My Hub Travel not refunding my money past 6 months

My hub travel gave package of 24000 and took money for a Goa trip in January 2018 they said hotel prices have hiked so give another 5000 and after taking full 29000 refused to book the hotel and said it will be refunded in 50 days as per company policy.
I was not only my hub travel alone it was also preferred by hello travels as they gave me the lead and upon several mails and complains both company never took any steps to get the amount refunded.
Now all phone has been closed and the company is uncontactable.I am filing a civil case on hello travels and my hub travel for harassment and not paying the refund back

My Hub Travel is a fraud company, Chor company, this is not a travel company, this is the thug company, logo ko bevkuf banake paise lootnevali company he. Let me share my experience with you. I had taken the Kerala tour package from My Hub Travel in the month of march 2018.After pay Half Payment he called me and ask rmaining payment So i Say No then I cancelled .I did not get refund money I have all Email Record and Call Record.

My Hub Travel not received refund since last 6 months

Dear sir

I am Manpreet Randhawa from chandigarh and I informed you that my hub travel, a-32/5 sector-82, noida have cheated me. It's fraud agency.

I booked a group package of goa for 50 pax
Details given below :

3 nights 4 days from 10 jan- 16 jan 2018 with my hub travel, deal was finalized with Mr.Rahul Saxena. He asked me to submit Rs. 20, 000 as a token money to hold the package as demanded by the travel agency. After few weeks the package was cancelled by my hub travel due to lack of railway tickets . After that Mr. Rahul call me and said that we are not able to book your package and we refund your full amount Rs.20, 000 within 21 working days but They only refund me Only half payment Rs.10, 000 after 2 months and they promised me that they refund my half payment Rs.10, 000 with in 1 week but now 6 months I haven't get my payment yet.

It's a fraud company and I rqst to all plz don't get any travel services by these Fraud company.

My Hub Travel cab booking cancelled and amount not refunded

This company taken booking of travel.
Taken full payment in advaance.
However just before 1 day of start of travel when we contacted them for vehicle and driver details, they informed us that comany is closed and they will refund our full amount.
We have all these details on mail from their side.
Initially they said dat they will refund full amount in one go.
After few days they confirmed dat amount will come in installment.
However they have given only 5000 out of full amount of 25000.
That too after doing 100 calls to them.
Plz help in getting our refund amount.

My Hub Travel fraud - taken extra amount

My Hub Travel is a fraud company, Chor company, this is not a travel company, this is the thug company, logo ko bevkuf banake paise lootnevali company he. Let me share my experience with you. I had taken the Goa tour package from My Hub Travel in the month of May 2018 between 25th May 2018 to 28th May 2018. Deal was final on 29500/- rupees including taxes for 3 nights and 4 days. service was included breakfast for 3 times during stay in hotel. CAB services for airport/station pickup and drop. Site seeing for 2 days. On last day free CAB service during market visit in panjim.
But My Hub travel did not provide the breakfast facility for 2 times, they also changed my hotel on last day. I had to move to different hotel. for last day booked hotel "mujse jo paise liye the uske hisab se kam paise vale hotel me booking de di" They have charges extra 8000/- rupees by saying hotel cost is increase now. I did not have any other option instead of paying because I had already paid all amount including Taxes. I had to pay extra amount for CAB service on last day for panjim visit. This is the technique they apply for cheating the people.
I am going to do complain in consumer court against this chor company

