Broken meter fine
I parked at the Pentagon Road parking lot but the meter was broken. I even tried using coins but the screen was blank. I decided to write in a piece of paper: broken meter with date and time. I came back and hour and a half later and found a ticket!
I tried contacting customer service but nobody answers the phone.
I am very disappointed and upset that I had to pay a fine for a broken meter!

I have tried emailing the company to cancel my account because the instructions were unclear on the website
I have tried emailing the company to cancel my account because the instructions were unclear on the website. The instructed me to go to a different form on the site, which I did. When I went to fill out my information, the form was blocked where I could not. I was unable to cancel even after my express reaching out to the company. I am still unable to cancel. I have just been charged without my consent, and am unable to leave even though I was told that I can.

I currently work at the Small Business Administration and was an essential employee and had to physically report to work
I currently work at the Small Business Administration and was an essential employee and had to physically report to work. We are physically located ***. Which we were unable to access the parking garage during the Capitol insurrection and Inauguration week, though I paid for monthly pass. On February 4, I was informed that I would be teleworking indefinitely. I called Colonial Parking and spoke two reps and asked that my parking be suspended, and requested a refund for the month since I have not entered the garage. I sent an email and offered to pay daily rate for those days 4 days, but want a refund since its beyond my control. I believe my offer was fair. The email I submitted indicated someone would respond within 3 days. Its been a week and no response.

Today I parked at the Colonial Parking Inc
Today I parked at the Colonial Parking Inc. facility at the *** Washington DC / *** SW, Washington, D.C., United States, ***. I tried to prepay my exit fee but the machine at the lobby was out of order and the sign said to pay by credit card at the exit. I used my *** card to pay at the exit and my card was repeatedly declined. My card has never been declined by any vendor anywhere in the world. An attendant came up and ran my card again. He then said that *** cards were not compatible with their systems, and that *** card users had to back down the exit ramp, drive across the garage, park at their office, and fill out additional paperwork to be allowed to exit their property, and that it is their policy to call security on any customers who don't comply. I was blocked in at the gate by cars on the ramp behind me. The attendant called Manager Tony on the intercom who further threatened to call security and verbally abused me. The only card I use is the *** card. I was forced to use a work credit card to purchase my freedom. Tony represented that Colonial Parking machines are not compatible with *** cards and that it is corporate policy that all *** card holders are required to back down ramps etc. in order to be allowed to exit their property. I have reported this representation to ***. I will also be reporting it to the Hyatt. Colonial management has represented that all *** card holders must engage in driving maneuvers that can cause accidents in a parking garage, but then assert they are not liable for any car damage on their property. They are threatening to detain customers who do not comply with their reckless and absurd corporate policy. No where is it posted that *** cards are not accepted. There are many millions of *** card holders, and Colonial currently says that it is their policy to require onerous and dangerous measures be taken by *** card holders to have the right to leave their property.
