Super League coverage
I am an huge fan of the English Super League. I watch the coverage from Adelaide, Australia via Fox Sports. I obviously have to stream the games on delay due to the time difference. The English Super League differs to the Australian NRL as they play games at different times. What I find annoying is that if you choose to watch one of the games, the scores of...

Date of coverage 1st February 24 Sky Sports are misleading us on programme headings and providing poor service on tennis! Sky Sports have advertised their programme as the Linz Open WTA tennis tournament, which is a 500 class, yet as and when they feel like it, they switch to the men’s tournament in Sud de France, an inferior 250 class! Having waited all...

Sky Sports earns a trustworthiness rating of 91%
Highly recommended, but caution will not hurt.
We found clear and detailed contact information for Sky Sports. The company provides a physical address, 2 phone numbers, and 2 emails, as well as 3 social media accounts. This demonstrates a commitment to customer service and transparency, which is a positive sign for building trust with customers.
Sky Sports has claimed the domain name for skysports.com for a long time, which suggests that the website is established and has a history of being in operation. This is a positive sign, as it indicates that the website has been around for a while and may have a reputation to maintain.
Skysports.com has a valid SSL certificate, which indicates that the website is secure and trustworthy. Look for the padlock icon in the browser and the "https" prefix in the URL to confirm that the website is using SSL.
Skysports.com has been deemed safe to visit, as it is protected by a cloud-based cybersecurity solution that uses the Domain Name System (DNS) to help protect networks from online threats.
We looked up Sky Sports and found that the website is receiving a high amount of traffic. This could be a sign of a popular and trustworthy website, but it is still important to exercise caution and verify the legitimacy of the site before sharing any personal or financial information
However ComplaintsBoard has detected that:
- While Sky Sports has a high level of trust, our investigation has revealed that the company's complaint resolution process is inadequate and ineffective. As a result, only 2% of 627 complaints are resolved. The support team may have poor customer service skills, lack of training, or not be well-equipped to handle customer complaints.
- Sky Sports protects their ownership data, a common and legal practice. However, from our perspective, this lack of transparency can impede trust and accountability, which are essential for establishing a credible and respected business entity.
- We conducted a search on social media and found several negative reviews related to Sky Sports. These reviews may indicate issues with the company's products, services, or customer support. It is important to thoroughly research the company and its offerings before making any purchases to avoid any potential risks.
Sky sports football
I watched the Aberdeen v rangers game and Chris Boyd was in the studio giving his feedback unbiased feedback on the game. He may as well have a rangers strip on the man is a joke! He’s so bitter he’s start talking about how many penalties rangers have scored over Celtic! He’s watching the Aberdeen game! Get rid of the bias bitter man only sees blue and white
Claimed loss: Watching
Desired outcome: Sack Chris Boyd!
Scottish football presenter Chris Sutton
I wish to complain regarding the treatment Scottish football presenter Chris Sutton is piling on young football Tod cantwell of rangers .
This is a fully grown adult taking aim at a young football player
It’s bullying and he is making a fool of the young player on social media and pod casts .
This could cause mental health problems to the young man as it’s non stop .
Desired outcome: Make sure this bullying stops and it’s laid to bed once and for all or removed him from the platform he is on
Ryder cup coverage
The worst Ryder Cup coverage I've ever seen. Dozens upon dozens of times we saw players hit shots only for the camera to pan in on the player. What about the shot, what about the ball. You excelled yourself though over the final 3 holes of the tournament. Once it was confirmed that Europe WOULD win the emphasis went straight from the golf and onto interviews. We didn't even see Tommy Fleetwood win the point to make the win official. I'm staggered by the ineptitude of the director. Truly pathetic.
Desired outcome: An acknowledgement that this was as bad as it gets and, if we're unlucky enough for Sky to get future tournaments, things will improve dramatically.
