Our flight was changed by the airline and the proposed rearranged flights got us to our destination three days later than we had planned.
After spending hours each day on the phone we eventually got rebooked onto new flights which were of the same class of ticket that we originally bought (premium economy). When our new booking came though they were for economy tickets and despite phoning Mytrip countless times to be told my flights will be adjusted to the right class, they haven’t been.
While I understand I will get to my destination so can have my holiday, United economy seats are to small for my very tall husband so a 9 hour flight will be very uncomfortable for him

Non refund my cancelled flight
I still waiting from mytrip after 7 MONTH they canceled my flight to get more than 1200 dollars refund back and no budy tell me nothing about when is gonna hapend. The only answer that I have from them is that I have to wait, but I dont know for how much longer I have to do it because no one tell me nothing.
It is a fraudulent companie and is imposible to speak with some one in charge.
Never book with them because Is many people on this situation as I can see.
I am going to start with to reques my money with my lawyer from now.

My Dad and a friend booked a Trip from Ireland to Alaska. Return flight from King Salmon to Anchorage was cancelled by the airline. The airline would not accept responsibility for a refund as the flight was booked via mytrip.com. Mytrip.com was contacted via a 1800 number, after 56mins on the phone and eventually getting through talking to someone in India, they would not issue a refund. Again after numerous times trying through the Mytrip.com via there chat link no refund was issued from mytrip.com...magically and conveniently they ''lost connection''

I mistakenly bought a return ticket for the wrong dates
I called them within an hour and said I needed to cancel
They told me I needed to call the airlines to change dates but to call them back if I wasn't able to
I was able to change my outbound flight but it is impossible to contact Wizzair/change my return flight.
So I called back Mytrip as I had been told to
I was put on hold for over an hour (3mins at a time)
They said that someone would call me back to resolve it within 48 hours
Nobody called
I called them back and they said I would be called within 48 hours.
Nobody called
I would like to be refunded for the return flight from Palermo as I have had to buy a different return ticket from Palermo.
I cannot afford to lose that money sadly

No refund for international flights cancelled by the airline
Do not book with this company, this is the most terrible customer service experience I have ever had! Our flights were cancelled by the airline 48 hours before flying from Australia to Europe. My Trip said they had no other options, and we would have to re-book independently. Four months later, I am still waiting to receive any information about refunds, even after phoning the company every week since May. I am told the same story every time I phone up, that my claim is sitting with the 'support team' and no management is available to speak to. This company takes no responsibility for its customers and has blatantly stolen nearly $2000AUD. Save yourself the stress and never use this company!

I have booked ticket with mytr!p.com last year and my travel date was 21st December 2021 .I requested refund but only received partial refund .My booking reference is LCYC6L.I spend 3305.99 pounds but only got 1480.99 pounds. I tried to contact countless time and spend hours and hours. But all the time answer is escalated your case and they will transfer your rest of the refund with in the 3 to 5 business days.
Also I physically went to your registered London office but there is no office.
Because of this situations I am mentally very tried and stress.
Could you please sort out and advise for me if I need to do anything.

The following flight was cancelled by the airline (Wizz) and the airline informed me that they would refund mytrip as they had booked the flight and that I needed to get my refund from mytrip. I called twice and was promised a call back and an email reply within 48 hours of both calls but no call or email was ever received. Please refund me for my cancelled flight. Baggage that was paid for return flight, not booked by company had to pay extra money.

Here are the facts;
We paid for extra luggage to be added to our holiday - including the return flight.
Your company immediately took our money and did not at any point before, during, or after taking payment that there was any issue.
Vienna airport confirmed that your company had forgotten to confirm the baggage for the return flight, even though I had shown them the receipt for payment of the baggage for the return flight.
I then had to make another payment to cover the cost of the baggage on the return flight.
We had paid your company MyTrip to ensure that our baggage would be booked onto the flight. You were not able to do this yet you took my payment and were not able to inform me of the issue because you had not realised that someone had forgotten to confirm the booking and now you feel that it is ok for you to refund me my payment and allow me to have to pay an extra £30 to cover the cost of the baggage on the return flight.
Could you please have the professional courtesy to refund me the full amount?

