This company sells key organizers that fits all your keys very compactly. On December 3rd, I ordered 4 of these for Christmas presents. They said in the email to expect it to take 14-21 business days for delivery. Needless to say, Christmas came and went - no product. On January 11th, I sent my first email asking what the status of the order was. The email I received back said they could not find my order in the system and asked if I would forward them the confirmation, which I did. I received an email back saying that they have submitted a refund request to their refund department and I should receive an automated message within 3-5 days. No message. On January 20th, I contacted them again - this time a bit more frustrated. telling them that I wanted my refund immediately. I received another email saying that they had sent a follow up to their refund department and to email this person directly if I did not see the refund within 5 business days. Today, I have contacted them yet again stating that i wanted my refund immediately. I received an immediate reply saying they had sent ANOTHER follow up request to the refund department and that I should see the refund within 5 business days. I cannot find a phone number to call. Shame on me for clicking on an ad that I saw. Guess I've learned my lesson! I told them that I would be posting my dissatisfaction with their company anywhere I could!

I took have ordered one of these and not received anything. I ordered on March 28th and got a message they were on backorder 4 to 6 weeks. Checked about later and said it should be processed soon. Checked a month later, now May. They told me they were still backlogged and would be sent out soon. Now July and emailed demanding a refund in two different messages and still nothing. I will be contacting PayPal and filing a dispute.

I should have read this before purchasing. I bought my handy charger on 6/29 and haven't received anything. Guess I shouldn't even bother disputing it. [censored] bags!

Definitely a scam company! I guess "Mary" must be there go to girl since that is same one that finally emailed me with the same email about high demand! Fortunately I used PaPal! Hope they get busted soon!

Same story. I ordered on June 5th and today is July 14th. Still no product. I have tried emailing their support department and get no reply. It is a scam.

I bought Handy key on the 24/4/16. Still not arrived. It is July 16th 2016...still no items that's $37.85 US dollars!
Order no 50208 .
...due to the massive global demand to the HandyKey your order may take 3 to 4 weeks to arrive. This is the absolute worst case scenario as we typically deliver much sooner!

I have also ordered from FB ad 2 power packs. 1 Jun 16. It's showed on credit card a Melbourne Australia acc out. Name, but was US dollars. I have sent 3 emails but no reply. Looks like I've been sucked in also. Very disappointing as this is the first time I've ordered online through FB. I'm going to contact my Credit card bank.

Ordered two handy keys on 15th april was told three to four weeks delivery still not received them or a refund . Have requested a refund on July 6th of £26.78 for my goods not received . I got told request form had been submitted to refund department on July 10th and should hear in a few days . By 13th July still no reply emailed you again asking whether refund was in process got reply following day I have sent a follow up request to our refund department regarding your refund please email me directly if the refund is not reflectedin 5 days . Will never order from here again and have now refered it to a company that deals with complaints .

I have ordered this 'handykey' when I saw it via Facebook and order processing was so easy and got the confirmation stating it will take 3-4 weeks. It set our expectation with long lead time and I fear many consumers forget about it as some tend to order often via online. I did not hear from them at all even waited 2 months so I sent an inquiry to the company via their website 'contact us' but no reply. I called my New Zealand bank to dispute it and the bank at first said it might be difficult as it's over 60 days (2 months). But I explained about the company stating lead time of 4 weeks and I have waited patiently another 4 weeks and then found many complaints online. The bank took this seriously and disputed. That was around 15th of July. Today on the 21st of July, I received the e-mail enclosed saying they can't refund as the product was just shipped! It's so dishonest as they took action to fulfill the order when they got dispute of payment. What a scam! Please make a dispute with your credit card company and don't give up, please.

I found this advert on my iPad. It actually came up and provided informTion about what these wrist gadgets do. It was buy and get one free, choice of colour . I ordered one black and one navy.

I paid £70 for them and this amount is on my credit card. I have not received anything at all.
There was no warning on the advertisement, I think through Facebook to make me wary.
What should I do now., please.

I ordered buy one get one free handykey on the 14th of May 2016 and received automated e-mail saying 'overwhelmed responses and need 3-4 weeks max to receive the goods'. It appeared as professional at first but no action since then. Waited 4 weeks plus another 4 weeks but no products so I wrote to the site 'contact us' but no reply. I sent an e-mail but no reply either. I disputed the payment with my New Zealand Bank which was very professional and understood this unethical business model so the bank came back within 2 days on approval of dispute (15th July 2016). Then yesterday 21st July I received the enclosed e-mail from Handykey saying 'refund can't be approved as the product was shipped' - with tracking site address - you can see it's just sent out on the 17th or 18th of July after I made my dispute on payment' with my bank. So, in summary, this business is so unethical and taking advantage of people places online orders, the company is hoping consumers forget about or give up as the amount is not significant enough to take further actions and also by setting 4 weeks lead time where busy people may forget the order made. Please everyone here, make a dispute on your payment with your bank / credit card company.

