National Football League [NFL] NFL Officiating

The Lions ,Seahawks games was terrible officiating. You had three bad calls in overtime! One the running into the kicker was a terrible call even the game calling crew said their was no foul! Number 2 was the call of a personal foul on Ramsey of the LA Rams, he clearly stopped the runner as the runner was not going for the sidelines,, and number 3 the call where geno smith threw the ball away ,, it was clearly intentional grounding. This game clearly had the rephs calling the game for Seattle,, I am 66 years old and have been a Lion fan my whole life,, well thanks to the NFL and their cheating ways ,, im all done ,, i will never ever buy a piece of NFL gear again go to any games or in any way have any support or time for the NFL again,, The NFL should join the WWF wrestling as their is nothing real when you can not call the game right and i will forever never have anything to say good about the NFL,, terrible game calling ,,

Desired outcome: Their is no desired outcome ,, you fried the last egg forever!

National Football League [NFL] Playoffs

Maybe the Bengals should have filed a lawsuits in the 6th circuit federal court. Having the case ruled by a Cincinnati Federal judge would have been more fair than what the league has pulled. If it had been certain other teams in the NFL the league would have never even considered changing the already established rules. You made the rules during covid - why can't you stick to them now? This league has spit on Cincinnati for so long I guess we should have expected something like this.. By your own rules, the Bengals have already won their division so they should be guaranteed at least a 1st round home game. I hope you realize that you have not only screwed th Bengals but also a great many businesses in the Cincinnati area. Just try to imagine how many people you have wrongly robbed.

Desired outcome: Fair thing would be to use the established rule before this fiasco goes any further. An explanation as to why the NFL changed its own rules to accommodate their "favorite teams" would be great but no one is expecting that level of integrity

National Football League [NFL] Changing home field for the playoffs to the Cincinnati Bengals

Dear NFL "unbiased" leadership:

I have been a long time viewer and supporter of the NFL, but this really makes no logical sense and is very biased. The Bengals win the AFC North division, but the NFL has decided to take it away from them for purposes of home field in the wildcard round. Why?

No other rules changes have been made historically right before the change takes effect until this very negative action by the bonehead "humans" running the NFL. Next thing we know the Pittsburgh Steelers will get a home playoff game because they "won" a game against the Bengals (the league's officals took away a touchdown that would have changed that result). The league has their favorites and will continue to support their favorites and let the other teams loose in many different aspects.

Pittsburgh has been allowed to break jaws of Bengals players with no repercussions in the past - one a punter. Why does the bias of Mr. Goodell and league officials continue to be allowed by the rest of the teams? Does the league strategically pick teams and owners to favor to the detriment of other teams? Where is the president for this "move". Is Baltimore paying for its status in the wildcard round? This is so unfair. The Bengals were leading in the game and moving toward a second score against Buffalo. Why does Baltimore get some made up advantage to have a home playoff game? I now think the NFL leadership thinks it has some kind of huge control over the teams it decides to dislike. Someone has a MUCH TOO BIG EGO!

I have started to reduce my following of the NFL and this will most definitely reduce that following even more. Why are the Bengals the only division winner to be turned into loosing the division, just so Baltimore gets a home game in the playoffs? Do they pay more to Mr. Goodell more to get the benefits of losing the division and still get home playoff games?

Desired outcome: If Cincinnati won the division, they should get the home game. Other division winners could lose to the second place team twice and still have the home field. This IS HUGELY UNFAIR and INCORRECT based on rules of the NFL!!

National Football League [NFL] Everything u changed is killing players

really now we have so many injuries past 2 months teams cant even field a team ... totally ridiculous adding a week n taking away pre season game

and playing over seas has to be stopped it kills teams 15 years playing in london 6 teams each year = 90 teams only 1 made to a SB and own the Giants

this year again all 6 teams i eliminated

NFL FOOTBALL Is an american sport USA

and playing tnf is not helping any team with playing 2 games in 10 days.