Refund not received after cancellation of the flight by the Airline company
Dear team,
Following the flight cancellation by the airline company in Dec 2021 due to Covid situation, I requested a refund at the beginning of this year for my two bookings paid to the company Mytrip and containing 3 flight tickets: TVDEHE and TOGZGK..until now, I did not receive any refund. It has been 8 months now even though I had several calls with their agents and sent about 100 emails to the support team.

I have experienced the most horrible situation with My Trip - the airline has cancelled flights and advised they give full authorization for my refund.
My trip has advised they are "waiting" for the email authorising the refund from the Airline. The airline has confirmed they have not received any email from my trip and its been 2 weeks.
Every time i call they say they have emailed the airline bit its evident that they havent!
They keep saying its with the support team and i have to wait.
Asking to speak with a manager and no manager EVER calls back.
I am 100% confident i will loose the $2200 spent on flights. Which is just terrible as I am a single mum with 2 kids - this is stealing from people!

It is a Srilankan Airlines ticket .Now due to ongoing crisis , There are no flights to travel. I'm Efraim Tankhil, and at the start of the COVID-19 situation, I made a travel reservation through uk.mytrip.com. My flight was scheduled to depart from Tel Aviv and land in New Delhi on April 2, 2020, and return on April 16, 2020. Simply because they did not want to take any chances, they canceled my flight because of COVID-19, and I was not given a reimbursement. The terrible policy of uk.mytrip.com is the subject of this review, and I don't believe I have any choice but to provide negative feedback. My flight was canceled by the airline due to COVID-19. I completely comprehend, but they must refund my money or at least reply to my calls and emails. I have tried so many times to contact them, but they did not reply. They have ignored my several attempts to reach them. I believe this business is defrauding customers.

Return flights to France from Australia
Hello,
Back in November 2021 I booked tickets to go to Marseille, France in June 2022 for myself and my 6 months old baby, travelling for my own wedding. I bought these tickets for $1800 AUD total.
In January 2022 I received an email saying that my flight was cancelled so I could get a refund or a rebooking. First I thought it was a scam because they were offering a “free refund for the fee of $50AUD”.
I called in March to double check and was told that my flights were indeed cancelled. I organised a rebooking and was told I would receive my new tickets in 7 days. After 10 days I called again to ask about my new tickets and was told that I wasn’t rebooked yet, so I organise a rebooking again, got told to wait another 7 days, which I did and called again after 10 days and got told again that I wasn’t rebooked. This happened about 5 times.
Then in May I called again to ask about my new tickets and the person on the phone told me that Lufhtansa Airlines did not approve my rebooking.
I called Lufthansa Airlines and they told me that my booking number was granted a free rebooking so MyTrip should be able to do so.
After approximatively 20 calls, MyTrip failed to organise a rebooking or give me a valid explanation of why they couldn’t rebook me, although my partner Lincoln Busby, who booked the exact same flights also through MyTrip, was granted a rebooking without any problem.
Due to my wedding being in a few weeks by that stage I went ahead and asked for a full refund in order for me to be able to rebook new tickets.
I am horrified of how your service handled my situation.
I am asking for a compensation of $10 000 AUD because of the following:
The way I was treated by MyTrip staff was a disgrace, hanging up on me one time out of two.
I had to pay for new tickets in the end, total amount of $3200AUD, almost double price.
I had to pay for these new tickets without receiving the $1800 AUD refund from MyTrip. Therefore I was out of pocket. I had to borrow money for this which is an extra financial stress.
I had to organise new tickets to Paris instead of Marseille (because it was too expensive to fly to Marseille). Therefore I had to pay another $300 of train tickets to go to Marseille.
I had to fly by myself with my baby instead of being with my partner, which was a mentally stressful time for me.
I look forward to your response,
