I have been attempting to address an issue regarding a refund that is owed to me by NYSEG. Despite numerous attempts, including calls to various representatives and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and today sent a complaint via Dept of Public Services, I have not received any response or resolution from NYSEG.
The issue stems from the fact that NYSEG has not provided details about the amounts deducted from my credit each month on the usage statement. This lack of transparency has made it difficult for me to understand the charges and seek a resolution. I believe it is my right as a customer to receive clear and accurate information about my billing, and I am concerned about the lack of responsiveness from NYSEG in addressing this matter.
I kindly request the Department of Public Service's assistance in facilitating communication and resolution between myself and NYSEG. I believe that your involvement will help expedite the process and ensure a fair and timely resolution to this issue.
