I returned four items July 7th and have been waiting for over 4 months now for my refund. I have contacted NY&Co CS via phone, email and chat with no resolution. They verified receipt of the package via my UPS tracking number and are simply saying they are experiencing a "slight" delay in returns processing from their own 3-5 business days company rule. 3-5 business days, not months. I have spent at least over 30 hours trying to get help with them and the Commenity bank that partners with them on their NY&Co credit card by filing a dispute. The CC company cannot even get them to answer. Chats no longer are answered, emails take at minimum 11 days to get the same response (that there is a delay and the refund is coming) and the phone number no longer works. I call and two things happen. It says "application error" or tells me they are closed and it is outside normal business hours when it is obviously not, no matter what time zone I am located in.
It is apparent they have lost the package which my items total $131, not including tax and the $9 shipping label that is sitting on my NY&Co CC that I will not pay. If you returned a leased car, would you keep making the monthly payments? This is out of control. I have been a customer of theirs since they were Lerners in the '80s. No more.
Desired outcome: Get my refund.
