Release of heartland season #12
Heartland Season #12 has not been released in the United States, even though it has been released in most every other countries and season 14 is underway in Canada.
Why do you not inform your customers what is going on? I am not happy with your company and getting regular cable

Content
I have been with Netflix since its inception. But it's going downhill fast. The quality of content doesn't exist anymore and what's with all the Indian, Baliwood and Hindu films? Some of them don't even offer subtitles. Then you have the balls to raise your prices! Very disappointed. We are living in a pandemic. There's nothing to do and we can't leave our homes. Now more than ever Netflix should make quality a priority otherwise more customers will leave them including me.
Cover picture of shows that show inappropriate scene
I am so up set at the fact that after I had paused my show that I was watching, and it had reset back to "resume play/play from the beginning" screen, the picture Netflix keeps using to represent the episode was two females kissing. A kissing scene was not even part of the episode I was watching. It has been displaying that picture for the past several episodes. I am more upset that when my young children (3 and 6) are in the room, even though I am not watching something inappropriate, the scene is not okay for my children to see. I was caught off guard when my daughter came, I paused the show and everything was fine, but minutes later it popped back to a different screen which had inappropriate scene for a child. I would like to make the choice when or how I to talk to my child about homosexuality. I'm disappointed that Netflix doesn't have a filter for conservatives families.

Raise in prices and programming
You're raising prices when half of your programming is premier. I find the selection of your movies can be found elsewhere and Netflix has too many foreign language movies that we can't understand...not even dubbed - at least. Now you want to raise premiums when people are getting hit hard the most...right during a pandemic...really isn't a very nice thing to do. EVERYONE is losing money...not just you. Again, most of your programming can be found elsewhere...anything I really want to watch is a 'paid for' thing - and sometimes I can watch it for free other places - like Amazon or IMBD...too many of your shows are foreign - and you don't even label the language in your summary so someone like me knows enough not to click on it. Really bad. If there's another hike, I'm quitting. You give us nothing - not even a free bone once in a while...just for sticking with you.
Racist program!!
I'd like to know why the movie White chicks is still on my Netflix account? Interesting how if it's anything to do that offends black people you'll take it down but when you're offending white people it doesn't matter because we are of no value in this world anymore! as a white person I'm absolutely mortified by what is on my Netflix account if this white chicks film is not removed by the end of the week I'll be cancelling my Netflix account and I will be never using it again! I will not support a racist platform against whites!
General series
One studio executive said, "We're only hiring people of color, women or LGBT to write, star, produce, operate the cameras, work in craft services. If you are white, you can't speak out because you will instantly be branded ‘racist' or condemned for ‘white privilege.'
When I read this I asked Why? I thought it was against the law to actively discriminate against anyone. I was told it was as a response to the racist killing of George Floyd by the police that a new and toxic culture had emerged from the BLM movement and everyone in Hollywood had to now abide by this new woke culture. I said the GF killing was not racially motivated so the whole culture is based on a lie? And didn't GF die from a drug overdose as per the official coroners report?
So, after watching a number of your 2020 series I find that Netflix are following this new toxic culture based upon a lie.
First example is the Designated Survivor series. Series 1+2 were excellent apart from the last couple of episodes which signalled that a change was coming. Why kill off the Presidents wife? Why stop the action scenes with Maggie Q? Series 3 was a disaster! Disgusting language was introduced which changed the whole profile and previous understanding of who the characters were, gay sex scenes, transgender issues without any substance or clarity and every other woke issues you can think of. No action scenes, killing off of Maggie Q? No wonder people stopped watching it. This was an exciting family show with plenty of action in 1+2 but destroyed in series 3 by this toxic woke culture. We are a normal family who used to enjoy watching Netflix but are now using Amazon Prime more.
The next favourite of ours is Startrek Voyager which is also starting to show signs of toxic woke culture after the first 2 episodes of the new series. Diversity discrimination against white people, gay sex scenes, etc.
I am a shareholder in Netflix and am very concerned regarding your future. You have obviously lost all understanding of your customers particularly since the Cuties problem.
Please get rid of this toxic woke culture and revert to your previous family values.