Now the games are cancelled becuse player almost died on field comon nfl wise up get back to old format 17 weeks every one gets 8 home n 8 roads

when i saw schedules of teams and know 100% any team that plays away final week in season and gets WC spot never ever made it to SB because they have to play 4 weeks on the road with no rest

also there should never be tied games just like college teams do play until somebody wins 4 teams this year tied games colts texans giants redskins

and found as far back as 1966 teams with tied games never played in sb except cheifs vs packers in 66 and 49ers with colin kap favored - 5 lost s/u

wake up NFL your killing teams and players yea i know i know they knew when they signed up the risk but your putting them at greater risk

Desired outcome: i want rules changed schedules put back the way they were

National Football League [NFL] NFL

As a fan I am really struggling with you decisions always being persuaded by the media. That game should have been finished. I am thinking of just getting tickets to a College venue. That game should have been played. As fans, we get zero say in the matter but our money is what funds all of your salaries so you should be putting things up to vote on by the fans. At the end of the day we drive the whole league and I hope you take a huge hit on viewers due to this stupid decision to cancel game and change rule mid season which is BS. I'm sure no one will read this, and thats why the NFL always gets it wrong.

Desired outcome: I hope the NFL gets sued for this

National Football League [NFL] Unfair treatment of some teams

I am a Chiefs fan. A few years back in the AFC Championship no one complained when the Chiefs never touched the ball in overtime, but when it happened to the Buffalo Bills we have to change the rules. Now even though the Chiefs have the highest winning percentage in the AFC they probably will not receive home field advantage throughout the playoffs. As far as a bye week for being #1 in your league both Buffalo and Cincinnati both I would have to say got an extra bye this last week--unfair to the rest in the AFC. Rule change for AFC Championship game being played at a neutral field---unfair to the fans, why isn't the NFC Championship game being changed to a neutral field also?

Desired outcome: There is an outcome spelled out in the NFL rules but apparently we have to make exceptions to those rules to accommodate the Buffalo Bills. Stick to the rule book.

National Football League [NFL] TNF viewing issues

I live in a rural area with only ATT wireless as my available internet connection. Prime video broadcast of TNF has been a complete failure for me to watch. Dropped connection and or continuous buffering has been the norm on my Prime Video connection, so I no longer even attempt to view Thursday night games. I normally can stream other services, such as Netflix and YouTube; however Prime Video reception is never the best. But reception for TNF is even worse, much worse. I would hope that TNF advertisers will eventually recognize loss of rural viewers and with draw they’re advertising from these types of broadcasts.

Desired outcome: Once again make TNF available through my Directv service.

National Football League [NFL] NFL commentators

Maurice Jones drew should not be allowed to be on tv at all talking about football. All he talks about is the jags and he has no bias opinions whatsoever. Also his picks for the year are 4-12 because he has no good solid understanding or explanations about football other than talking about his favorite team the jags. Please for the love of god I will actually donate the nfl $5,000 to fire MJD. I’m serious

Desired outcome: Fire MJD from being able to talk about football at all on TV

National Football League [NFL] NFL Officiating FLAW in the System!!!

I todays Ravens vs Falcon’s game, just prior to halftime, the Officials especially the Referee made a fatal, and easily avoidable error. The major error was; the officials did not collaboratively make an effort, the get the call right. That’s it. Sham on you NFL leadership - shame on you. Desmond Ridder’s arm was hit BEFORE he released the ball. The result should have been, incomplete pass, and no penalty. Millions of TV views saw what actually happened and know the truth. The NFL is wrong and flawed. It makes insufficient attempts to get the calls right in ways that give players, coaches, fans, and betters more trust, confidence, respect, and loyal cooperation. These failures are regrettably highly repeatious and even more so significant Correctable. Shame on you NFL Leadership. Ray Towle, Newnan, GA. A judgement call? Yes. Good judgement? To ALL involved? Mathematically, 0.00 Horrible judgement! Shame on you.

Desired outcome: A public apology to all the players, Coaches, fans, and wagers for this, and all past, errors in professional judgement.