My Hub Travel service and refund

I would like to file a complaint against My Hub Travel, located in Noida. (Website: http://www.myhubtravel.com)
This is a fraud company.
I booked a trip for shimla on 3rd of January through this company. The cost for the package was 10, 800/- including everything. Frst they asked me to pay 50% of the amount before the trip to get the bookings done. As i did the payment of 5400/- they started demanding the payment of rest 50% of amount too. I made rest 50% of payment too. But after this they started manipulating the things. Next day, one of their executive called me nd asked for Rs.5500 more for the Taxi in shimla (as acc. To him taxi service was not included in the package). But when i told him that i have screenshots of all the package details nd I'm jst abt to come over there at their company's place he got scared nd he disconnected the phone then one of his senior called me and tried to threatened me by saying 'charkhi dadri se he hoga na tu dekh lunga aaja tu company mein fer dekhta hu tjhe nd blah blah'
After few minutes he called me again and asked me to hav a look on company policy nd T&C. Acc. To him company can raise the travel amount any time nd this is mentioned in the rules. Then he gave me a proposal of refunding the full amount by saying 'Aap kis duniya mein ji rhe ho doctor sahab NCR mei rehte hue aapko NCR ki knowledge nhi h hum aapko refund toh kr rhe hn bht saari companies toh refund b ni krti'
I said uh jst start the process of my refund i don't want anything.
In 1-2 days the process of refund got started nd within 7-21 days it has to be refunded as this is also clearly mentioned in their refund policy. Lst week on 16th of feb i called them nd asked for a final date of the refund. They told me that your amount will be refunded on or before 22nd feb. I waited for today's evening bt when there is nt any response frm their side i called them in the evening asked for the same bt they gave the same silly excuse that their account is blocked nd they need some more time bt this time i clearly told them dat I'm gonna lodging the complaint in consumer court. As uh hav to refund within 7-21 days nd its been around 4 months..
I request you to banned such kind of fraud companies from the market and their employees must get fined and punishment for doing frauds with customers. .

My Hub Travel refund not received

Hi My HuB Team,

I am krishna kumar (krishnakumar. [protected]@gmail.com) was doing followup from so many days for refund of My amount 5000/- which I paid for kullu manali package as a part payment. When I had a discussion with Mr. Rakesh ([protected]) I clearly told like I have seen in one website like you people are asking for extra amount after the package confirmed then he said no sir trust me we are not like that... Finally he did the same with in 1 to 2 hours he told me like no tickets available we need extra amount to book the tickets. Guys please stop these kind of transaction otherwise it will be big negative shade for your company & ultimately you people will book on fraud cases. If you said before it slef like extra amount will be chargeble depends on demand means we will agree.. but your not mentioning it any where while your fixing or agreeing for a package amount. I dont know how you people have a right to ask extra amount. Please process the refund immediatly as per mentioned time in policy.

My Hub Travel demanding extra money, and not giving any refund

My name is Santosh Nimbale, and I booked a package for shimla, manali fir june 2018. They asked me to pay around 50000 Rs. for a package of 6 days of 5 people.
Then they ask me 20000 Rs. more saying hotel is demanding more. But when I contacted the hotel person he said that they provide the money back deducting the amount.
And when I asked My hub travel to cancel the package then they said that the whole amount will be deducted.
Is this how they do business?
Is this how they treat their customers.

I am subhashree soumya harichandan. I had booked for darjeeling tour. They told give 10 k we will book ur trip again they told this much amount not be possible send more 10 k so we gave. Then they told sorry we can't go in this amount plz give more money. We refused there tour, they said plz canceled ur trip we will refund ur money. But 2 months left daily told me mam we will refund your money. Plz give us time but today they told there company totaly closed. They cheated with me. And took my 20000.plz any one help me

I had given a complaint here before 20 days here they told plz write down resolved. We will refund your money. But till now they have not responding anything. Again i wrote. Plz guys dont believe them.

Complaint Number - 5 : Refund not received - Payment done 6 months ago !

I have paid Rs. 28000 for booking to Goa which did not happen.

They have threatened me, gave me dead line, told me I was a 'pending customer' and gave a final date of April 20 which is way past and I still did not receive the money.

@MyHubTravel - Where is my money?

My Hub Travel holiday package fraud.

[censored] I had booked my goa trip in february 23rd 2018. You gave me a package of 11500₹ for 3 nights 4days goa trip but due to some [censored]ing pervert staff's mistake in date checking you had to cancel the package. When you had asked the money for that package I had paid 6000₹ but after cancellation you didn't return my [censored]ing money. It's been 4 [censored]ing months I have been calling you. You people arent responding to me.

I need my god damn money or else I will keep on registering my complaints here.
Jitne baar tum log deny karoge! Jabhi bhi me phone karungi aur apne bola ki "ha mam kar denge kuch dino ke liye rukho" me tab tak roz phone karke roz idhar complaint likhungi.
Now see i'm gonna sue you people so [censored]ing badly now [censored]!