My family range over the whole demographic ages from 5yrs old to 73 yrs old so it isn't a generational view. This toxic culture is frowned upon by all generations.
Film a million ways to die in the west
I am amazed that Netflix UK has decided to stream a film with such racist undertones that normalise and make light of slavery with a runaway slave shooting gallery depicting black people using dehumanising imagery which has long since been banned in the UK. Moreover, the comments about black men subscribe to stereotypes that have no real place in a society which claims to treat all people equally.
I was not able to justify watching this film any further to see what other racially motivated jokes designed to belittle non white people where contained within it because these too alone were enough.
Please explain to me how Netflix UK justifies streaming such material?
Monthly fee taken out after account was closed the previous month
I cancelled netflix a month ago. Noticed on my bank that a $9.70 charge was taken out today, oct 5, 2020. I called to inquire and was told it shows my account closed and they didn't take anything out. I told the man I was looking at my bank statement and they did take out the fee. He wanted my credit card number to look into it further. I declined. He said since they were not showing a charge taken out, so he could not help me further if I would not give him my credit card number. I declined again and told him I would be contacting the fcc and the state attorney general's office as I am tired of companies feeling they have the right to charge fees and then not be accountable. He said I could do what I wanted! I thanked him and hung up! I hope you can do something for those of us who get scammed by these companies, with no other recourse then to eat the loss. Thank you
The person you spoke to wanted to find out what you were being billed for using the credit card number, you declined, and then went on to whine on the Internet about not getting serviced. What exactly did you expect? You are indeed free to do what you want, but if you're going to be pissy to agents trying to help you by not co-operating and then hanging up on them, that's entirely on you.
If you're being charged from your credit card, it means your CC details are already in the Netflix system anyway. Whether it's an account you opened yourself or unauthorized charges is irrelevant until you agree to work with the customer service. If you see charges that you don't recognize, contact your credit company and ask them to block your card, and afterwards contact Netflix so they can check what exactly was being charged from it.
Too many people using account when it's only me watching
Keep getting error code too many people are watching although only I have the password. I backed all the way out of the tv set I was watching but it still says too many are watching on tv set #2. Called cusgtomer service and they said too bad. No credit either.
Since Netflix has so many more viewers due to covid, is this an issue with too many folks streaming and is their way to kick a certain number of folks off?
This has been going on ever since I got the service which has been 3-4 months.
Hey there :) Netflix doesn't track how many people are watching your screen (or from what distance), they're not magic, only hoe many devices your account is streaming at the moment. If you aren't sharing the account with anyone, it means that someone did know your email and password for the account and may be watching on your account (but first check with family members?). If this is the case, which ever services (email, etc.) you've used the same login details for, go change your password.
To fix the Netflix issue, go to your account settings on the website, www.netflix.com/youraccount. In the settings, click on 'sign out all devices', and confirm, the system will sign out all devices from your account within the next hour. Then scroll back up to 'change password'. Once you've done that, reset the password, you'd definitely be the only one able to access the account and nobody else (family or unidentified) will be able to watch at your expense.
Cancelling patriot act
Although, all of the shows nominated for outstanding variety for the Emmy were good, Patriot Act was the most cutting edge with the best research, depth, presentation, etc.
Our world needs this show. It is irresponsible to cancel this kind of media right now.
It needs the marketing and placement to rise up, not cancellation!
Please reconsider.
Sincerely, The Librarian
Movie details
Netflix fails to identify upfront that the movie is not in. English. It has a foreign films section which is clearly where movies not in english should be identified upfront. Instead, we go to play it in many instances only to find out it is not in english. If we wanted to view a movie in a foreign language; we would have selected one from the "foreign movies" section. It is clear netflix is attempting to manipulate the number of movie selections by placing movies that clearly do not belong in the english speaking section. It is obnoxious for a senior who has a hard time reading small captions and trying to understand what is going on
I agree with you 100%
Cuties is exploiting children to promote pedophilia
This trash "Cuties" needs to be deleted and destroyed and the poor kids rescued from the sick and twisted individuals that have the nerve to call themselves their parents. Anyone who could ever be involved in such blatantly disgusting garbage needs to be thrown in jail without release. I hope everyone boycotts you sick mofos and you go bankrupt.
