call from mohit as your agent they gave me quote fo package of 7 nigjt 8 days of cahndigarh shimla manali amritsar for 4 th February to 13 th february for 25 persons
Then they asked me for train tickets i told them that i have student concessions form so 50% will be off on all tickets and told me to deposite the amount as 8200 but they booked normal tickets and told me to deposite more money into their accounts but thy were asking for package cost which i havent taken from them
I told them that i dont want package from you but our deal was firstly for train tickets they told me that if you dont deposite remaining amount i will camcel all your tickets and they cancelled it without informning me at all and i havent got my refund
As i got call from management team today in afternoon and they got agreed to give me my money after deduction of 20% from my amount of 8200 within 7 to 21 days