My Hub Travel refund amount for my return bookings

Dear MyHubTravel,

It was my biggest mistake that I had read most of negative comment about your agency & still took your plan for my honeymoon trip. I trusted you guys & now i'm paying much more for that.

There were lots of issues till the date of my journey regarding extra payments, end-time hotel bookings, unpaid cab service & not booked my return tickets.

I had to waste last day whole of my honeymoon to book my return tickets & make that booking waiting to confirm.

I had paid you more than more than 100% of advance payments amount without any invoice receipt.

As you guys told about refund, so I took all the burden to pay & confirm my return rain tickets by promising myself that I will never trust any online transport agency. never ever again.

The date was 18th of feb'2018, when u told me to refund my booking amount of Rs.4820/- within 7-21 days as per your refund policy. same you had confirmed & approved on mail.

It is almost 80days days now & i'm still waiting for my refund.

Just yesterday when I called again for my refund, they said to do the same by month end.
This is now out of my tolerance limit.

During the period of my followup, you people are not at all excused about this & informing me like this is regular system at your end.

Now I can not wait more for my refund... I have all the recordings & mail receipts till date done with your agency..

My Hub Travel refund of advance of rs.14000.00

Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your notice that the Rs.14000.00 (Rupees Fourteen Thousand) which I made against the 50% advance to My Hub Travels in March 2018 is yet to be refunded. Till the time of receiving the advance payment, their office person Ms. Prerna was continuously in touch with me over calls and messages on Whats app, but the minute I completed the transfer of Rs.14000.00, I stopped getting any feedback on the bookings. The company did not even acknowledge the receipt of payment by email, and this was done only on Whats app.

Subsequently, when I called after 2 days, Mr.Rakesh demanded that I pay an additional Rs.6000.00, without which he could not proceed with the bookings, etc. He was adamant and after 2 days informed that he is willing to refund the entire advance amount of Rs.14000.00 within the next 7 working days. It is now more than 45 days, but I am still to receive my money. Whenever I have called, Mr.Rakesh has some excuse or the other. A few days back he said something about a wedding and very coolly told my husband "You will have to wait till 22nd April". One of his excuses was "Boss is in Chennai and hence cannot transfer payment or send cheque". And his new one is the best "Our Company's account has been blocked and hence we are unable to release payment to anyone" and that I will have to wait for some more time (I have read this same statement in one of the complaints on this forum)

I have now realised that this delay tactic is nothing but a way of cheating me. My Travel Hub is a fraud company and this is their fraudulent way of collecting money in the name of advance. After going through so many complaints, I now feel this way of collecting advance in the name of booking is their modus operandi and they are not really a travel agency of merit and this is their main revenue. Unfortunately, we did not go through the reviews of others properly before making this advance payment. Or else we wouldn't have fallen prey to this online fraud.

Through this complaint, I am now requesting this complaint forum to take up the case seriously with My Hub Travels and help us to get back our hard earned money. In fact, no hotels, tour companies, cab agencies should even deal with this company till they stop this online fraud of cheating people in the name of collecting 50% advance.

I hope this complaint forum would take suitable action against My Hub Travels.

The company states that they have resolved the matter. How? Did they refund our money?

The matter has not been resolved till date. No. 1 cheaters they are. My Hub Travels has been doing this since very long. All the while they have been escaping I think, that's why they have gathered so much guts to go on cheating more and more people every day.

It's time this complaintsboard.com takes cognizance of all the complaints and takes preventive measures in order to save the gullible who when spoken to very sweetly, for instance like the staff of My Hub Travels does.

Dear Sir,

I had made a complaint regarding non-refund of advance paid to My Hub Travels. The company had requested for time. It is almost 2 months since I have complained, but I am yet to receive the Advance amount of Rs.14000.00. Suddenly I find that the company claims that their customer care tried everything to contact me, but according to me, Mr.Rakesh had contacted only once and pleaded for more time. How much more time does this company need, is my question? This is nothing but deliberate cheating by sweet talking customers to cough up money claiming this as 50% advance amount.

As I can see from the ocean of complaints against MY HUB TRAVELS, I understand that this company is only cheating people all the time. It is time someone takes up this and bar the company from dealing in this manner.

Could you please be kind enough to let me know what is to be done now? Do I need to proceed legally through the consumer court or through normal legal procedure from the designated court? Kindly let me have a line in reply to enable me to proceed further in the matter.

