Overcharged for my tickets
I have bought tickets in MyTrip. In the last second the price jumped by ~1000$. I have used the voucher to book the tickets with the airline. After booking the tickets the final cost was 1722 Euros while MyTrip charged me 3214$. This is a 100% commission. They refused to refund any of the money. You can see from the uploaded photos the difference.
Desired outcome: Refund the difference.
No refund for downgrade of 4 passengers on business class to economy.

Complaint
When I booked my flight, I booked ckecked baggage for 20 kg., but on order invoice it says checked only 10 kg. And the company says that I only allowed 10 hand baggage. But hand baggage is not checked first, and they say that I only booked 10 kg. hand baggage. I tryed to do booking again and did some printscreens when you try to order hand baggage and when you try to order checked baggage. You can see very well that checked is 20 kg. and hand is 10 kg. And on my invoice it says checked baggage but in other place I only allowed 10 kg.

WE booked a trip via mytrip in June of 2022 that was subsequently cancelled on October 31st 2022 as Thai Airways had withdrawn the flight.
We were told that we would be reimbursed within two weeks, however, almost three months later we have not received any money that was first transacted June 15th 2022.
I have called mytrip numerous times who say that they are waiting for Thai Airlines, Thai Airlines are not replying to my correspondence.

Tickets booked, airline apparently cancelled - no notification from my trip about the cancellation
We were due to fly out 7/1/23 and I find out on the 30/12/23 that the trip has been cancelled, by mere looking at our booking. Till to date no email to advise us about the cancellation nothing. Hello. I was supposed to fly from Milano Linate to Brindisi on the 18th January 2022 with Ita Airways. My connection flight (Chicago-Dublin-Milano) was cancelled and rescheduled differently so I could not take my flight with Ita Airways.

I searched to view the flight ticket and there was mentioned no any payment but it was transaction out my money from my debit card on August. I filled the form from hsbc uk and they returned money for me on October but it was money out again on November.

Flights cancelled and no refund to date
Mytrip contacted me in October saying my flights had been cancelled (order numbers LIP5US and LIAVVH). They gave me the option to pay them to chase the airline to refund the money or for me to do this myself. I thought that paying them (reluctantly) would however be the quicker option. We are now in December and still nothing. When I call them they tell me I need fill out a form on their website. There is no form option to fill! I ask for a complaint email address and when I email it an automatic reply says I need fill out the website form. If I call to speak to a supervisor they say there isn't one and I need go via the website. I get no answers and no indication of when I'll get a refund. I have paid over £2000 and have a heart broken son who now can't go to his birth country New Zealand and I miss my best friend's wedding. It is the worse customer service I have ever had and I'm increasingly worried I won't get the money back, that the company is a scam. It is heart breaking. Please help!

Mistake with charges
On November 8, 2022, I made a call to the portal's call center (the call was recorded as indicated when answering) requesting the change of my ticket date, to which the agent indicates that having purchased a flexible ticket I would have a cost of zero dollars, when I checked on the airline's page I see that my baggage right would have been reverted, so I contacted the portal again and they tell me that when I made the change, it was changed to an economy fare and I had lost the right to baggage (something that was not indicated to me when making the change), for this reason I buy the baggage directly from the airline.
4 days ago, I saw in my inbox a charge of 40 dollars that the portal claims, so I write again to their help center to see what happened and they told me that they "forgot" to make that charge, that my rate never it was changed to economy (as they told me in the second contact) and that to confirm my ticket, I must make the payment of $40 and that the type of rate would be maintained with the luggage, that the rate change never existed, I explained repeated times that I already bought the luggage directly from the airline but they told me that I must make the payment anyway, when I inquired about a formal place to make a complaint to other than through them, since I do not trust their procedures, they indicated "that I look for my own ways", for this reason I come to you to solve this problem. On November 12, a person in charge of customer service contacted me, indicating solutions such as requesting a refund from the airline and paying them the $40, I indicated that I do not consider I should continue in the process due to errors committed because they provided me with information on more than one occasion, I was not really interested if the luggage was kept or not or having 17 extra dollar in my bank account, the only thing I asked the company to do was cancel the $40 charge because I had already acted for my own media, to which they replied that I made the mistake (an error that they caused by giving me wrong information twice)
Currently the company has not given me an answer on whether or not they have taken care of the $40 or if at the end of the day I should take care of it, responding for their mistake, therefore I do not know the status of my flight, running the risk of lose my entire ticket.
Please guide me on how to proceed, since it is a trip I am making for health reasons and I cannot miss my hospital appointments in any way.
I`m trying to reach you again because I need to know the real status of my order LUG2G4, I`ve been contacting your agents through the site chat and no one has given me any answer.
The thing is, I need to know if mi order is confirmed because I can not take the risk to lose mi flight, so I need someone to let me know if the charge has been taken care of, or if I must stick to your mistakes and still pay the 40 dollars, please let me know so I can know how to proceed.

