I purchased 7 items on Sep 14, 2023 from the Namshi application on Apple. All items were unsuitable (not to mention the packaging on some was by tapes, clearly another person’a return but did not even bother to seal!). I put in the return order immediately within 2-3days and the items were picked promptly.
I received the refund back on my credit card (mode of payment) only for 5 items! 1 item was refunded as Namshi credit - even though I selected cash return. Anyway for that I called Namshi call center and got the refund on my card back from the Namshi credit.
However, the refund for item ELLA - Tiered A-Line Dress (AED 138.97) has till date which is 3weeks from return not been done. If I had not noticed my credit card statement I would have never noticed! I have called Namshi call center 10 times, asked for Supervisor 3 times with no return call as they cannot transfer! Sent 7 emails, each time with a different complaints agent replying will be done ASAP - no turn around time mentioned ever! The website clearly states 2 working days but completely no response & unprofessional.
This is called fraud when the the item is collected and refund not issued!
Desired outcome: Refund to be issued promptly and call from supervisor