National Football League [NFL] Amazon should never broadcast games

Amazon is and never will be ready to show games right. there service sucks and it makes watching games unbearable. When it takes 10 minutes to even access the game is really bad. It's like watching the game in show motion. They just can't get it right. If you want to watch the game log onto amazon about 20 minutes before it starts so you might catch the game in the 2 quarter. Had ti press play 20 times before it even started but before that it kicks you back out to the main menu where you have to log back onto amazon about 4 or 5 times before you get to watch the stop action play of the game. I know the players don't run in stop action or slow motion. It should be called amazon [censored] service. because that's what it is. I get a better picture and real time play with rabbit ears in my basement. They brag about how good they are but they wouldn't know a football if it was shoved up their [censored] sideways. Crap service NFL should be ashamed of themselves for allowing amazon to broadcast games. Total [censored]ing joke but what do you expect. If you have the money the NFL will let you broadcast their games no matter how bad the telecast is. Poor picture quality and nice real time slow motion and stop action. I love when all the players stop and then continue to run. I don't know if that's how the games are played on Thursdays but on Sundays they all seem to be playing in normal time. I'm surprised the NFL doesn't notice this but maybe they don't even watch any of the games at all. Just give us the money we don't care about the fans.

Desired outcome: Get rid os amazon and the NFL network too and broadcast on a station that knows how to broadcast games.

National Football League [NFL] Invalid requirement in rules

To make this simple, go to 8-1-3(c) in the RULEBOOK. Now, figure out what the first part of the requirement is accomplishing. Then realize that what it is accomplishing is extending the time of possession so the officials can recognize that (a)and(b) have been satisfied. THIS MEANS POSSESSION HAS ALREADY BEEN ESTABLISHED AND THE PLAYER IS ALREADY THE RUNNER BEFORE THE REQUIREMENT (C) is encountered. The league has reinstated an abandoned requirement of possession. It was abandoned because it does not align with the Concept of Player Possession. Call me if you do not understand this: [protected]

Darryl A. Jones

Desired outcome: Retire the former abandoned requirement that was seen as invalid by the league decades ago.

National Football League [NFL] Officials

The game between Washington and New York the officiating was horrible. How is it that EVERYONE in the country can see the bad calls but the officials can't. Why in the world don't you guys install a "sky judge" to overturn clearly horrible calls. I am not talking about just bad calls, but the one's that defy logic. It almost feels like the refs had a bet on the Giants. I love football and I am not some salty fan of the Commanders, but with the amount of money that is generated, don't you think it is time get it right. Some teams entire season can be derailed by something that is CLEARY wrong. People love their teams and invest a great deal financially and emotionally and to see a game end like this one, pathetic for ALL NFL fans. These officials are making the game hard to watch and it seems like there is an absence of common sense being applied. Come on NFL don't ruin a game we love by not standing up for what is right.

Desired outcome: I am not looking for an apology, I am fairly certain you will be sending one to Washington. Fix this non-sense guys, the game deserves better.

National Football League [NFL] NFL Plus

NFL + is using deciving sales practices. Scamming people into buying the NFL Plus streaming app to watch live games only to be told the advertised game is not live.

On Sunday December 18 I wanted to watch the Baltimore vs Browns game. It was advertised as Live in my area only on the NFL Plus app. After paying $13.77 for this I get access only to radio live, with the app asking for a TV provider to watch Live.

This is a scam as this is not advertised upfront. I asked for my money back but only could chat with a computer stating all sales are final.

Desired outcome: I would like a full refund.

National Football League [NFL] This is regarding the inconsistent officiating of the washington commanders versus the new york giants

This complaint is regarding the officiating in the Sunday night game, Washington commanders versus the New York Giants. I find the officiating to be very inconsistent and almost to a certain point rooting for one team to win, especially in the last two minutes of the game when you can clearly see the receiver check in with the line judge multiple times, and he gets his hand, ready to throw the flag almost preemptively I know this is a hard thing to understand and you don’t want to hear it but it’s not too fair if somebody is for seeing an outcome on top of that Blayton pass interference on the last play of the game if we’re going to look into things in the last two minutes they must be judgment calls to there’s six refs out there on top of a crew in a booth that are getting paid top dollar this is very unacceptable. I’m not rooting for either team but I’m not staying up all night to watch a predetermined game. Very disappointing the officiating crew should definitely be put on suspension.

