I open an account with neteller, now my account got funded by casino reward of $320 which leads to block my account due to deposit of more than the limit allowed.
Now I have to verify my account in four steps.
1st step is clear which is fund your account.
2nd step is clear which is security questions.
3rd step is photo id, now here's the problem start, tell me which indian documents are acceptable for you as a valid identity of indian government which validates that I m a true customer for you ?
4th step is also concerned as I enter wrong adress in neteller account and now I m not allowed to change it .
Pls help me with 3rd and 4th step .

Is neteller a fraud company? I have been used multiple times to upload my original credentials i.e. driver licence or PAN Card No. and also uploaded photo image through webcam but everytime neteller makes so many excuses by saying the following card is being reviewed or will not accept the one which made us to slog from height of anyone its own frustrations
I had transferred 10 USD fortnight back .Since then I'm being tired to get my account verified by slogging netellers so called services
Does neteller make trust to its users or make fool robbing them unnecessary?
Friends don't waist your time and hard earned money the pain I have gone through lets others aware of this.

Following a mission to work in France for 2 years, I request the change of country on my neteller account.
I received the confirmation of the change but on my account the current country is always Morocco
I contacted the neteller support 5 times, and I have been waiting since 7 jorus response by email, they have a very poor mail support

I made a deposit 10 usd on 13 dec 2017 from my VISA credit card, checked with the bank to get the validation code but bank confirmed that validation code not received. so I cant validate my credit card. please support to validate my card and continue the making payments via my card.

On 26th of August 2017, using my Standard Chartered Bank card ending with number 1943, someone stole my card and used it on a transaction. the transaction costed TZS 121817.71 on Neteller 1393.
I am requesting for refund and details on the product or service that was rendered to the person. This will help in taking legal actions against the person who stole the card as he/she is liable for other stolen materials.

Netteler after mucking me around for 2 weeks then lying which I have email to proove saying withdraw approved when it wasnt I told them its a lie not approved then they send an email after the email saying approved which I kept the new email says pending .Now my neteller account says withdrawal is complete which is another lie I called my bank this morning they have not recieved the funds at all and can't even see they have been sent .I have an autistic child im a Single mother no child support that money is needed for my son for speech therapy this is disgusting and I will nener tell anyone to use this service please if you are thinking about using neteller dont save yourself from the putrid conduct

When you go on their website, everything seems great and trustful. They have videos on youtube advertising their services and app, and well-designed website. You like the video and want to download their app that nowhere can be found. Well, as far as I found out the app was closed, but it keeps being advertised. When talking to them, it seemed like they were pretty not sure what to say about this situation.
I wonder if someone from their business is aware of what they actually do. Seems like they have no idea.

I requested my payment Rs.1300 from this website to my local bank account on 02.07.2017 but still it is not credited to my bank account(11-07-2017). I tried to mail them a lot of time. On 7 april I made the terrible mistake of depositing funds in a neteller account. The verification process was a nightmare and soon realised that they were not interested in the verification as they have no intention of refunding my money. On monday 10 april they claim to have refunded my deposit and was told to wait for the refund. After many emails and phonecalls to them I get told that they refunded the money but my bank rejected the payment and they required a bank account to refund the funds. My bank have confirmed that no refund was ever received from netller adn were amused that they would reject a refund! Being an importer I am wise to this scam and refused to give them by bank details. I have emailed them from a different email address as they have blocked my email address and they still refuse to reply to my emails. Even their complaints department have never replied from day one ie 7 april. Just beware of this company as it is clear they are out there to scam innocent people!

My Neteller account was hacked and I received 3 emails from Neteller for 3 transaction to paypal accounts total 1750 Euro, I contacted customer support to informing them it's unauthorized transactions and I didn't sent this transactions to anyone. After a lot of emails they suspended my card and refused to refund the money, and their excuse was I have to get police report in my country then I contact them, I told them it's your website and you are responsible on secure the accounts but they not reply to me anymore.
