I have ordered several items from www.namshi.com and they claimed they sell original brand clothing. When I received my stuff everything was totally fake and looked nothing like pictures on their website, quality was way off! I paid big money thinking that clothing I purchased was authentic! I also tried contacting the customer service and asked for a refund, and every time they promised to contact me back later. They never did! Scammers!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

Does namshi selling original products today I brought fosil watch back side there red color mark when checked online few viewers said this is fake product I mean replica. Is this true
They have the worst customer service for an online retail. They loose shipments and do not get back to you; they blame aramex for everything. My shipment has been delayed for over 2 weeks after i paid online. Namshi is a disgusting platform.
I also just received a fake Foreo UFO mini. Unbelievable. I have filed for return refund.
This thread makes me uncomfortable.

I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH NAMSHI! they owe me $180 back and since two months they havent refunded my money and they keep on asking silly questions to waste my time but if I requested for Namshi credit they would have kept it in my account instantly!

Namshi seriously has some delivery issues or they are fooling customers as while I was booking on 25th july and after payment the delivery date shown was 3rd august and today 2nd august when I checked the date is showing 11th august. This is not fair I have a flight to catch on 5th august. What will I do if it's delivered after 5th august?
Take it from me "Run Forrest Run" lol, you're better off shopping elsewhere. What a disappointing experience i had with them, and their customer support team are totally useless specially the supervisors if they exist...