Desired outcome: Some type of disciplinary action for the line judge, if not all of the refs involved

National Football League [NFL] Referee's not calling "what is clearly fouls" - according to the nfl??

During the final minutes of the Washington Commanders-New York Giants - Sunday night football game - the defensive back for the N.Y. Giants - was "clearly guilty" of pass interference on the receiver in the end zone! It pisses me off that you, re so-called referee, s/ back judges/ line judges/ side judges just cannot seem to call fouls against for the most apparent "easy calls"-I have been a fan of the nfl for over 60 years - I believe the "obvious no calls are due to some financial considerations"- as you know the game cannot end on a "defensive penalty"-you people have more excuses then a "pregneat num"!- I don't give a damn how long the game has to be played - but you should not throw a "no-call for an obvious foul just because you can - you, re losing viewers due to you;"rules and bad call mr. Nfl - clean it up or you, ll lose a hell of a lot more viewers; you have power and control USE IT WISELY OR LOSE IT"! Patrick Peterman - look at the tape in the last 4.5 minutes of the game; you basically called the game for the GIANTS?

Desired outcome: CONTACT ME WITH YOUR RATIONALE FOR "BLOWING THE PASS INTERFERENCE CALL" IN THE Endzone" against the Giant,s; THERE,S NO CREDIBLE EXCUSE FOR THIS"!!! FIX IT"- MY SON COULD!! FOR FREE!!!

National Football League [NFL] The ref's in washington commanders and new york giant's game

Last play of the game. The Washington quarterback threw the ball to the reciever(Samual) and the defensive guy was all over him and holding his shoulder pads before the ball was even close to him. It should have been called for pass interference. The ref's in this game sucked with bad calls and should be held accountable for sucking. That play should have been reviewed and should have gave Washington a First and goal. The NFL is getting worse every year. The ref's suck ! I'm not even a fan of Washington at all. But the ref's screwed them over. The NFL and the ref's association owe the Washington Commanders over this game and should be held accountable.

National Football League [NFL] NFL/ blown call Washington/giants

On 12/18/22 Washington/ giants game was complete blown call. With only 54 sec Washington had the ball on the 2 yard line the refs throw a flag after TD then they completely miss game ending pass interference in the end zone. This is getting ridiculous. Everybody is losing reject and interest in these games because they are rigged. You can look at the very end of the game and know it’s been fixed for the giants to cover the 7.5. Everybody needs their wagers back in this [censored]. It’s coming trust me.

Desired outcome: Payback wagers on the game by the refs and fine them for blowing calls it obviously being done.

National Football League [NFL] NFL controlling games and affecting the outcome

Unfortunate and sad to say. The NFL is turning into the NBA, and that stinks. I can't even watch the NBA anymore. Anyone with average intelligence is insulted by the way the games are manipulated.

I have loved football my entire life, a fan since I was 4 and that was 61 years ago. One blatant example is pass interference penalties...that are blatant and ignored when it suits your objective and called when that suits your objective. Holding calls are right behind. You are wrecking an otherwise great game.

Another example is that when you do review a play... and still get the call wrong, in the process insult our intelligence and waste ten minutes of our lives. One glaring example is the Raider's last offensive touchdown today. I have decent eyesight, so I saw the second foot come down out of bounds real time...from my house. I'm not sure how the officials stranding right there didn't see it. To make matters worse you blew the replay. ALL toes out of bounds...the black thing over an inch onto the white boundary was shoe. If you could kindly stop this kind of stuff, it will be greatly appreciated

Desired outcome: Make football great again

National Football League [NFL] Referee calls during the Raiders Patriots game of Dec 18, 2021

You saw the call even after the video of the completed pass in the end zone by the Raiders at the end of the game. The replay clearly showed the Raiders receiver was out of bounds when the pass was caught. This was not borderline. The replay was clear the Raiders player was out of bounds. This was not a completed catch as the Referees claimed after the replay.

I look forward to hearing from you in how they Referees were disciplined including that the Referees involved should never be allowed to be officials in another NFL game ever.

Failure to do so will result in the only possible conclusion that the game was rigged in favor of the Raiders.

Thank you for your attention on this matter.

Desired outcome: The involved referees need to be fired