Never never use mytrip.com - they are the most lousy agent
below is what I delivered to mytrip and followed up in several emails but they keep on telling me to contact the airline for refund, just want to be irresponsible for their wrongdoings.
In mytrip itinerary attached:
1. HK to Curocao
Flight time of KL733 was wrong, the flight time described there belongs to KL735
2. Curocao to HK
Flight time of KL734 was wrong, the flight time described there belongs to KL736. If I didn't go to check, I missed my flight again
3. Skyscanner quality rating score
4 stars go to mytrip and 2 stars go to Expedia - how comes? Also, when you go to google review of mytrip, they only have 1.05 stars and most of the reviews are complaints. I trust skyscanner and their score so I didn't drill into the detail of flight times. Then, bad things happened. In fact, accuracy of flight time is the prerequisite of being a travel agent.
I am still chasing them for reimbursement but looks like the chance is very very slim. In the previous review, reviewer said even mytrip promised to refund and he waited it for one year but nothing happened. I tried to change return flight with Turkish Airline via mytrip and they said the flight on Nov 9 is full for economy class. And if I want to change to premium economy, it will cost additional US$4.4K. I thought of stay one night in AMS to take flight on Nov 10 which is more economical, but they said no seat available too and ask me to book another flight with other airlines via their website. I suspect this is their trick to make money since passenger can't change Turkish Airline flight by themselves and must go thru agent.

"I am now stuck in Amsterdam Schiphol Airport because I missed the flight from AMS to CUR today.
The reason and the consequence:
- based on the below email highlighted in yellow, the flight from AMS to CUR is 14:00 and arrival at 19:00. And the flight # is KL733. However, when I reached the gate to get the boarding pass, it was found KL733 has already been gone and it took off at 10:45. The flight took off at 14:00 is KL735. Even I rushed to Transfer desk to get a seat for KL735 but in vain. So I have to go for the booking of KL735 tomorrow and paid the change fee and tax. One big mistake is my flight from IST to AMS arrived at Schiphol at 10:35 and the flight KL733 took off at 10:45, which is only 10-minute time difference and no one can succeed in doing such connection. This itinerary is incorrect in the first place. The booking should have been KL735, not KL733., Because of this delay, I have to pay for one night at hotel too.
Worst still, I also found for the KLM flight from AMS to CUR it is required to pay for the checked baggage. I checked with your hotline before the flying out from Hong Kong and your representative told me the baggage will be checked through from Hong Kong to Curocao and my entitlement is 30kg. It is to my unpleasant surprise that it also went wrong and I have to pay the fee for checked baggage.
Altogether, I need your company to reimburse me for the flwgs (not counting I missed the company activities today):
1. Change fee at Euro150 (if I take the KL733 tmr, it will be Euro763 since only Business Class and First Class available)
2. Tax at Euro30
3. Checked baggage fee at Euro85
4. One night at Mercure Hotel at Euro185 (this tariff is from 20:00 to 12:00, if check in earlier, it will be Euro 305)
I will present all the related receipts for the reimbursement. Let me know the procedure for this claim at once."

i have called mytrip multiple times to cancel my trip that i made on the November 4, 2022. I accidentally booked for 14 to 19 November 2022, should have been for 7 to 12 November 2022. The called was made within 24 hours booking. booking # EMZK9H. i was told that have to called within 24 hours i would pay $90.00. The second time i would to call the airline to cancell. The third was told that they would cancel. She cancel now i have pay fee for mytrip $90.00, plus Airline cancellation fee. Not fair i have to give away money. Now i haave spend additional money for another.