Sky Sports
I stream games online because I am so angry at having to pay thirty quid a month to be subjected to box-ticking Woke presenters. The Man U - Crystal Palace League Cup game was ruined by whichever woman commentator they helicoptered in. Sick of the constant virtue-signalling, Woke politics, quota-driven shows when I just want to watch football. Sky is haemorrhaging viewers as it continues to show contempt for the vast majority of those who HATE what Sky's become- is it worth it?
Desired outcome: Choose quality and expertise over American-driven Woke ideological considerations. Let women present female sports and stop shoving their football down our throats.
Sport - F1 commentary.
Sport - F1 commentary. When will Sky Sports realise that the credibility of their F1 presentation to the World is being so compromised by allowing David Croft to continue as lead presenter. He has become such an annoying part of the otherwise professional & informative F1 team. His ramblings & childish demeaner bring nothing to the otherwise entertaining presentation. He is annoying to listen to & his childish giggling leave us with no option but to use the mute button. The rest of the team are first class so please Sky Sports change your lead presenter. You have a vast array of professional proven presenters such as: Simon Lazenby, Karun Chandhok, Natalie Pinkham, Rachel Brookes and Naomi Schiff.
Sky sports main event comentary by g neville
Gary Neville’s comments on Arsenal football team have always been heavily influenced by his bitter rivalry whilst playing as a professional. I have endured his continuous petty digs, bias calls, and spiteful insinuations against Arsenal during his commentary for too long now.
Why have such an obviously bias pundit covering huge Arsenal games such as todays vs Spurs?
I pay sooo much money to sky and I feel thoroughly let down by the game’s always being ruined by his bitterness.
James Whishaw [protected]@whishaw.com
Desired outcome: Stop Gary Neville commenting on Arsenal games.
Solheim cup golf coverage
1. When someone is putting, you are too slow to put up the position in the play, i.e. birdie putt, putting to win the hole etc. sometimes it’s put up too late, sometimes not at all.
2. The current state of play in a particular match is not always displayed when the hole has been completed , leaving the viewer with no idea what the outcome of the hole is.
3. Paul McGinley is so negative, particularly when Europe were 4 - nil doen after the Friday foursomes. It would be nice to hear some positivity when things aren’t going our way.
Please do not do the same when the Ryder Cup is on. We would prefer Laura Davis to do most of the commentary rather than Paul McGinley.
Desired outcome: See last comment abovf
Briitsh PGA commentary
All through Saturday's coverage of the BMW championship, the commenators kep telling us some of the players (McIlroy among them) had started on the "9th" ... sorry ... but that's not how the game is played ... fields are split ...with the top half of the field teeing off on the first ...an the other half of the field starting on the "10th" and playing the course back to front.
Your staff should know that ... a child of four knows that.
Desired outcome: Remind them ... it spoils your coverage to make such a silly mistake ....repeatedly...
Commentary of alison Whitaker
Alison Whitakers commentary. Please set her free! I yell at the tv, she puts me in a bad mood whenever I hear her dreadful voice and her useless comments. Why! Does! She! Talk! Like! This!? Stop yelling the obvious Alison!
I think on course commentary is her go. I can see there have been a lot of complaints about her on SKY and on social media. People will switch off, I am.
Desired outcome: Sack her
David croft
David croft is an awful commentator. He states the obvious, talk about irrelevant things like his favourite restaurant or betting with the pit lane commentator on who's gonna spin off 1st. All sorts of stupid irrelevant stuff. Surely the number of complaints on here proofs I'm not alone in thinking this. Sky f1, please remove him, your subscription will go up overnight. His dad jokes make my blood boil. Get rid of him. And the wages they pay him is so much for poor performance. One guy on here has been watching sports for 50 years and says he's by far the worse. Enough said.
Desired outcome: Removal
Inconsistent reporting
I'd like to point to this article:
https://www.yorkshireeveningpost.co.uk/sport/football/leeds-united/why-leeds-united-were-denied-penalty-v-wolves-and-strong-uproar-warning-as-ex-captain-fumes-3798187
and now for reporting on yesterdays game: "It's got to be given, it has to be a foul" re: Man Utd vs Wolves on Monday night by the very same person Sky uses as a refereeing "expert"
I guess I'm left wondering how the same "expert" can have two differing opinions on practically the same incident - couldn't possibly be due to the teams involved surely? Wouldn't be a great advertisement of impartiality or integrity would it?