My Hub Travel fraud of not returning my money till now

dear sir,
I m still waiting for my refund of Rs.10, 000. I had been cheated by ur company n not processed my refund as per their TAT Time. I request people who cheated by same comp to take stand n do some legal proceedings together so that this will not done to others... I m frustrated now I cann't run behind to employees of company to resolve my prob as they were not bothering which metal harresment I am going through from last 4months. other victims pls look into this n fight for ur right.

Maine 15 Dec ko My Hub Travels ke sath Goa ka package book kar ke ek badi galti ki... Pahle Mujhe sales executive Mr. Amit ne puri scheme batayi or package cost 24100 batayi (5 Day 6 Night) jisme Hotel+Cab dono include thi or kaha ki aapko 50% of payment advance karna padega so that hum aapko booking de paye, and maine 15 Dec ko 50% payment My Hub Travel ke account me transfer kar diya, to mujhe kaha gaya ki aapko 2 din me booking mil jayegi... after that 2 din baad mujhe call aata hai ki hum aapko 2 din ki booking de rahe hai (jabki pahle baat 100% booking ki hui thi) kyuki aapne 50% payment kiya hai, ya to aap baki ka 50% payment kar dijiye to hum aapko puri hotel booking de denge warna aapko 2 din ki booking de payenge, to maine kafi lambe discussion ke baad balance amount 12, 100 transfer kar diye 18 Dec ko... uske turant baad mujhe call aata hai ki aapko baki 5000 Rs GST ka or pay karna padega.. (Jabki abhi tak ke sabhi procedures me GST include tha.)
To maine kaha ki ye baat pahle bata dete, to bolte hai ki sir galti ho gayi aap 5000 or transfer kar do, to maine package cancel karne ko kaha kyuki kafi sare hidden facts jo ki mujhe nhi bataye gaye the. To discussion ke baad unhone package cancel kar diya 20 Dec ko or kaha ki aapka refund 7 se 21 working days me aajayega aapke account me...

Kafi Follow ups ke baad mujhe 6000 Rs mil paye Feb 2018 as refund, and from than till now i am still following up for the balance 18, 100...

Tab se le ke aaj 24/4/2018 (More than 4 Month) mai abhi tak mere balance 18, 100 ke liye 50+ call kar chuka hu, har baar galat commitments kiye jate hai, fake dates di jati hai... or to or ek do baar to inka employee Mayank mujhe badi battamizi se ye or bolta hai ki "Tumne mere account me paise nahi dalwaye the, Company ke account me dalwaye the, Company se mango, Mujhe Phone Mat Karo..." I have recording for that also... to maine jab mail pe complaint ki to uska bhi kuch sahi jawab nahi aaya...

Maine 28/03/2017 ko consumer court me complaint file ki hai and same us under process...

Please i suggest you to all the readers not to be with My Hub Travel...

Ab jab maine consumer court me complaint ki hai to mujhe bola ja raha hai k pahle aap apni complaint wapas lo uske baad paisa refund hoga, uske bina aapka refund process nahi ho payega... ? Sahab mera paisa refund ho jata to mai complaint hi kyu karta...? 4+ month se mera refund hi to process nahi ho raha, or ye to thik hai inka ek banda sachin kumar was taking to me very shamelessly that i will have to close my complaint after that i will get my money back. matlab ki mai mere paise k liye lad bhi nahi sakta... or kya guarantee hai k agar maine complaint close karwa di to mujhe mera paisa mil jayega ? i will close the complaint after getting my refund back.

"Please provide me some time" ke chakkar me to aap log mujhe pressurize kar rahe hai meri complaint wapas lene ke liye ?

FAKE TRAVEL AGENCY MY HUB TRAVEL, A-32/5 SECTOR-82, NOIDA

Dear respected sir

This is to inform you that I booked Leh package through My hub travel for 5 nights 6 days from 06 to 11 May 2018. I finalized the deal with Mr. Dhruv Sharma for Rs. 54, 499/-. They send me a promotion mail, that if I book my package on or before 25-12-2017, I can avail 10% discount.
As per the communication and telephonic talk with the persons of travel agency, I deposited Rs. 25000/-, before 25-12-2017. Transaction Id which travel agency gave me through mail with confirmation of receiving the payment was MH0009978.

