Bought back in aug 2021 a 2+ 3 seater leather sofas problem after 2 weeks cushion gave, tech guy came out, he did not have enough filler but he would come out after the year 2022 april fixed another cushion but not the one he part filled I started to contact lawyers because every time I told services I had a problem with sofas they asked for photos of the problem it went on and on during 2023 that I told natuzzi there is 4 cushions to be done and it has taken all this time, the 2 technical services came out to fill the 2 seater sofa and botched it up the cushions are both to high that you both meet in the middle, I called for area manager to call he agreed that they have not be done correctly and his offer was £750 pounds cushions refilled. Yes sounds good but we have been wanting our money back since day one, area manager says this is the final offer, no thanks, we had ink marks on the sofa arm, and used the natuzzi leather care ink remover, it removed the ink and the leather and colouring area manager says your passed your warrenty and you will have to get some one to fix but he would give us the colouring free there is 5 yrs warranty 2021 to 2024 is not 5yrs he is very trying and not a nice person to deal with, I was told to remove my remarks on trust pilot or they would not come to my home, I wish they had not, I have nerve damage which he knows and he is making me feel very edgie this is no good to my health I just want my money back it does not matter if I ask for the full 6,400 or 4200 they will not give me it back or other sofas to our taste the answer is no. They are not the company I thought they where after reading there magazine buy for style buy for comfort buy for waranties yes we will try to fix if not new would be given, what a load of rubbish if this is how they act.

Claimed loss: 6,400 pounds but would settle for 4,200 pounds my days have been wasted letting technical guys into my home 4 cushions botched up thanks to them and the area manager wants them back to refill new .

Desired outcome: money back 4200 pounds