The social dilemma
The only truth to that show is the data stealing and how much time people use it.
Trying to use those points above to push your agenda of stopping the truth being believed is absolutely absurd.
Have you seen the overwhelming evidence to pizzagate lol
Also things like Epstein is true for jeez sake and your here trying to brainwash people into thinking Facebook pushes this into them because it gets them money and it's not true. Your washing your agenda with data collection and social media zombyisz.
Oh by the way we know the owner of Netflix is a pedo and this is partly your agenda.
We will keep our freedom of believing what we like and you can shove your brainwashing where the sun don't shine.
Oh and get that pedo film cuties of Netflix you bunch of pedos.
I am going to let this months subscription run through them I'm cancelling it.
You bunch of nonces
Cuties
This show is as close as you get to legal child porn and is absolutely disgusting! They need to be shut down for even thinking thats acceptable as well as charges filed! Showing close ups of 11 year olds [censored] and crotches as well as them "humping" the ground in a world with so much child trafficking is a disgrace! Not to mention the parents who think its acceptable to show their young children's [censored] and crotches to everyone!
As a mother of three daughters, this show is truly disgusting and offensive. I have been a longtime Netflix customer as have all of my family and we are now all considering terminating our subscription. Whatever message Netflix claims the show was designed to send; it is NOT working. It is merely thinly veiled child exploitation and pornography. I can just imagine the delight of the pedophiles out there! SHAME on you Netflix. You have just gone down to minus figures in my estimation!
Cuties..?
Does Netflix promote Pedophilia now?
WOW!
U had too much O'Bummer
and that is why I quit my account with Netlix.
You are disgusting.

Does Netflix promote Pedophilia? Yes or NO?
I am not the only one who feels that way. Many people complain about Netflix promoting Pedophilia on Social Networks
Cuties, Colin Kaepernick
I can not believe that you fine it acceptable to use little girls for your sexual enjoyment. I have 2 grand daughters that are 11 and 12 and trying to explain why they can't watch this movie and the disgusting concept is unbelievable. And who on earth wants to hear anything from Colin K. He has caused so much damage do to his hate for our Country. I will be terminating my membership.
Series
Netflix this new series of yours Cuties" is disgusting, you should be a shame of yourself. This is out and out child exploitation. The majority of the people who pay for your service want shows that entertain and not shows that corrupt the minds of the people. You need to be part of the solution and not part of the problem.Don't you care what the client's think?
Netflix series 'Cuties'
Netflix just released the series ‘CUTIES" despite many people opposing the [censored] series! This brakes all social norms.
It is not normal to sexualize 11 year old girls!
It is not normal to promote the sexualization of our children!
It is not normal to show my daughter these series and teach her it's ok!
I demand that the series are taken down!
This is criminal what they are doing.
Yep.
Netflix should literally be airing Jayce and the Wheeled Warriors (TV-Y7-FV) 24/7 instead of this garbage.
I want action, adventure, magic, science fiction, vehicles, plant life and cartoon violence.
If Netflix doesn't respond within the next hour or so, I'll yell.
I agree with these characterizations of the movie and give loud support to Netflix for its immediate removal.
Films
You have a film called cuties. I have been told to review and file a complaint if I found it to be sexualilising children. I am absolutely fuming m. Shocked is beyond an understatement. I will be having others review and if they find the film sexualising children to make s complaint also. I will boycott netflix if it is not removed. I know the point of the film is to allow children expression and freedom of their bodies but that is a joke. How can you condone what I've just seen. I am livid, first off I thought ok maybe it should be on the children's section but after seing that I don't think it should be on any off Netflix services.
These kids will regret showing their bodies like that when they are older. It can be considered child abuse allowing their body's to be seen in that manner.
Cuties and Big Mouth
Cuties and Big Mouth are both child pornography. Netflix is actively supporting and encouraging pedophilia and actively robbing our children of their innocence by showing these shows. Remove them from streaming! Netflix is no longer the family friendly streaming service that it used to be.