Using teams for clicks and likes is unfortunately the way of the world now, but as a viewer all we can ask for is consistent reporting - regardless of who is involved.
Is that too much to ask for from England's 'top' sports provider?
Desired outcome: Impartiality, Fairness, Consistency
Golf Seniors Open
Terrible coverage Saturday. A few chosen players shown in turn ignoring the majority of the field. Canonica had an albatross, not shown live and no coverage available. Archer finished joint leader and NOT ONE OF HIS SHOTS IN COVERAGE. Commentators reviewing the leaderboard talking about players moving into contention, STILL NOT SHOWN IN COVERAGE. Golf directors somehow are choosing players they favour to the exclusion of others who are in contention. The coverage is biased and totally unbalanced.
Desired outcome: Start showing proper balanced coverage.
Sky Sports F1
For me, sport is about atmosphere. I want to hear the cars and listen to the crowd at exciting moments.
I don't want to hear a commentator talking literally non stop and actually raising his voice above the crowd with words of wisdom like 'just listen to the crowd!'
Croft has ruined F1 for me these last year's, I can't even escape in F1 games. The term Motormouth is not unkind. Also, he keeps trying to inject false excitement at the wrong times.
I could go on with other irritations but they have all been said in the comments here.
I want to make a suggestion - could the possibility of having a choice of what commentary / commentator you want to listen to be an option? None being an option too.
Also to give Crofty some credit he would probably make a very good radio commentator.
Desired outcome: Sky button choices of commentary/no commentary option.Change David Croft for someone more technical and less blabbery
Commentator Martyn Tyler on Premier League
Hello from Australia,
I am attempting to be as polite as possible towards Martyn Tyler.
However, seriously, when will his commentary be taken off him so that I can unmute your Premier League coverage with him on?
Can he gracefully voluntarily hang up his microphone, just like players hang up boots? Or ask Martyn politely to finish up?
Are you able to appoint a young and up and coming exciting commentator?
He basically ruined the Worl Cup & made sound like we are at a funeral.
Now Premier League turn to make us turn volume down or off, when is on,
Does he realize I am not the only one, people are fed up. At times he is biased too, Liverpool cops from him, he does not like LFC.
If you or Tyler do not agree with my commements, just turn to Peter Dury commentary, I can watch/listen over 3 hours stright, Martyn Tyler is 3mins max
Kind Regards,
Bob - Sydney Australia
Desired outcome: Politely ask Martyn Tyler that time is up. He is well past retirement age, so ask him 2023 is his last. Thank you
F1
Can we put David Croft out to pasture please? His voice is honestly like a dog whistle to me.
I have to turn the TV down at the beginning and end of the Race as he just shouts into the microphone.
Most people are regular viewers of Formula 1 and don't need constant reminders of the rules etc.
In my opinion he is rude, cuts in and repeats pointless information.
I have just watched the sprint race qualy an had music on in the background
rather than listen to him.
I've watched F1 since the 70's and by far he is the worst commentator and that includes Jim Rosenthal.
Desired outcome: A new commentary team.

Roy keane, rudeness
Hi I deeply upset with todays event meeting Roy Keane going through Manchester Airport, I approached him and said hi Roy always wanted to meet you as I'm a massive United fan, he replied back, WHY do you want to meet me in a rude tone not even making eye contact, I replied I'm a united fan. Bit of a anti climax isn't it and walked off, also said to my friend suppose your going to tell everyone now arnt you. I'm sorry its not rite it's damm rite rude, may not mean a lot to people but I idolised him until today, I am a grown man, I can't believe how he upset me and my friend. Would he like his siblings spoke to like that. I hope this can be forwarded on to Roy. Thankyou really appreciate taking time out to read this.
Surely you know Roy Keane! It feels your complaint is not genuine in fact believable as it is I doubt it happened, sorry