I recieved boarding passes throug Mytrip automatic check-in. The boarding passes were however false resulting airline company extra charging me 80euro for late check-in at boarding. When trying to contact customer service, they forwarded me back and forth, than made lame excuses like it is airline policy, or that they cannot open attached file which was very common jpeg and than refused to refund this extra charge. The worst was the whole process of comunication! THE WORST customer service I have ever dealt with.

Flight cancellations and associated refunds
Hi,
Despite numerous emails cancelling both flights covered by the booking reference MKE7P5... I have still not yet received a refund for these tickets.
As I re-booked both flights at my own cost... So as to travel earlier in both cases... When I arrived at the klm check-in in amsterdam to travel under new booking reference u8enkm to newcastle... Some 3.5 hours before my original booking reference mke7p5... I found out that original booking reference had not been cancelled by mytrip.
Hence the reason I had not yet been refunded for the two flights booked under booking reference mke7p5.
Please arrange those 2 refunds asap.
Also... as I was informed incorrectly by MyTrip that my original return flight from Newcastle to Amsterdam... Flight Number KL952 on the 23/10/22 had been re-scheduled later so has to jeopardise my connecting flight to Singapore... I decided to fly over the day before and overnight in the CitizenM Hotel near Amsterdam Airport.
Thus I incurred the unnecessary additional costs of taxis/food/hotel costs amounting to in excess of AUD $400... for which I now seek recompense also.
PLEASE ARRANGE A REFUND OF HIS UN-NECESSARY EXPENSE ALSO.

Luggage not added to the trip booked and paid through my trip
We have purchased return flight Stansted - Zagreb through My trip and add hand luggage for all 8 passengers. Paid My trip £472 for the luggage 10 kg 55x 40 x 20cm. We also paid for checking service £50.
Luggage has not been added to our tickets. we have received boarding passes without luggage.
I called Customer service 5 times to resolve the issue, without any success.
At the end we had to purchase luggage again from Rynair and paid additional £352.00
This trip was organised by Children Charity for gymnasts to attend competition in Zagreb.
My trip took money from the charity and never provided the service purchased.
Desired outcome: refund of £472 paid for hand luggage and apology from the company.

I booked my son ticket in july with mytrip.com on skyscanner and my don couldn't fly for some reason so I applied his refund in end of july, they said I will get my refund in 6 weeks. Its almost 4 months and still saying they are waiting refund from emirates airline for refund. I contacted with emirates and asked them about my refund, they said they paid mytrip.com in august my money but mytrip people's still telling me same story and even last time there operator threatened me do whatever you can do we won't pay u etc. Pathetic service from skyscanner

14th October 2022 Toulouse ( TLS ) airport Colin Houghton and Julie Bateman flying on Flight AF3156 at 1700 hours were informed our tickets had been cancelled by Air France. We had paid 1775.86 euros for those tickets
We were told to contact our agent Trip Case who, through an Indian call centre told us to contact Air France as our tickets had been " exchanged " and so it went backwards and forwards at the cost of approximately 1100 euros to be put in the very long queues at the call centre.
Failing to get anywhere with this method of communication we were forced to pay $7600 NZ dollars to fly home with alternate flights We were never refunded the original cost of our tickets nor were we ever informed of anything at all.

Outstanding Refund

2 Passengers booked including hold luggage for both out and in bound flights.
When arriving for return fight from Faro to East Midlands UK on 18.4.22 I was told at check-in desk I needed to pay for hold luggage. This had been paid to MyTrip and I had evidence of that, but was told by airline check-in staff that the money had not been paid to them by Mytrip.
I have tried on a number of occasions to sort this and have sent a copy of the receipt for the excess cost but have not had a response.
This is now 6 months since date of flight and I paid money to MyTrip who didn't not pass this on to the airline which I feel constitutes fraud.
Desired outcome: Prompt investigation into issue, refund issued and compensation for embarrassing situation we found ourselves in. Would not accept vouchers as will never use MyTrip again.

refund for cancelled flight
I booked 3 flight tickets via my trip in June 2020 from Tel-Aviv to Salzburg.
my flight was canceled due to Covid-19 and the airline gave the money back to my trip. I was not given an option by my trip to get a refund only a voucher. when I tried to use it first, I was told I needed to book the new flight to same destination (there are no direct flight anymore from TLV to Salzburg) and later on I was told my voucher is not valid anymore.
until now, after many calls, emails and lies from my trip I never got my money back even though my trip got the full amount from the airline