I ordered my keys in April and had emailed the company on a regular basis, asking for updates. I have received e mail answers similar to the ones published above. Following advice from reading these, I raised a complaint with PayPal who sent a copy of my complaint to the company. Believe or not, I received an email giving me a link to a website, sentfromchina, saying the goods had been shipped, but as all the data was in Chinese, I was very sceptical. Low and behold, the goods arrived this week. I have winced closed the complaint thru PayPal.

Am I one of the lucky ones. Only 3 month wait.

Ordered July 1, 2016. No product and then checked them out and found their history. Sent email and got a response saying they would look into my order. Ne response so sent another email and again no response. Have notified my credit card and requested a credit. We'll see.

Same story here. Email about high demand and promised shipping in a week. 2 months later nothing. Emailed again and got the same promise . Waited a week emailed again asking for a refund. They said their refund department would be in touch in 5 days. At this point I found this complaint forum and went straight to paypal. Got my refund but their game seems to be stall until the purchaser has no legal recourse. Definitely a scam. Steer clear of the mugs.

Same for me...ordered in April, 2016 and never received. Got the same reply to my FB message from "Ann". I requested a refund and have never received that either. I have filed a complaint with PayPal for a refund. SCAM!

I ordered this product (buy one get one free) over 6 weeks ago and still have not received anything from the company. They withdrew the funds already and sent an email stating that my order was being shipped but nothing since then.

I ordered this product on 01July 16 and atill haven't received this product all I have gotten is excuses about it being on backlog or some crazy excuse. I sent a email requsting my money back and all i get is it is being looked into. I will every time they advertise anything make sure to write a comment on it awearing them of the fraud they they are doing and letting them know this site is face and just STEAL people's money, something needs to be done and they need to be stopped!

Well I was like everyone else. I ordered my product 17.03.2016 and waited and waited. I sent 3 emails requesting information about my order and a further 3 more asking a refund. I received 2 confirmation emails that my product was on its way via some Chinese courier service. I couldn't track my order and thought it was another smoke screen to hinder obtaining a refund. Frustrated and annoyed I resigned to the fact that it was a bad product choice and my money was gone. It is the 05.08.2016 and I received my order - yeeehaaa! It is legit. They came through.

DITTO! I was scammed. NO PRODUCT AND NO RESPONSE! I've asked numerous times for a order status and never received a response. I have been waiting about a month and no product has been delivered. I will seek legal authority and promote on as many social media sites that they are a rip off!

I ordered two HandyCharger for iPhone on May 17. To be honest I totally forgot about it until I was about to buy another charger for my phone. I emailed them on July 9th to ask where my product was because the 3-4 weeks had long passed. I received an automated email saying my request had been received, but never received an actual response. I also searched them and found this page. It was really disappointing because it looked like a neat little product, but apparently I had been scammed. I had every intention of getting my money back from Paypal, but figured I'd give them at least the chance to respond first. Well, again I totally forgot.. Days and weeks pass. On august 11th I received an email that they had shipped, and I was very surprised. I was even more surprised when they showed up in the mail today. I guess if you are willing to wait four months, you may eventually get your product. For those of you that were proactive enough to get your $30 after the 3-4 weeks were up, I salute you. I totally forgot to follow up, but eventually got my product.

OMG, I can't believe this is a pattern of theirs. I ordered the dash cam (buy one, get one free) on July 2 and after not receiving any notice or shipment, I sent them an email message. They reassured me that they would be processing it "next week". Two more emails, and nothing. Ugh!

ordered 2 months ago with promise of delivery within 20 business days. after month contacted them. they wrote back promising order would be processed the next week, which was last week. They lied. Now no one is responding to my inquiries. They are thieves plain and simple. You all need to complain to Shopify on this page - there is a number to call, and they contact you back almost immediately: https://support.shopify.com/

This place has a whole lot of items they sell and is not only a big scam. Some are: My Handy360, Myhandykey and a Handydashcam.
They have some return info that I found with an address in Delaware. I got in touch with someone at the address that leases these offices to these crooks all to find out they owe money to these people also. There has to be a way to stop these people from scamming and taking peoples money.
They advertise on Facebook, so they need to be aware of these people also. All they sell is coming from China and it's junk. The Dashcams sell for $17.00 on Ebay. Does that tell u something? They were selling 2 for $59.00 and I fell for it. Please be very aware of what you are buying and from who. They sell from many other states, so make sure u check into where the item is coming from.

