Dear neteller
I had recieved this email that my account got verified as I had provided the documents in very good result and specially my bank statement was just from last week as I had made an account on Skrill with same documents I provided to you and Skrill verified my account within 24 hours. But before you sent me an email that my account is now verified but later you again closed my account after someone sent me 100 USD Amount. Did you open my account just to receive this money and later you closed it. Please resolve my issue asap.
I called neteller representative and he was very nice person listened to my problem and sorted out my issue within a day. Account activated within a day and it was misunderstanding.

I recieved a mail from you on 27th August 2019 in which it was written that your account is permanently closed. But I have read your terms and conditions well.
Total money sent to merchant 12594 usd and that was sent in 3 transaction But my account currency was in inr.
If you have anything wrong with my calculations then you can check my account for your satisfaction.
So please tell me, then why my account has been permanently closed.

Dear Neteller, Looks like in the UK you can no longer do a Local Bank deposit any more for a GBP deposit. In the Money-in tab, you only get International Bank transfer icon, which means you have to send it to their bank in Sweden via their beneficiary in UK, and the IBAN they provide is non UK, so then you pay double fees- One for the Money-in fee and then your local banks International money transfer fee even though the funds are in GPB, so no currency exchange is involved. Not good! Thanks
Solution seems to be that you have to tell your bank that is a SEPA GBP payment, and then you may be lucky and get away with the International Bank Fees.
Inform UK bank that this is a SEPA payment so as not to incur International Bank Transfer charges.

I tried to verify my account that I opened at your site. But unfortunatelly no matter how hard I tried every time that I fund my account as a step 1 of verification you normally took funds out of my bank account, now I have 45 dollars on my neteller account, I wasn't transfered to step 2 of a verification process, and now every time that I want to continue verification it won't let me, just sends me back to step 1 or better to be said it asks me to fund my account over and over again. I don't have any more money on my bank account, have nothing to fund with I just want to continue verification process to get my money back and that's all I'm asking.

The address mentioned in my neteller account was my temporary address when I registered with neteller.
Now I want to change my address because I have moved to my permanent residencial address.
All my documents have my permanent address, to verify my account I need to update the address first. Now when I want to change my address they ask to verify the account first which is not possible because my permanent address on my documents differ from temporary address in my account.
They asked to deposit the money first before confirming or verifying and now they have holded my money.
Plz help.
