Parking attendant was very courteous. She provided fast and friendly service. She was the only attendant on duty, and she handled it like a professional. It was very busy, and she never got flustered as she checked cars in and then had to park them, too.

I found the valet service to be convenient and friendly service. The parking desks takes away valuable time having to park so far and find my way through the maze. I just wish it stayed open longer for those late appointments when the Dr is running behind.

Awesome service and patience. Highly recommend. I called my car by app slightly to early, the waiter took a while for checks. The gentlemen didnt re park our car or charge extra as the app stated. He patiently waited a few more minutes. I tipped well. Love this company!

Used them while dinning at the Sugar Factory. Super respectful when we arrived by opening my wifes door. They did an excellent job with explaining the digital ticket. When we left the restaurant, again opened my wifes door. Just and excellent customer service in a dying profession. Good work!

One of the women got smart with me when I asked a Q. I was seeing my Hematologist for the first time in 2022 and did not know *** had changed parking companies again. I drove in like I did in previous years (since 2007) and was yelled at and told I had to turn my car around and face it in the same direction from which I had just come. I tried to comply but no one brought me a parking receipt like they did in all the previous years. This was when the woman made her smart Alec *** and refused to answer my question. A young man employee intervened and asked for our cell phone number and said our claim check number was sent to our cell phone.

This parking service in use at St. *** Hospital in Bham is awesome. The attendants are courteous and professional and the fact that you can send them a text now prior to coming back for your car is amazing. It saves me time and is probably less stressful for them because they're not in a rush to get your car once you return.

Excellent service. Competent, courteous, and polite valet parking employees. They provide great assistance to the patient by assisting them with getting in and out of the vehicle. They go above and beyond what is required by loading medical devices such as walkers and wheelchairs back into the vehicle when you are leaving the facility.

I might add all assistants acted with professionalism and care for my vehicle when it was parked and retrieved at my request. I felt that my vehicle was entrusted to a sound and reliable company dedicated to their friendly service to others. I will be using National Parking from now on for all *** visits.

Employees were nice, but didnt explain how the text system works. Have never used that before so wasnt sure about it. Especially since the first 2 times we used the same valet parking area, the text system wasnt used at all. The first 2 times no one took my name, I wasnt given a number for my car or ticket or anything. One of those times I walked to my own car where it was parked & had to move the cone to get out.

Used them for the first time this morning. Understaffed, disorganized, definitely not the same service as they had before they went with National. Young men driving the cars were careless when driving. They also did not seem to be aware that the people they were serving were often elderly or disabled. The checkin and checkout system was definitely an improvement. Maybe these are just start up problems, but I almost would rather park myself and I have mobility issues. I also understand it is hard to get workers, but there are many improvements that need to be made.

Today was not a good day for valet parking at Bldg 3 (St. *** Though there were several people staffing the booth, they appeared to be falling over each other. After waiting for our car a reasonable period of time I inquired and was told it was on the way. It still didn't come so I asked again and was told they were going after it right then. We waited a reasonable time and inquired again. This time, a young man picked up the fob and said he was going to get the car then. He returned shortly with my car. Of the 3 attendants I dealt with, he was the only one who seemed to know what was going on.

Valet helped to get me to the right building(when I discovered I was in the wrong location) by phoning shuttle service to get me to the right location to ensure I did not miss my NeuroSpine appointment. Thevyoung lady noticed that I was grimacing in pain and even offered her stool for me to sit down, however the shuttle *** arrived before I could take her up on the offer. Very caring and kind encounter with valet even upon my return. The valet immediately got my keys back to me and my vehicle had been placed in close proximity to the valet unit and there was no wait time at all.Wonderful experience!@
