I am not able to login to my nfl+ account to cancel my free membership or a possible charge to the account. I am still within my 7 day window but...
The Detroit Lions game must have been blacked out but there were no indicators using the Roku app nfl+, indicating that it would not be available to watch either during the scheduled time or the reply.
I tried to login to my account and again several times today but I think the servers must be overwhelmed or broken as I do not get any indication of login or failed login...I just get a spinning icon even after several mintues.
There was also a link in the app that offered to update from the free version and since I could not get anything to work, I tried it, thinking that it would ask for a confirmation, but I did not get a confirmation and anykind so my next call will be to my credit card company to do charge back. I wanted to give you folks a chance to help me out, first.
I also tried the forgot email password option but no email was received through my inbox of junkmail. I tried this only because of the spinning icon and I did not know what to do.
I would like refund if there was charge and I do not want anything to do with nfl+ due to mismanagement and what I have gone through with login.
I am an engineer and am not new to login or these processes.
Please help.