Since i deposited the above amount, I requested them to send me the booking voucher, but they asked me to deposit the remaining total amount which was around Rs. 25, 000/-. I felt something wrong with this travel agency because they keep changing their words and different persons to deal with me. I had to make several calls, but no proper action was taken. I decided to cancel the package and requested them to do so. Finally, my booking got cancelled on the first week of January 2018. After cancelling my booking, they confirmed me by mail with mention of 20% of deduction from my deposited amount and also sent acknowledge for the same. Though it's not my fault, it's a complete cheating from the travel agency, not able to keep their own words but still I agreed of the 20% because I wanted to get rid of the problem.

Even after many days amount not refunded to my account, I called them several times but no proper response at last Mr. Rakesh Kumar spoke to me and said, that company is running in loss condition, so it will take time to refund and he said, that company will pay me in parts. Sometime before, he said that company has already sent me a cheque which will reach me in few days, and now the same person says company will pay me in parts.

I have not yet received any refunded amount so far. It's big harassment to me and my family. They tortured me mentally, it's fake company, all the staff speak lies. I request you kindly to take necessary actioned against this travel agency so that in the future it should not happened to anyone else. I have all the details of correspondence and amount transferred etc.

They kept delaying the booking

No booking nothing . Mental harassment and cheated us.
We agreed to refund on 2nd feb 2018. Till date no re fund and no call.
There are few people we talked to blew are the contact details. They are so pathetic that I never ever prefer talking to them again.

But till date noo refund and not a single response.

My Hub Travel fraud company — not paying refund amount

Hi,

This guys are biggest fraud and do everything in a planned way.

I booked Cab for Shimla-Manali tour from 18th Feb 2018 and paid 7K amount out of total 14K. They confirmed payment but still didn't book the cab. One day before tour i made calls to them and they increased the fare to 20K, they thought since its one day before i might forcefully agree to it but due to this unprofessional ism i cancelled my tour.

They send me refund confirmation mail for 7K and now from last 2 months i am following up with them on mail and call but still no Update. They are simply postponing the refund.
Its perfectly planned game they are playing. There are so may complaints of Refund and Fraud on this company at last moment.

My Hub Travel package tour / fraud tour package

Hi I m satish from hyderabad I get package for goa for 4 days 3 night. They offer 20000 for total package including hotel stay for 4 night dinner and cab with side seens. I paid rs 10000 advance.in their package term and condition they should provide booking confirmation and voucher hotel booking but they didn't provide and insist to cancel the booking request they told they will refund 100 % advance as my booking request could not be processed by booking team. I canceled the booking request but after many time followup (lots of call and mail) they didn't process refund, they keep saying that they are checking even after 2 and half month.

They are very unprofessional and very time when u call them it is required to tell hole story, no refernce no, no one is responsible for complaint.

My Hub Travel refund not received / unethical behaviour / fraud company

Complaint Number - 3 : I need a resolution!

It's been 4 months that I have paid Rs. 28000 for booking to Goa.

They follow this technique of giving "final dates" to refund the money just to delay. This happened 8 times in the past 3 months after I received a confirmation email that the refund is processed.

They have also threatened me that if I do not write a resolution statement, they are not going to process my refund. I clearly denied the same and told them that the only resolution is to refund the money.

I have all the emails and call recordings of the conversation which is a clear evidence that they are running a fraud company and con people to get money.

I have also filed a complaint with http://consumerhelpline.gov.in - Government of India.

Complaint Number - 4 : I need a resolution!

Great going Mr. Rakesh. This is a public forum and never advice me what to do until you refund my money.

You have now come up with a solution of installments? What kind of business are you running ? Is this a new technique where you say that "we have already sent some money and you have to wait for the rest" ? Get this Mr. Rakesh, I have waited for 4 months. So my part is done! I need the complete refund of Rs. 28000.

And you have the nerve to threaten me that I will not refund the money unless I change the complaint? You take my money without providing the service and I have to abide by your terms? Who do you think I am ?

People who are looking at this post, please suggest me a course of action legally so that I can proceed. I have all the emails and recorded conversations. Please help me.