I saw an add for a great deal on VR headsets buy one get one free so I ordered them they removed the money from my account the next day, they are real quick to get the money for the order but do not send it . I too have gotten the same response to my emails and contacting them on Facebook is not much better . I ordered the headsets June 19 2016 and have requested a refund numerous times and still get nothing . I guess it is true if something looks to good to be true it probably is.

I ordered the two dash cams. I have emailed them 10 or more times requesting shipping status. They send an automated email stating received and it will be checked and advised later. I never get anything further. After all this time I requested a refund. They emailed me stating they would refund my money. I have checked and it has not been refunded. There is no phone number to contact them. All you can do is email and get no response. They have my money but have not shipped the order. This has to be a scam and something needs to be done. The FBI needs to be notified which I will do. Also Facebook needs to know they are scammers.

I did receive my package after numerous correspondence emails . After the last email clearly did not work l ended up reporting it to PayPal and a surprise it arrived AUGUST 30th strangely about one and a half weeks after complaining to PayPal . I ordered the key ring charger in May
This company is outside of Australia so when I checked how much it cost it was NOT a good deal at all. It is a very sneaky way to put it on F/B make you think it's a good deal and there is no mention of it coming from China, looking at the package that is. Also THERE ARE ABSOLUTLY NO INSTRUCTIONS AT ALL.

So far I have only waited 30 days but I was suppose to receive my produce in 14 to 20 days. They send me an email telling me my product shipped on 30 July16. Haven't got it yet.

Look at all of this money they have acquired and no product has been provided. This is consumer fraud and I think this my well be worthy of a class action lawsuit. I have experienced the exact same thing with these people. Same emails, same stalling tactics. Their hope is that we will just give up. I'm not giving up. I am going to pursue every means possible to hold them accountable for the theft and deception. Can you imagine the money this amounts to? Millions I am sure as there are thousands of consumers that ordered this product. Start with your States Attorney General Consumer Fraud Division...they will direct you.

I also made a purchase through FB back in July 2016. I have had no replies to any of my enquiries. The 15 - 20 business days for delivery has now stretched to 36 days.Having read the complaint comments of every one else I am afraid this firm is a straight out scammer.

I ordered back in June, was promised it was on its way multiple times. then I asked for a refund, they ignored my request several times. finally said they'd issue it, but still nothing. what a scam these folks have going! idk which credit card I used, it wasn't my PayPal account unfortunately. guess I cut my loss here

I had ordered the latest and greatest buy on get one mini max phone charger system with two USB port keychains. Just as stated in this thread, I too am being put off and clearly got ripped off! $49.85 is a lot for me and they were to be gits for my son's Birthday, I'm so angry bc I can't trust anybody over the Internet! Ordered and paid for June 29, 2016...it's now September 2nd, and I'm furious! Still no products, this was exactly what I was shopping for and it popped up at the right time on my Facebook news feed, STUPID me fell for i!

Looks like I, m another victim of Handkey360. I ordered the 2 for 1 Dash Cam on July 23rd 2016. Have sent numerous emails and haven't recieved a word back either way. Not sure if Paypal are going to refund me. Not sure what the policy is here. I don't think I have seen the add on Facebook for a week or 2 trading under the Handkey360 banner anyway, I noticed previously that the reviews section that supposedly had a few werent accesible either. Should of been sus then..

Repeat experience of others. Three months to resolve. But there is recourse. I paid with PayPal. I complained to PayPal and, after a requisite attempt by me to resolve with the seller with no resolution after about 10 days, PayPal took over. The company refunded my money via PayPal within 48 hours. I will purchase with PayPal from now on, esp if I don't know the seller. But no purchases from any company without more research. Lesson: avoid impulse buys no matter how good they sound. I really wanted the product (so I was waiting for it)... How many did they rip off becausr of an impulse buy that was forgotten? I'll bet plenty.

Please Report to your local Consumer Protection Bureaus and on the Internet. this is a scam as too many people have reported not getting their refund nor their order which were paid already.
Reponses from them were all the same. Back Log, unexpected demand, extraordinary demand on the product ordered...

I placed my order in March of this year for the key fob. No order came by June. July the company stated I was going to get a refund. September and still waiting!
